It was better nevertheless it has issues with WiFi but les frequent otherwise all good treatment was good if you don’t need WiFi i highly recommend it , food on restaurant very limited options in menu

Fint hotel med god beliggenhed. Sauna var i stykker, men dampbadet var godt. Fitnessrum var en joke. Det lå i et tilstødende lokale til poolen og derfor meget uhygiejnisk at skulle gennem badende gæster for at træne. Til gengæld var der få maskiner at træne med.

The hotel is located in central Berlin, making it very easy to navigate in the city of Berlin. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. Even though the hotel was amazing, the parking were to expensive, 24 euro per night, which were, in my opinion a bit to expensive, considering the capital of a city is always a bit overpriced. Overall an amazing stay, in the wonderful capital of Germany. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Sincerly Visitors from Denmark <3

Wir hatten das Glück, ein Zimmer in der 11. Etage zu erwischen, mit einem tollen Ausblick über die Dächer der Stadt. Das Zimmer war in einem guten Zustand, sauber und ausreichend geräumig, allerdings nicht mehr in topaktuellem Zustand. Die Betten waren uns zu hart, wurden aber auf unsere Bitte hin umgehend mit einem weicheren Topper versehen, sodass wir anschließend entspannt schlafen konnten. Pluspunkte dieses Hotels sind das nette, hilfsbereite Personal und die tolle Lage an der Friedrichstraße, vieles ist zu Fuß erreichbar, die U-Bahn, S-Bahn und Tram sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Absoluter Minuspunkt ist die Garage unter dem Hotel, sie ist sehr eng, total verwinkelt, teuer und war leider voll; trotzdem wurden immer noch Fahrzeuge hereingelassen, was zu einem leichten Chaos führte. Wir haben schließlich ein Stück die Friedrichstraße runter in einem öffentlichen Parkhaus geparkt.

Das Bad war unbequem durch die Wannenbrause und der Duschkopf unappetitlich verschmutzt/vergilbt; am Empfang war keine EC-Kartenzahlung möglich und ich habe durch Zufall erfahren, dass mich mein Zimmer über Expedia 50% mehr kostet, als Expedia dafür bezahlt. Das steht in keinem Verhältnis und führt dazu, dass ich Euer Portal nicht mehr nutzen werde.

Just returned from a lovely stay at this hotel (April 2024). The rooms are super clean, housekeeping every day. They were also well equipped and very comfortable. One thing that was a little disappointing were the tea/coffee making facilities. We were only supplied with 1 tea bag so ended up buying some. The staff here are efficient and it is a well organised establishment, with all public areas also very clean, modern and comfortable. It was a great location too, only 5 minutes walk to the station and plenty of restaurants, bakeries and shops close by. I would certainly recommend this hotel.

We largely enjoyed our stay but were disappointed by the run-down status of the facilities. The headboard of the bed showed the imprint of previous guests and the bathroom door was scuffed. Worst of all was the state of the chairs in the breakfast room. All of them dirty and stained.......which we didn't expect from a 4-star hotel.....and in Germany

Zimmer seit Jahren überfällig für Renovierung!! Tapete löst sich von der Wand. Uralter Teppich, sehr unangenehm, muffliger Geruch. Nicht mehr zeitgemäss. Hotel gewählt wg. super zentraler Lage. Ansonsten enttäuschend.

I only tated this hotel down for 2 reasons - the room smelled like smoke and the carpet was outdated. Otherwise, i enjoyed the location, free minibar and the fact they offerered mini suites for families. I did not have a chance to use the pool but noticed there was one. And the location was accessible to stores and restaurants.

After travelling 2 weeks around Germany, this hotel was our absolute favourite. Rooms are spacious, clean and air conditioned. Comfortable beds with extra pillows. Refreshing swimming pool and the contents of the mini bar was included. Located within walking distance of many restaurants, shops, and tourist attractions. Would definitely stay here again!!

The hotel might look outdated in the pictures, but that is probably part of the "proArte" design. Once in, I noticed all the facilities are well-maintained and modern creature comfort like wireless chargers and WiFi6 are available. The positions of the desk, fridge, sockets, TV, etc are very convenient compared to many other hotels.

Nice, clean and large room, plenty of facilities, good location within Berlin. However I found the air-conditioning to be far too weak and outdated, too hot at night - had to keep the windows open, but then get woken up by noise in the early morning.

Excellent hotel, great value for money and in a good location near central Berlin and 3 mins to the airport train and underground station. Loved the pool which we used most mornings. Rooms very comfortable with good beds and bathroom. Extremely quiet too so great sleep quality. Staff very helpful too! We had a great stay so I highly recommend.

This is a wonderful property, close to many famous sights, feels safe, and there are many restaurants, but what I didn’t like this time when I came back was that the receptionist told me to pay for parking when I was checking out, and I didn’t request parking. In fact, I didn’t have my car with me. I flew in. But she insisted I had to pay, but only let it go when I said I’m going to the airport, what parking? She never apologized for this mistake on the hotel’s part. Unacceptable.

This was a great room at a very reasonable price. The staff was very friendly and helpful plus the food and drinks were awesome. The hotel was well located near the Freidrickstrasse train station making it convenient to Brandenberg airport.

Tolles Hotel mit grandioser Lage (S-Bhf Friedrichstrasse mit allen Möglichkeiten in nächster Nähe) mitten in Berlin und mit einem guten Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis, welches eher an die obere Grenze tendiert (allerdings auch EURO 2024 - Effekt). Zimmer sind grosszügig, zweckmässig, komfortabel und sauber. Einzig das Klima müsste besser, effizienter geregelt werden können. Schönes Schwimmbad und erreichbar mit separatem Aufzug. Personal ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.

The hotel is located near all the important historic sites and is a block away from Friedrich Straße station, which makes it convenient to travel anywhere in the city, including the airport. The hotel advertised a breakfast for around $17.00 at the time of making the reservation. However, I wanted the hotel breakfast on only one day of our stay and there was no way to do that online. Upon arrival and asking for breakfast for one day I was told the breakfast was only available for approximately $25.00. I felt ripped off.

Det var meget fint. Jeg var rystet over morgenmadsprodukter på hotellet, det var over 45euro pr. Dag pr. Person. Jeg blev ved at spørge om jeg havde misforstået, men det havde jeg ikke! Så den del sprang vi over. Super placering, og ellers sødt personale. Poolen er ligegyldig!
