Bra beliggenhet på hotellet og helt grei standard. Men det store svømmebassenget med takterasse og nydelig sjøutsikt, var ikke inkludert i oppholdet. Er 300 kr dagen for å bruke. Noe som ikke står beskrevet. Det var veldig skuffende.

Les Blubay Apartments étant en travaux, j'ai été logée dans un autre bâtiment plus vieux et mal équipé: pas de porte-manteaux dans la penderie, les tiroirs sortaient de leurs rails, vaisselle minimum, pas de saladier... Sinon,c'était très propre.

The apartment building was fairly close by the Hotel reception and easily found. Unfortunately, the lock of the building front door was damaged and couldn't close, so anyone could enter the building at anytime. I've reported this at the reception, so hopefully this will be repaired soon. The 5 person apartment itself was fairly spacious and well cleaned. The living room had a large table with 5 wooden chairs and a 2 person couch. Each room offered plenty of power sockets. The kitchen appliances worked well, but utensils and cutlery were lacking. To our pleasant surprise, there were two separate bathrooms. The showers were very comfortable, with clean towels, soap / shampoo and toiletpaper. The television was unplugged, because its Schuko plug doesn't fit into Maltese sockets. The WiFi coverage was decent, although internet speeds were just enough for basic web and messaging. The beds were clean and comfortable, but could use some extra blankets. There was plenty of closet storage space, with a small desk and mirror. Outside the bedrooms was a long and quite narrow balcony, behind double-glassed sliding doors. These doors sufficiently isolated outside temperatures and street noise, to enjoy a quiet night rest. During our stay, there was a one-time power failure which was resolved within the hour. Cleaning and towels were available daily, with friendly staff. In general, we were quite happy with all facilities and amenities offered and would gladly return for another stay.

The photos of hotel is totally fake! There is no such a pool on the roof, actually it's another pool which is managed in another place and costs 30€ per day. Also there is no restaurant on the Blubay Apartments. If you would like to eat something you have to go some other place of ST Hotel and pay additional costs.. The room and the furnitures are so old, beds are probably from 80s.. So noisy that you have to wake up almost 7.00am every day. This is the first time I'm giving such a bad feedback to hotel I stay.. never again!

Stor lägenhet med 3 sovrum. Bilder med utomhuspoolen aqualand ingår eh, missvisande menj Vi kunde bada i poolen på huvud hotell och det var en fantastisk utsikt över valetta. Det var behållningen av boendet. Allt ok.

Die Unterkunft ist okay für den Preis allerdings waren die Betten alte Metalbetten wie im Gefängnis trotzdessen hab ich ganz gut geschlafen. Das Bad hatte einen sehr unangenehmen Geruch und sehr viel Kalk. Zimmer sehr hellhörig, habe jegliche Stuhlschiebung und sonstiges gehört. Der Pool auf dem Bild ist nicht im Hotel selbst sondern ein Restaurant am Wasser, aber man muss selbst als Hotelgast 20 Euro dafür zahlen.

Webs tayed in a 2-bedroom apartment. Good points include the view of the harbour, a balcony with table and chairs, and lots of space. The aircon was effective and quiet. The beds were ok, comfort wise, but if you were expecting a double it would be a problem. All beds at the property are singles pushed together. I had friends in a three-bedroom apartment upstairs where it was the same. WiFi was nonexistent. Never managed to connect in the whole week. Cleaning was patchy. Housekeeping seemed to come every day, to tidy the beds and empty the main kitchen bin. But not sure what else. Clean, unused towels were taken away some days. Other days they left new ones but only in one bathroom. The shower sliding door was completely detached from its runners. It fell out towards the wall the first time I used the shower so I never touched it after that. Decor was tatty and grubby, wall paper coming away from the walls and ugly marks on the walls and lampshades etc. Kitchen was big and had what was needed including a fridge and freezer. But beware they don’t supply even as much as a cloth to keep the space clean. You have to buy it all. Lift has a mind of its own and buttons don’t all work. The pool is not at the apartment, it’s on the roof of the hotel a minute away. Loungers and umbrellas. But they don’t have enough towels. Overall it was good enough and comfortable enough but just a bit less than advertised.

