プールも綺麗だしスタッフも丁寧で親切。ロビーの居心地も良く、部屋も清潔で広い

交通至便、コスパ良し。BTSサラデーン駅から400m、シーロムコンプレックス、タニヤ、パッポンなどの繁華街が徒歩圏、スワンナプーム空港からタクシーで50分、約800BT。建物は古くこじんまり、部屋はエヤコンの音が大きい、歯ブラシ、髭剃りなどはない、朝飯は6時30分からブッフェ、質、量とも良い。プール、ジムあり。

Nice little hotel, very quiet despite the madness of Bangkok just around the corner. My room was huge and very comfortable. My only issue was that the hot water was tepid at best, and a longed for bath did not happen. Pool / terrace area could do with some attention as looking rather tatty and forgotten about. Didn't do food so cannot comment, but the presentation looked great. Great location for bars and the local gay scene. Will definitely stay again.

シーロム通りからソイ3を入って程ない立地であるが、静かで至近にセブンや食べ物販売の屋台もあり非常に便利。パッポンやタニヤ、コンベント通りへも徒歩5分程度と申し分ない。スタッフもフレンドリーでプールやサウナもあるのでコスパ的にも優れている。

Hotel is ok for a mid range....the breakfast buffet is however disappointing with only 4 hot items ( sausage, ham, fried rice one asian item) plus egg bar. Better value options in the area if breakfast quality is important to you. Pool area is clean inviting.

地下鉄シーロム駅、BTSサラディーン駅から徒歩10分程度。 建物は古く感じるが中はきれいに清掃されており、プールなどもとてもきれい。 ジム、サウナがありリラックスできるのは、バンコクのこのランクのホテルでは貴重。 部屋は少し暗いが、仕事には支障なし。wifiもよく繋がりますが、セキュリティは不安。 朝食もメニューが少ないので、物足りない場合は近くの屋台で事足ります。 コスパはとても良いホテルでした。

サウナがあって良かった 朝食は卵料理も作ってくれて美味しかった すぐそばにセブンイレブンもあって便利 バスタブもあり

Very well located! Staff are very welcoming and ready to assist with any request. Small pool and sauna which was more than enough as we spent most of the time on outings. Walking distance to transport such as BTS, metro etc. Will definitely return!

Small pool /garden less sunbed. Nice sitting there before go to disco.

The room was exceptionally clean and staff were extremely friendly. I will be booking a room again when I am back in Bangkok.

Convenient location close to BTS, shopping and park. Many restaurants within walking distance. They have a great staff, everyone friendly, always greeting you. Housekeeping does detailed cleaning of rooms-move beds, dust windows etc.

Location is great with lots to do in the surrounding area. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Biggest issue encountered was our room reaked of cigarette smoke. I suspect this floor was once smoking friendly, as approximately half of the floors in the building are still smoking friendly. The staff were willing to spray air freshener a few times, but this only masked the smell for a short period of time. I struggled to sleep for a few hours each night due to a burning sensation in my nose and mild nausea from the smell. Cockroaches were seen immediately outside the building (but never inside); this may be normal for Bangkok, I’m not sure. Best part of the stay was the value (excellent price for square footage).

Nous sommes revenues dans cet hôtel après un premier séjour deux semaines auparavant mais ça ne s'est pas du tout passé de la même façon … À notre arrivée dans la chambre, on se rend compte que c’est une chambre communicante. On avait l’impression de vivre avec les voisins donc demande de changement de chambre le lendemain. La seule disponible nous est attribuée : chambre plus petite, plus de baignoire mais une douche (alors que toutes les chambres mentionnaient une baignoire). J’ai eu de gros doutes sur la catégorie de la chambre même si la réception m’a confirmé que c’était la même que celle réservée. Je n’y crois toujours pas mais passons. L’hôtel était beaucoup plus rempli que la première fois et ça s’est ressenti. On entendait les voisins même dans une chambre non communicante. Les portes qui claquent. Le lendemain on commence à voir des cafards dans la chambre … on nous propose de changer de chambre et de mettre un coup de bombe insecticide. Pas convaincue de la proposition. En plus à la réception ils n’avaient pas l’air étonné du problème. Était ce déjà connu ? Les lits sont assez durs et en lit double si la personne avec vous bouge vous ressentez tous les mouvements. Coté petit déjeuner, correct sans plus. Assez de choix en salé mais très peu en sucré. L’hôtel est très bien placé, proche des commerces et des transports c’est un bon point mais malheureusement qui ne sera pas suffisant pour revenir dans cet hôtel. Les cafards auront eu raison de mon avis global !

