Room and in general hotel was clean. Facilities not finished so no Spa or indoor pool. Work ongoing so often building noise heard around the hotel from approx. 8am onwards. Also no swim up bar or food available at rooftop pool as 3rd party operators not currently offering.

El hotel está nuevecito, los cuartos perfectos y con todo nuevo, muy espaciosos y con muchas amenidades, 2 albercas una techada y la otra en roof top, el acceso perfecto y la ubicación excelente.

Das Hotel war und ist nicht fertig. Innenpool und Spabereich sind noch nicht zugänglich. Teile der Ausstattung sind noch im Bau. Es gibt keinerlei Hinweis darauf. Das Housekeeping arbeitet schlecht (keine neuen Gläser, fehlende Handtücher, leere Seife nicht bemerkt). Annehmlichkeiten wie Kosmetiktücher, Body Lotion, Slipper oder ähnliches gibt es nicht. Das Frühstück ist sehr voll, es gibt zu wenige Kaffeemaschinen und die Anordnung ist unpraktisch. Im Salat waren viele Fliegen. Obwohl das Hotel neu eröffnet ist sehen viele Bereiche sehr abgenutzt und kaputt aus. Für Lärmbelästigung sorgen zu laute Aufzugtöne und Fehlalarme der Brandmeldeanlage. The hotel has parking as a listed amenity but they do not have a parking, theres no public garage nearby and street parking is hard to find. They do not have laundry service and theres only self service laundrys in the area, didnt think a hotel can have 4 stars without a laundry service 👎

We (2 persons) stayed at the hotel for 9 night. The room was pretty spacious and nicely decorated. The staff is friendly and the pool area is nice, but the pool was very cold. We enjoyed our stay but we also have some points of critique: -breakfast was okay, but not a lot of options -you can’t bring your own food or drinks too the pool. Even not your own water bottle. The water you could order at the pool was 5,50 and they didn’t even have food available to order. If you spent a day at the pool you eventually will need water and some food. I understand that they want to keep the area clean. But not even being able to bring water is crazy. On the otherhand the staff at the pool is very kind and helpfull! The ladies are all lovely and do their best to make you feel comfortable. -there was music at the pool which can be nice, only 9 out of 10 times it was so loud that it was mostly annoying. We really liked the location since it was not too busy and easily accesable. There are many nice restaurants close by.

Indoor Pool und SPA Bereich wegen Bauarbeiten noch nicht fertig! Bauarbeiten und somit Lärm im und am Hotel. Hellhörige Zimmer zu den Nachbarn (Hört deren Dusche und wenn Nachbarn sich durch die Wohnung bewegen) dagegen gut isoliert nach Außen und Flur.Viel zu viele Gäste auf kleinen Raum. Convenience Frühstück schrecklich und zu voll. Positiv Rooftop Pool und Bar, auch wenn öfters zu wenig freie Liegen!

Great location, staff were lovely, breakfast tasty, views from the rooftop bar and pool exceptional. Overall a wonderful vibe and a short walk from everything in Sliema (including the 5 minute ferry across to Valetta). Wonderful little trip, thank you so much for having us.

The place is a building site. Dirty and noisy and dangerous. Staff rude and unprofessional. We tried to soak to management but after over s month off silence we imagine we won't get a response. Terrible experience especially as we paid 4* prices for it. AVOID IT

The property is 85% ready. It’s a new building but full of on-going interior work and issues. The corridors and bedrooms have plaguing air pressure issues. Air vents in the rooms are extremely loud and cannot be rectified without technician support. Check-in was late and our room wasn’t clean. The cleaning staff failed to replace dirty towels without being chased. Our bathrooms also didn’t have hanging rails for the towels. The downstairs pool wasn’t open yet for use. We’re appreciative that it’s brand new but this did impact our experience. I’d suggest looking for a different hotel until they’re officially 100% ready.

Pulizia nel complesso ottima ovunque con l'eccezione dei ripiani comodino e tavolo che andrebbero ripassati ogni tanto. Bagno, pavimenti e spazi comuni pulitissimi. Ottime docce e asciugamani. L'albergo é new-ish quindi i commenti negativi sono suggerimenti per migliorare. Andrebbe eliminato il campanello che suona ogni qualvolta viene chiamato o si ferma l'ascensore, cosi' come la musica vicino agli ascensori. Si sentono nelle camere più vicine e disturbano il sonno. Piscina e servizio piscina di ottima qualita', servizio e vista. Staff molto cortese. Un po' lenti e confusi al check in ma sono sicuro migliorera'.Colazioni a buffet ben prezzata e di buona qualita' ma sarebbe ottimo avere un'opzione solo caffè che purtroppo non è offerta o quantomeno opzioni migliori del Nescafe in camera. Location per me molto buona. Tornero'.

