Wer früher ankommt muss je Stunde extra bezahlen. Sauna Nutzung kostet extra (15.- Eur pP/Tag) das war doch überraschend. Die Club-Etage hat sich nicht gelohnt. What a fabulous hotel. From the moment we checked in asking a hundred questions about where to eat, times of the spa opening etc, the staff were so patient and accommodating. We were on the fifth floor and had an amazing view out onto the city. I'm an early rise - and watched the sun rise several mornings. It was so peaceful - even though the bustle was starting below us. The breakfasts were awesome - and there was something for everyone from fruit, fresh breads, meats and so much more. We were greeted by the same friendly waiter each morning. We ate at the main restaurant one night - it's not cheap but my goodness is it worth it. The entrance alone is to be experienced. Once again, we had an exceptionally attentive waiter and the presentation of the food, plus the quality was exceptional. On the last day we made time for the spa and the swimming pool, something I'd wanted to do since we got there. We also paid the extra 15 euros to use the saunas and steam rooms and had that entire area to ourselves. The pool was clean and warm and surrounded by mosaics on the walls. Nearby to the hotel is a small shopping centre, that's quite eco-friendly and looks over the zoo. If you get the chance - go to the Dawn for lunch - you won't regret it! Hotel Palace Berlin is a true gem - if you are going to Berlin it is well worth staying here!

Great place to stay - right beside Berlin zoo. Good food, staff are very helpful. Rooms comfy and their House Of Gin is definitely worth a look. The hotel sots between Wittenbergplatz and Zoo Stations so great hub to get about the city from. Recommended

Property is in a good location for shopping and *some* sightseeing. Service was terrible. Bathroom smelled of sewage, housekeeping came to do a deep clean and there was no longer a smell. Yuck! Beds not as described. Shower is so tiny you can’t turn around. Club lounge opens at 12pm and there are no snacks/food until 3pm. Pool is quite cold & Spa Tub it attached so it’s the same temperature. 15Euros pp to use the sauna. Checked out 3 days early due to many other issues. 2-3 stars at best.

Perfekt hotell för par. Rena stora rum. Väldigt bra frukost. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Städning utfördes varje dag på väldigt hög nivå. Ett litet Spa som var perfekt att gå ner att avnjuta innan man gick ut på Berlins gator.

Wonderful hotel, room was really big and bed very comfortable and lots of lovely Rituals toiletries in the bathroom. We had a bottle of fizz and cake left in the room to celebrate my husbands birthday. The staff were very polite and helpful. The buffet breakfast was great and set you up for the day. We had dinner in Beef 45 in the hotel and that was amazing too. I would definitely stay again as its near lots of transport hubs to get around the city.

Vi blev taget dårligt imod ved vores ankomst. Pludselig under vores check in kommer der en ubehøvlet butler eller hvad han var, direkte hen og sagde hvorfor filmer I? Vi havde filmet fra ankomsten og vist hotellet frem. (Vi rejser meget og filmer og har aldrig oplevet dette før) det måtte vi ikke ifølge deres regler sagde han og hermed stoppede vi omgående. Senere samme dag blev vi stoppet igen af samme mand og spurgte os om vi havde slettet videoen. Meget ubehageligt, men han stod og holdte øje mens vi slettede det. Allerede der har mistet glæden ved ankomst. Derudover var personalet ikke smilende eller høflige. Eneste smil og super gode service fik vi fra overtjeneren til morgenmaden. Morgen buffet er fantastisk! Poolen var også skøn. Dog ærgerligt at der tillæg for entre til sauna/dampbad. Sengene var meget høje, men trods det super komfortable at sove i. Gode lyd isoleret værelser.

Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal i receptionen. Vi fick tillgång till rummet redan på morgonen utan extra kostnad. Rummet blev uppgraderat till ett bättre än det vi bokat. Det var inga problem när vi önskade byta kuddar eller få ett strykjärn. Mindre bra var att poolen var kall. Frukosten hade många alternativ men var ej bra för veganer. Personalen hade ingen koll på vad veganer åt och rekomenderade icke veganska alternativ. De kunde ej heller svara på vad olika rätter på frukosten innehöll.

Fantatic Hotel, with fantastic staff. We were upgraded when we arrived, so we definitely started off on a positive. Breakfast was amazing, we didnt need to eat again until our evening meal. The room was a little on the warm side, but that's not a major issue. If you get the chance, eat in the Beef 45 restaurant, expensive but extremely worth it. Pool is lovely but as with all pools a bit slippery. Zoo is opposite and Brandenburg Gate is a leisurely 45 min stroll through the park. We hired scooters, 15 mins and so worth the 6 euros.
