Great stay in a great hotel! New, clean and comfortable. Nice rooftop pool and sun beds. Very clean overall, great shower, kitchenette with full fridge! Huge balcony in our room 704. Lots of english channels on TV. Nearby bus stop. Restaurant's and cafes nearby. A few groceries stores. My only complaint was the mattress was a thin type with no box spring. They do take a fund hold on CC. Desk staff friendly.

The hotel was very nice, hotel staff were great and super helpful. If you have a car for your stay you can usually park on the street nearest the university no problem. Our only complaint was the bed. The mattress wasn’t the greatest. But since we were out all day and we were completely exhausted it didn’t cause too much of a concern.

This was a really nice stay. Clean and spacious room. Bus stop located right outside the hotel. Awesome place to stay. Small swimming pool on the roof. Was too cold to swim because of time of year. Would stay here again.

Hated the constant noise of sirens and traffic - much better soundproofing needed, annoying that the TV remote controlled both TVs when I only wanted one on with YouTube and not the other blaring BBC news or something- ended up unplugging the other tv to solve the issue Balcony is rather narrow and shower has no standing mat to stop you slipping The good news is that the double bed is lovely with usb ports and UK wall sockets which is excellent I like the TV size despite my whinge above Located by 2 bus stops so transports not an issue Friendly and well spoken receptionists apart from a grumpy one Rooms could do with a slight bit of blue paint to break up the all white interior Bar was closed upstairs and I didn’t bother phoning the assistance line and it also looked very basic Needs a few more hangers for clothes Kitchen in room wasn’t used but it was definitely a good idea to have it anyway

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Probably the nicest stay we've ever had. Friendly and helpful reception staff, extremely thorough cleaning staff (who clean throughout the day). The facilities are exceptional, with a pool, terrace and gym on the upper floors. We wished that the terrace area was open post 10pm as we would have definitely used it later than this, but this is the only small criticism we can think of. We checked in and out both late and extremely early outside of reception hours but it was clearly discussed with us how we could get around this and all instructions given were clear and precise. The 24hr reception facility on WhatsApp is superb and the room we stayed in represents fantastic value for money, with a large bed, modern kitchen and bathroom, two televisions, office desk space and small kitchen table plus a balcony. This enabled us to prepare our own food during the stay which was a real plus. All in all a fantastic experience which I'm sure we will repeat in the future. A big thank you to all the staff at Park Heights and for helping to make our stay in Malta really special (such a beautiful country).

I loved your apartment, I felt very comfortable and almost like home, besides I enjoyed staying at the pool area although it’s not really possible for swimming. The apartment was cleaned very well by the very friendly cleaning stuff. Thank you for the nice stay

Hotellet var svært fint og godt innredet, med en god beliggenhet og flere bussholdeplasser rett utenfor. Vi hadde et kjøkken på rommet med alt nødvendig utstyr, slik at vi kunne lage måltider selv. Det eneste negative var bassenget og området rundt det. Vi badet kun to ganger i løpet av vårt ukelange opphold, da vi syntes det var ekkelt å bade i bassenget. Det var mye hår både i og rundt vannet, som kunne feste seg på tær og fingre. Om rensesystemet til bassenget fungerte i det hele tatt, eller om det var tilfeldig er vankelig å si men der var ubehagelig for oss. Det var tross alt veldig lite basseng, og at det er så mye ekkelt i vannet og rundt ødela for oss. For øvrig var alt annet helt topp.

Room was very spacious with a bed, sofa, kitchenette good storage space. And under the hotel directly you have the bus stops taking you into town. Most of the staff are very nice. One big downside for me is the big windows meaning lots of sunlight which their curtains didn't do the greatest job of keeping out while I slept.

The property is clean and very nicely presented and I cannot fault the wonderful staff. However, where the property is located is noisy and the sound proofing in the hotel is not good. If you're looking for something reasonably priced and conveniently located with great coffee downstairs, then this place is for you.

Superior Zimmer mit Balkon sehr grosszügig und perfekt eingerichtet . Mit kleiner Küche und jeden Tag neue Kaffeepads . Zimmercleaning super gut . Auch das Personal an der Rezeption sehr hilfsbereit und ruhig . Lage des Hotels mit zahlreichen Busanbindungen vor der Tür . Bei geöffneter Balkontür sehr laut .

Generally a nice stay. Staff very professional and helpful. Room was spacious with comfortable bed. Bathroom clean. Kitchen excellent and equipped with whatever you may need when it comes to cooking. Fast wifi. Air-con was working well too. Only downfall is a noise from the street all day and even late at night. However the sliding door to the balcony and windows muted it very well.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, Zimmer sehr schön und gut ausgestattet, Personal sehr freundlich, toll ist die Busstation vor der Türe in 8 min ist man in Valletta

