TITANIC Comfort Mitte

As a wheelchair user I always worry when I stay in another country and have to try and explain my needs. But the Titanic is really accessible and the staff are so friendly and helpful. The accessible room was brilliant and just perfect. The right amount of room and functionality without leaving out the luxury I like. The lift up to the foyer was very slow and I could not use it without staff which was a little awkward. But that is my only complaint. Would recommend for wheelchair users.

Bonjour l’emplacement de hôtel est parfait. Les chambres sont petites mais fonctionnelles . Le personnel est globalement sympa. Il manque une petite salle de fitness voir un sauna. Il y a un problème insonorisation entre chambre. Si non globalement le rapport qualité prix est très bien pour un séjour court durée sur Berlin. Cordialement luc

Extremely small room, extremely small parking lot, charging machine didn't work, gate didn't open automatically while leaving (one had to get out of the car an ring bell or leaving!!!), unfortunately no gym and no cooperation with a close by gym ...

Keine Parkmöglichkeiten.

Zimmer sehr klein, obwohl Business Zimmer. Die Parkplatzsituation ist ein Witz. Wieso man nicht reservieren kann, erschließt sich einem nicht. Man wird darum gebeten, nach dem Frühstück den Parkplatz entgegen zu nehmen, dann aber die Überraschung - kein Parkplatz frei. Vielen Dank auch. Klar- man soll auf der Straße für über 40€ pro Tag parken - was für ein Alternative 😂😂

Decent place to stay in a quiet location of Berlin, that’s still close by to landmarks and other areas tourists will want to visit. A U-Bahn station is right round the corner also that takes you across Berlin. Rooms small but modern and clean. Beds were comfy, only given one pillow but can request extras at reception. Only disappointment was lack of kettle or tea in rooms. Hotel bar was fantastic, excellent drinks that weren’t extortionate, and extremely friendly staff. Would definitely recommend this place to friends!

Clean room, good selection at bar

Die Lage ist einfach Top. Man ist innerhalb von 3 Minuten an der U-Bahn und von dort aus schnell überall. Optional kann man auch innerhalb von 30 Minuten Fußradius mega viel erreichen. Das Business Zimmer war zu Zweit von der Größe her für einen Kurztrip passend. Und gerade so ausreichend, dass man sich trotz Koffer noch ordentlich frei bewegen konnte. Es war hübsch eingerichtet, das Bett bequem und alles ordentlich und sauber. Allerdings ist es relativ hellhörig, und zwischen Bad und Zimmer hört man wirklich alles. Also nichts für frisch verliebte junge Pärchen 😅 Das Frühstück war top, alles frisch und lecker. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Einziger minus Punkt war das parken. Also entweder habe ich mich zu blond angestellt oder es ist irgendwie suspekt. Links neben dem Hotel ist eine kleine Gasse, wirkt fast wie eine Einfahrt in das Papiermuseum. Dort an der Schranke bekommt man gesagt, dass man erst rein muss und innen zahlen. Also rückwärts wieder raus rangiert, an der Straße einen Parkplatz gesucht, eingecheckt, Parkplatz gezahlt, wieder an die Schranke , wieder geklingelt, alle möglichen Fragen beantwortet, obwohl man ja eine Minute vorher innen war und bezahlt hat. Das müsste man echt anders lösen. Einfach reinfahren lassen, man kommt doch dann sowieso zum Check in. Auch das rausfahren. Total komisch. Man müsste aussteigen, einmal um die Schranke Rum laufen und die Klingel vom "reinfahren" drücken. Ich hoffe ich war einfach zu blond.

Das Frühstücksbuffett war ansprechend und mit einer guten Auswahl. Das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich und sehr Serviceorientiert. Die Zimmer waren sehr klein, aber mit allem ausgestattet. Die Zimmerreinigung erfolgt aller 3 Tage, es wird aber nach Rücksprache sofort ein Handtuchwechsel etc. durchgeführt. Das Hotel können wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Reclamei ao hotel pela limpeza do quarto e retirada do lixo e eles disseram que são muitos quartos e não conseguiu limpar o meu por 2 dias seguidos. Na minha opinião o hotel precisa contratar mais funcionários para a limpeza. No geral o hotel é bom

The room was beautiful, super clean, cosy and comfy.

Friendly staff warm rooms, very clean. Only suggestions not complaints, extra pillows in the European shape and the ability to turn off the extractor fan in the bathroom. Again nothing major just a suggestion. Would stay here again.

Haben 120€ pro Nacht für ein Doppelzimmer mit Frühstück bezahlt. Das Zimmer war sehr klein. Die Tür zum Badezimmer war eine Schiebetür, die nicht ganz geschlossen werden konnte. Viele Fliesen und das Waschbecken hatten Risse und Schäden. Die Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert. Die Betten waren eher klein und die Matratzen hart. Das Frühstück war ok. Bis auf das Rührei, das war 'ne Katastrophe (mehr flüssig als fest und aus Eipulver hergestellt). Gut war die Anbindung an die U-Bahn Station Spittelmarkt in ca. 300m Entfernung.