Bra beliggenhet, hyggelig og vennlig betjening og fine rom. Dog noe slitt og gammelt, og litt lite basseng. Stort kjøleskap på rommet. Litt dårlig opplegg i dusjen da det spruter veldig mye over badekaret og ned på gulvet. Og det trådløsenettet er veldig ustabilt. Eks. Så er det ikke dekning inne på badet og det faller ut inne på rommet.

Great location near the skytrain and plenty of markets. The road is loud but if you get a room at the back of the proprtty you wont hear a thing.

This was an OK hotel, but calling it 'boutique' is quite a stretch. It was fine for a weekend. Good service, I arrived and was put in a room facing the street, but asked if I could change to a room facing the garden and pool instead, which they allowed me to, I really appreciated that. The decor and overall condition was quite run-down, my estimate is that the last time this was refurbished was the 80's or 90's? Some of the furniture has ripped upholstery, and the hole room just seemed very dated. In my definition, a boutique hotel wouldn't have laminated A4 menus in the lifts, and the decor and overall condition could be better and a bit more unique. The room and bed was clean overall, but there were long black hairs on the bathroom floor and in the bathtub. The pool is nice and fairly serene, but beware that it is not manned. If you are there longer than 10pm, no one comes to check if anyone is still using it, they simply just turn off all the lights, leaving the garden in total darkness. This happened to me two nights in a row. Would have been nice if someone could just pop their head out and let the guests know that they are closing for the night. This was an OK hotel, but the high rating is confusing to me. I'd probably give it a 5-6/10, not 8/10.

Breakfast is excellent with a range of western and eastern options. Location is excellent and right near train stations, buses and several shopping centres. Will probably stay here again next time 😊

Amazing value for the money. Nice hotel with green spaces in middle of city. room very spacious. WiFi EXCELLENT…nice and simple free breakfast great location for everything.

The room was very large and spacious with great air conditioning. Very easy to walk to the BTS and supermarket and shops. Would stay again for sure.

We have a very comfortable stay in this hotel. The room is spacious, clean and it is near to BTS & MRT via walking distance. We would like to recommend the excellance service of the cleaner lady at level 8 and the bell person at the main entrance( he show us the surrounding area around the hotel and help us to book a taxi to the airport with very reaonable price). We would rate the hotel all excellance but because the hotel reception show us cold face and refused to let us check in early on the first day. Tell us the check in time is 2pm.

Reception staff was very helpful, pleasant and professional. I got my room quickly. Was politely welcomed every time I entered the lobby. I had a comfortable stay at the the hotel.

Very clean room. Cozy and comfortable. A short walk to the BTS. Was here last year but this year it has exceeded my expectation when the Hotel Team came with a birthday cake and "Happy Birthday" song to the room.

The staff at Silom Serene are top-notch - friendly, professional, and always willing to help with taxis, tourism advice, and more. The hotel itself is well-appointed, with a pretty lobby and quick elevators. Our room was clean and comfortable, though we found the mattresses unusually firm and the room had a musty smell overall. Running the air conditioner helped a lot with the mustiness. The hotel's breakfast buffet (not included in our room rate) is typically expensive compared to alternatives and the quality doesn't match the convenience. There are several excellent cafés and bakeries in the area and Monday-Friday you can find breakfast food carts across the street serving fresh, hot street food and coffee. We didn't use the pool, but it looked lovely and well-maintained. Overall, I highly recommend Silom Serene for a downtown Bangkok stay.

We had a great time at the Silom Serene hotel, the hotel is fantastic value for money, in a great location and is clean and comfortable.

Conveniently located hotel near the skytrain. Many shops, restaurants in the area and short train ride to the bigger malls. All the staff at the hotel are very nice. Have stayed here twice and will stay in the future.

Hotel rooms & in this case Suite is good. Breakfast buffet is very small in choices (about 6) so that's a real area that needs improvement

Great location. Nice hotel. The breakfast was lacking. First time staying in the Silom area in Bangkok. Very easy to get around. Both BTS and MRT only a few blocks away. The hotel seemed a little dated but the real disappoint wes the breakfast. Not that it was bad. It just wasn't special in any way.