The hotel is almost brand new. Large and nice rooms. Great pool on the roof. I think the beds are a bit hard and plastic-like. Not the best quality. We were also bothered by a bit of a sewage smell in the bathroom in room 1306. Breakfast was a bit bland. Lots of egg and bacon, but little selection of other dishes. There is still some work being done around the building. Drilling etc. I think I paid too much for this stay in relation to the quality received...

Lovely hotel rooms very big and quiet massive bed. Staff very helpful. Lovely large roof top pool overlooking bay the only negative is the sun loungers get fully taken in the mornings but usually able to get one in the afternoons, it was noted that some beds have towels placed on them but you dont see anyone using them. Pool towels are supplied when you go to the pool. You cant take your own drinks to pool as theres a bar and you're expected to buy from them. The only negative is it's new hotel and advertised indoor pool which is one of the reasons i booked this hotel, unfortunately this was not open and they had no idea when it would be ready. Plenty of eateries and shops in walking distance and brilliant bus services running regularly at bottom of street on the main road a few minutes walk.to bottom of street.

We enjoyed our stay but we also have some points of critique: -breakfast was okay, but not a lot of options -you can’t bring your own food or drinks too the pool. Even not your own water bottle. The water you could order at the pool was 5,50 and they didn’t even have food available to order. If you spent a day at the pool you eventually will need water and some food. I understand that they want to keep the area clean. But not even being able to bring water is crazy. On the otherhand the staff at the pool is very kind and helpfull! I was particularly impressed with the gym facilities, a spacious area with ample cardio equipment as well as plenty of fixed weight machines and free weights. I paid the additional fee for breakfast on one morning and found the buffet to be varied in terms of choice as well as of a good quality. The hotel is conveniently situated, just a short walk from the main area of the town where there is an abundance of restaurants, shops and other attractions. I would definitely stay here again and I would also recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel in this area.

An sich alles super, super Zimmer super Essen und trinken und super dachterasse. Es wird noch ein wenig gewerkelt, weshalb an manchen Stellen noch renovierungsspuren zu sehen sind. Sehr nervig ist das dauerhafte piepen des Fahrstuhles welches man bis ins Zimmer hört. Great rooftop pool with a stunning view, lovely room, comfortable bed and bedding, and a spacious shower with generous water jets. However, there were few of the amenities one would expect from a 4-star hotel: no hangers, no tissues, no glasses, no soap, no shower cap, etc. The gym was out of service, and the two toilets by the pool were also non-operational. As for the location, next time I’d choose Valletta instead—more central, as it’s the starting point for all buses heading to the rest of the island.

Very nice brand new hotel in Malta that’s close to the bus stop. The location is not too convenient for exploring typical tourist destinations but ride share is inexpensive in Malta so we opted for that most of the time. The bathroom in our room smelled like sewer but they were able to get us into a different room the next day. There’s construction going on everywhere near the hotel but the rooms are pretty soundproof. We could only hear the construction noise when we opened the sliding door. There’s lots of restaurants about 2-3 blocks away that’s by the water. The rooftop pool looked nice.

The property is 85% ready. It’s a new building but full of on-going interior work and issues. The corridors and bedrooms have plaguing air pressure issues. Air vents in the rooms are extremely loud and cannot be rectified without technician support. Check-in was late and our room wasn’t clean. The cleaning staff failed to replace dirty towels without being chased. Our bathrooms also didn’t have hanging rails for the towels. The downstairs pool wasn’t open yet for use. We’re appreciative that it’s brand new but this did impact our experience. I’d suggest looking for a different hotel until they’re officially 100% ready.

The spa staff and housekeeping were outstanding but the main reception was inconsistent and it really depended on who available to deal with your questions. The lobby bar is small, but had enough options and was fairly priced for the area. The spa was far too busy in the evenings and was filled with screaming kids, making it less of a serene relaxing experience and more like being at a leisure centre swimming pool, the 7PM closing time also didn't help.

Pulizia nel complesso ottima ovunque con l'eccezione dei ripiani comodino e tavolo che andrebbero ripassati ogni tanto. Bagno, pavimenti e spazi comuni pulitissimi. Ottime docce e asciugamani. L'albergo é new-ish quindi i commenti negativi sono suggerimenti per migliorare. Andrebbe eliminato il campanello che suona ogni qualvolta viene chiamato o si ferma l'ascensore, cosi' come la musica vicino agli ascensori. Si sentono nelle camere più vicine e disturbano il sonno. Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold på Novotel Sliema. Allerede ved ankomst ble vi møtt med smil og en varm velkomst. De ansatte er utrolig snille, hjelpsomme og hyggelige, og de gjør virkelig en utmerket jobb. Servicen vi fikk gjorde oppholdet ekstra spesielt, og det er nettopp derfor dette hotellet har blitt et sted vi gjerne kommer tilbake til. Vi kan absolutt anbefale Novotel Sliema og ser frem til å bo her igjen.