This place have some issues: Towels not clean Missing don't disturb sign The breakfast was so bad. No bacon no youghurt in containers no watermelon long line to coffee and not enough space No smart tv The door to toilet dis not give privacy The staff was great though and super friendly The location is good.

The only downside is the air conditioning. It doesn't work independently; it depends on the outside weather to operate, not on the guest's desire for the ambient air temperature inside the room.

Séjour d'une 1 nuit correct. Cependant le WIFI de l'hôtel était si médiocre qu'il était impossible de regarder du streaming. De nos jours cela me parait très limite...

The rooms are very small, also not enough power outlets in the room. Outlets should be on both sides of the bed. The check in staff could be friendlier. The breakfast is very simple, need more fresh fruits options. Overall the hotel is adequate.

Front door not easily accessible (stairs). Room was extremely small for 2 people with small suitcases. There was a luggage rack but nowhere to really put it. Couldn’t unpack because closet had hanging space for two jackets only. Open shelving next to closet was only about 6” deep so not big enough for folded clothing. Even if we could have unpacked there was nowhere to put empty suitcases. Large window but it would not stay open. Had to tie it using a phone charger cable.

Very close to u bahn and easy walk into centre of Berlin and check point charlie. Downside was the mall bedroom size and lack of storage for hanging clothes.

Rummet var ok. Ingen info om wifi. Dåligt med eluttag. Fräsch toalett. Otroligt varmt och det gick inte att sänka värmen.

Very nice overall, the rooms are VERY small for being for 2 people, the design is very unpractical, bathroom had no soundproofing and no lock :/

Really enjoyed this hotel, great location, staff lovely, breakfast options not the best but not bad at all, bedrooms small and lack privacy due to the bathroom doors not being lockable but just a sliding door, other than that a great affordable hotel and would stay again.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Very nice and clean accommodation within walking distance from Berlin.

Das Hotel ist ansichtlich gut, jedoch ist am Personal einiges zu ändern. An der Rezeption wurden wir mit einer schlechten Laune begrüsst und die Informationen wie zB. wo das Frühstück sein wird und in welcher Zeitspanne muss man fast schon aus der Nase der Rezeption ziehen. Die Zimmerreinigungen wurden trotz, dass wir mehrmals gesagt haben das das Zimmer nicht gereinigt werden muss und sogar das Schild an der Türe hing, gereinigt. Zudem versuchte man ein einem Tag 2x in unser Zimmer zu kommen, obwohl wir im Zimmer waren, ebenfalls am Abreisetag wollte die Reinigung um 9 Uhr morgens ins Zimmer kommen und obwohl wir nein gesagt haben und danach das Schild “nicht stören” an die Türe hingen, haben sie es nach 10 Minuten wieder versucht als ich alleine im Zimmer am duschen war. Wir sind in allem nicht sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt, dass Personal kann man bis auf einzelne nicht weiterempfehlen

Staff less than helpful, still awaiting a refund on a night that I didn't get to use because of airport strikes having to cut my holiday short. Room very basic and cramped

Unplesant staff. No water the first day and no bottle of water offered. My wife insisted and the recptionist became aggressive. Not offering a bottle of water a day when there is no running water is unprofessional. Being agressive is inacceptable. Besides, nothing spécial for gold customer

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room small but comfortable. All main sites easily walkable. Only had breakfast but this was excellent. Would highly recommend.

We stayed here for the Berlin Marathon. The hotel itself gave early breakfast and free bananas and water on the day of the marathon. However, the front desk staff were absolutely unhelpful and rude (not one but all we saw there). They didn’t gave us the late check out for free as part of Expedia VIP benefits and were kind of laughing about that until on Saturday one guy said we could have it until 1 or we have to pay (marathon finishes at 2-4 pm) Rooms also were extremely small even for Berlin We wouldn’t stay here again

Staff was incredibly rude and condescending. They were not helpful and were not kind.

Clean rooms and great location

Great location 20 minutes walk from most of the sights. Room was comfy and had an excellent bathroom with large shower. The staff were very nice.

Good location in Mitte. Close to a U-bahn station and lots of bars and restaurants all in a walkable distance. Price was very reasonable. Friendly and helpful staff. Standard room is OK for a single person. Very comfortable bed - I slept well. The Titanic Comfort is a great place for a short stay in Berlin.

Centrally located…right next to the underground…easy to walk to different places if

Freundliches Personal, saubere Zimmer, gute Lage

The rooms were slightly small but still very comfortable and great decoration. The rooms towards the inner patio have better views and it’s quieter. The breakfast was very good, with lots of variety! The hotel is only 5 minute walk from the subway and is very close to Alexanderplatz.

The breakfast was ok but options very limited towards the end of service time. I wish the lunch dinner menu was bigger with a few more healthy options.

Good location with excellent breakfast. The only "bad" thing was the parking fee at 20Euros.

This was an amazing stay - The hotel was very clean and the rooms were lovely. I would also recommend getting the breakfast as it was exquisite!