Daughter and stayed at Park Heights for 4 nights, we had a wonderful stay! A day before our arrival, I was contacted by the staff to guide me with the self check in, as we were arriving late. The communication was clear and everything went smoothly. The studio with kitchen was just perfect, super functional and clean. The design choices are modern with clean lines. The bed was huge and very comfortable! The kitchenette had everything we needed and nice Nespresso machine! Just in the corner from the hotel there are 3 bus stops, which made our trips to Valletta super easy! I totally recommend Park Heights, will surely return!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff are all so friendly and professional when you arrive and throughout your stay. The room was lovey, clean and a good size. There is soundproofing but you can hear small bits of traffic (e.g emergency services) as it is on a main road but this didn’t bother me at and all I slept very well still. The area it is located isn't the nicest in Malta but I always felt safe being a solo female traveller even at night in the neighbourhood. This location is very easy to get transport from here as bus stops are just outside the door which is great. The bed was the most comfy bed I’ve ever stayed in to date so I slept the best I have in a while! I stayed over Christmas so only drawback is the gym wasn’t open and I didn’t receive any information relating to the gym in welcome letters or text so was quite l confusing. I will definitely be back here when I return to Malta again.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Probably the nicest stay we've ever had. Friendly and helpful reception staff, extremely thorough cleaning staff (who clean throughout the day). The facilities are exceptional, with a pool, terrace and gym on the upper floors. We wished that the terrace area was open post 10pm as we would have definitely used it later than this, but this is the only small criticism we can think of. We checked in and out both late and extremely early outside of reception hours but it was clearly discussed with us how we could get around this and all instructions given were clear and precise. The 24hr reception facility on WhatsApp is superb and the room we stayed in represents fantastic value for money, with a large bed, modern kitchen and bathroom, two televisions, office desk space and small kitchen table plus a balcony. This enabled us to prepare our own food during the stay which was a real plus. All in all a fantastic experience which I'm sure we will repeat in the future. A big thank you to all the staff at Park Heights and for helping to make our stay in Malta really special (such a beautiful country).

The property is clean and very nicely presented and I cannot fault the wonderful staff. However, where the property is located is noisy and the sound proofing in the hotel is not good. If you're looking for something reasonably priced and conveniently located with great coffee downstairs, then this place is for you.

There's a bus stop right in front of the hotel, which makes it very convenient. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and I loved the room. It had a nice floor plan, was clean, well maintained and modern. There's plenty of lighting including a good reading light on each side of the bed. I enjoyed the espresso machine, but wish there was creamer available. It would also be nice if there was a place in the bathroom or by the mirror to plug in he hair dryer or a curling iron. There's also a slight tilt in the shower floor so water will drain which made me a bit nervous I'd loose my footing or slip.

Generally a nice stay. Staff very professional and helpful. Room was spacious with comfortable bed. Bathroom clean. Kitchen excellent and equipped with whatever you may need when it comes to cooking. Fast wifi. Air-con was working well too. Only downfall is a noise from the street all day and even late at night. However the sliding door to the balcony and windows muted it very well.

This was a really nice stay. Clean and spacious room. Bus stop located right outside the hotel. Awesome place to stay. Small swimming pool on the roof. Was too cold to swim because of time of year. Would stay here again.

Das Positive: das Zimmer war sehr groß und praktisch eingerichtet mit einem großen Bett und voll eingerichteteter Küche, einem schönen Bad mit Rituals-Produkten. Absolut hervorzuheben sind die jungen Damen an der Rezeption, die sehr freundlich, kommunikativ und hilfsbereit sind und denen man anmerkt, dass sie ihren Job lieben. Bushaltestellen direkt vor dem Hotel Das Negative: Die Lage ist an einem großen Kreisel mit einem Skatepark in der Mitte. In kurzen Abständen fahren auch noch Krankenwagen mit Sirene in Richtung des nahe gelegenen Krankenhauses. Den Balkon kann man also eigentlich nicht nutzen und es ist eher ungemütlich, sich dort aufzuhalten. Allerdings ist das Gebäude gut gedämmt, wenn man die Balkontür schließt, hört man kaum noch etwas. Das Frühstück hat uns nicht so zugesagt, es war recht begrenzt.

Vi ankom efter receptionen lukkede, hvilket ikke var et problem, da de sendte klare og nemme instruktioner, til hvordan man kom ind på hotellet samt gennem hoveddøren. Hotellet fremstod meget pænt og faciliteterne var flotte. Poolen og soldækket på taget er ikke store, men det var ikke noget problem. Morgenmaden var fin, man kunne bestille forskellige retter der blev tilberedt, suppleret med frisk frugt, salater, brød og kager.

Goede accommodatie met mooie schone en ruime kamers. Receptie is behulpzaam en duidelijk. Goed ontbijt op rooftop met mooi panorama uitzicht. Locatie is op loopafstand van leuke Marina met genoeg vertier en eetgelegenheden. Openbaar vervoer voor de deur wat makkelijk te gebruiken is.

Hated the constant noise of sirens and traffic - much better soundproofing needed, annoying that the TV remote controlled both TVs when I only wanted one on with YouTube and not the other blaring BBC news or something- ended up unplugging the other tv to solve the issue Balcony is rather narrow and shower has no standing mat to stop you slipping The good news is that the double bed is lovely with usb ports and UK wall sockets which is excellent I like the TV size despite my whinge above Located by 2 bus stops so transports not an issue Friendly and well spoken receptionists apart from a grumpy one Rooms could do with a slight bit of blue paint to break up the all white interior Bar was closed upstairs and I didn’t bother phoning the assistance line and it also looked very basic Needs a few more hangers for clothes Kitchen in room wasn’t used but it was definitely a good idea to have it anyway

Ich würde es auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. Das Frühstück war bei uns nicht inbegriffen, aber es waren nur die nötigesten Dinge vorhanden.

Very clean room, brilliant facilities, rooftop terrace is ideal. The hotels situation isn't brilliant because it is just off a busy roundabout. Other than that I have no concerns about recommending this hotel to anyone.