Das Hotel lag sehr zentral in 3 Minuten zu Fuß fuhren die Busse nach Valletta. Von dort konnte man über die ganze Insel Fahren. Das Zimmer war sehr gut eingerichtet, das Frühstück war ok. Das Schwimmbad war groß und sehr sauber, sowie der Außenpool. Wir werden bestimmt noch einmal nach Malta fliegen.

Great location, staff were lovely, breakfast tasty, views from the rooftop bar and pool exceptional. Overall a wonderful vibe and a short walk from everything in Sliema (including the 5 minute ferry across to Valetta). Wonderful little trip, thank you so much for having us.

All round decent. But the street outside can get noisy with cars or motorbikes. Location is near sea front so benefits from shoos and restaurants. Inside the dinner buffet is OK but food quality isn't the best. The English of some waitering staff isn't great. Air con inside restaurant is too strong...makes the food go cold.

Très belle chambre, beau mobilier, belle surface. Jolie piscine au sommet de l’hôtel. Salle sport sympa. Bémols pour le petit déjeuner : salle bruyante, choix limité, jus de fruits non qualitatifs et très sucrés. Impossible d’avoir un sac avec le petit déjeuner pour les départs de bonne heure.

I was a bit unsure at first because of some of the bad reviews, but I’m glad I went for it. The hotel is brand new and you can feel it, everything works well and looks fresh. We (2 persons) stayed at the hotel for 9 night. The room was pretty spacious and nicely decorated. The staff is friendly and the pool area is nice, but the pool was very cold. We enjoyed our stay but we also have some points of critique: -breakfast was okay, but not a lot of options -you can’t bring your own food or drinks too the pool. Even not your own water bottle. The water you could order at the pool was 5,50 and they didn’t even have food available to order. If you spent a day at the pool you eventually will need water and some food. I understand that they want to keep the area clean. But not even being able to bring water is crazy. On the otherhand the staff at the pool is very kind and helpfull! The ladies are all lovely and do their best to make you feel comfortable. -there was music at the pool which can be nice, only 9 out of 10 times it was so loud that it was mostly annoying. We really liked the location since it was not too busy and easily accesable. There are many nice restaurants close by.

Check in was smooth, staff were welcoming and accommodating. The room was well designed and spacious. Bed was comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. I was particularly impressed with the gym facilities, a spacious area with ample cardio equipment as well as plenty of fixed weight machines and free weights. I paid the additional fee for breakfast on one morning and found the buffet to be varied in terms of choice as well as of a good quality. The hotel is conveniently situated, just a short walk from the main area of the town where there is an abundance of restaurants, shops and other attractions. I would definitely stay here again and I would also recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel in this area.

Great location, staff were lovely, breakfast tasty, views from the rooftop bar and pool exceptional. Overall a wonderful vibe and a short walk from everything in Sliema (including the 5 minute ferry across to Valetta). Wonderful little trip, thank you so much for having us.

All round decent. But the street outside can get noisy with cars or motorbikes. Location is near sea front so benefits from shoos and restaurants. Inside the dinner buffet is OK but food quality isn't the best. The English of some waitering staff isn't great. Air con inside restaurant is too strong...makes the food go cold.

Neues 4-Sterne Novotel in zentraler, aber recht ruhiger Umgebung, da in zweiter Reihe von der Hauptstraße. Tolle Zimmer, Pools und Fitnessstudio. Das Frühstück ist der größte Kritikpunkt: Auswahl und Qualität entsprechen keinem 4-Sterne Niveau (weder lokal noch international). Regelmäßig funktioniert das Nachreichen von Tellern, Tassen, etc. und Essen nicht - insb. zu Stoßzeiten nicht. Das darf in einem solchen Haus nicht passieren. the actual room is very good, good bed and good shower… but it was Arctic cold AC with no adjustment… perhaps a parka should be included instead of a terry robe. the gym is very good, the pool is shallow and crowded with kids and families. the location is good.

Great stay here. Spacious rooms with good air conditioning in lobby and in rooms. Indoor pool is lovely. Lockers for luggage before check in and after check out which is great for early arrival / late departure flights. Sliema is a lovely place to stay, hotel is near to everything. Bus stop a couple of minutes away.

The Novotel was in a great spot in Sliema. The room was nice with comfy bed The outdoor pool on the roof closed at 6 pm. Can understand it would be difficult to have children in the pool later as next to the bar area but would be nice for adults to swim later Breakfast was nice but very busy so not as leisurely as would have liked it but
