This was a pleasant little cottage. It was well-equipped kitchen wise. Even milk and bread were there! The location felt like you were out in the country, but there were really a few neighbors around. Everything was immaculately clean. We had a problem with the heat one cloudy, chilly, windy day. I turned the heat down when we left in the morning, and then we just never got warm when we returned late afternoon. However, we are used to central heating, not a heat pump. The next day was fine. Morning sunlight really helps warm things up.We stayed here because it was a between our two main activities. We roamed Hobart one day and drove up Mt. Wellington; the other day we went to the scenic peninsula and old historic prison. It was also convenient to Hobart airport. We didn't do much in Richmond other than buy gas and a few groceries. There is a pretty old bridge in town. Thanks for a comfortable stay!

The hosts have thought of so many extras - what a credit to them and it makes a stay away even more exciting to come across those extra special touches! Bath robes, breakfast goods and even take away cups to make an extra coffee to take on the road. A great stay!

Property was exceptional. Everything that was promised was delivered. Perfect location. Great amenities. A little more hanging space and draws for clothing would help 2 chronic over packers. Bathroom shelving for copious bottles of lotions for makeup and cleansing, would also be beneficial. Bed and bedding was luxurious and created a great night's sleep.Already planning our next visit.

What a stunning place, in a beautiful part of Tasmania. Great communication with owner and simple checkin/ arrival process. The property was easy to find, beautifully clean and had everything you needed with an added bonus of a hot tub. Would definitely stay again.
