Amazing hotel in the Jr Suite. The AC was a little warm compared to other friends staying as well. Check in was great. I am not a fan of AI as the concierge/front desk. I don’t want to WhatsApp or text someone for something when I’m in the room and just want to call the front desk. Otherwise amazing hotel and amazing location.

Nice location next to the river and park.. It’s a bit of a soulless conferencehotel feeling otherwise, yet the front desk service personnel was outstanding and helpful and made us feel welcome! Breakfast has plenty of option, however busy and noisy. If weather permitting sit outside if the insects are not bothering you. Room with a parkview is nice, however surfaces, carpet, textiles worn. Parkview room (sideways) is quite small with a narrow corridor. You can hear all doors slamming, yet it is otherwise quiet. Cleaning of the drawers was a bit sloppy as stuff from previous guest could be found in these. Daily cleaning was instead good an spotless. Here and there some waiters either at the breakfast or Marlene restaurant gave a disinterested impression. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and the front desk people made sure all contact with them was warm and likeable!