Leider waren die Bilder wieder sehr schön anzusehen aber die Realität des Zimmers (Deluxe-Apartment) war einfach nur enttäuschend. Wasserkocher, Töpfe und Toaster in einem sehr schlechten Zustand somit sehr schwierig sich ein Frühstück zu machen. Im Bad lief das Wasser nur sehr langsam ab, die Dusche war verschimmelt und das ganze Bad stand ständig unter Wasser wenn man geduscht hat weil alles undicht war. Sorry wir haben kein Luxus erwartet aber das war schon echt dürftig.

when we arrived we was happy with the accommodation then we shut the curtains and a swam of little flys were everywhere we had to go buy fly spray to help but i didnt we was being bitted by the flys felts so itch and dirty not happy at all contacted someone on chat to be told they cant help id have to go to reception which was a few streets away from our apartment tried calling reception no answer after this we didnt wanna sleep in the beds incase of bed bugs absolutely horrible never would i return to blu bay apartments

Limpieza horrible Estuvimos 7 noches y no limpiaron el baño ni una sola vez.Como mucho cambian las toallas y pasan un poco el suelo.No hay menaje para poder cocinar.Un desastre en general.No merece la pena.

When we arrived we were told we were to stay in a different building which did not have a pool. When we arrived at the propert it was a complete mess, bath had cigarette burns, kitchen cupboards falling off, the fridge/freezer covered in dents, appliances were all rusted. The cuoboards and draws for clothes were falling apart and there was significant damp and mould around the property. It resembled a crack den. We complained and were moved the next morning to a modern apartment which was a massive improvement, it was clean, modern and the apliances were new. The fact they tried to palm us off with the initial apparent was disgusting

Sauber bei der Anreise, danach weniger gründliche und unregelmäßige Reinigung. Kurze Stromausfälle wegen Bauarbeiten nicht vorab kommuniziert. Gutes Appartment, aber keine Adapter für die bereitgestellten Elektrogeräte vorhanden. Alle zwei Tage mal ein Insekt im Badezimmer.

The location of the place is ideal as it sits right between Valletta (on your right) and St. Julian’s (on your left). The place itself is pretty spacious, clean although it’s a fairly old building. However, it’s really noisy in and around the building. You hear a lot of echoes from other rooms, people talking in the hallway, cleaners chitchatting in the corridors. For a day or two stay, it’s okay for the price but if you intend to have a relaxing vacation, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Mycket bra läge och rymlig lägenhet. AC fungerade bra. Bra sängar. TV fungerade inte (de försökte fixa den men utan att lyckas). WiFi fungerade mycket dåligt i vår lägenhet (högst upp). Vi var ändå väldigt nöjda totalt sett. Utsikten var toppen!

Not the apartment shown by hotels.com. Very noisy , air con also very ñoisy. One toilet didnt flush. Stairs had a permanent leak when entering which is dangerous. Been staying with ST Group in Malta for many years and always happy. Not this time.

35°c degrees and the AC didn't work all night it was a nightmare, the staff couldn't do anything until next day, We couldn't sleep and they ruined our entire program of activities for the next day. After we asked for a refund even Hotels.com refused, We wasted time and money, do not use the hotels.com platform, much less this property.

The hotel is in a good location with cafes and restaurants nearby. It is easy to reach from the airport by bus. The room is spacious and there's a balcony. Good coffee machine on the ground floor.

Location of the apartment was good, as was the self catering option and the staff were friendly enough, but the images on the site are not representative of the property itself and quite misleading. The whole block is very tired and not in great condition. Our beds were like campbeds pushed together, blankets with marks on them and curtains that didn't actually close properly so let the light in. Our balcony door didn't lock properly and was actually left open by housekeeping which was very frustrating. In the bathroom there is a fixed showerhead and the 'free toileteries' is a container of soap that wasn't replaced. The kitchenette was not fully equipped enough to be adequate for true self catering and the units were poorly fitted and broken, meaning the fridge often didn't fully close without us realising. Noise was the worst issue, the walls are paper thin and every door is a heavy fire door that people let slam all hours of the night so don't expect a decent nights sleep. Aircon isn't brilliant and the wifi is very sketchy, we complained at reception when it dropped up and they did said an engineer to fix it in fairness. Fine for youth hostel stays and stag dos but at 7 months pregnant this was not the best option for us, I was not comfy, would definitely not recommend it for the money and wouldn't stay again. The pictures on the site are there to fool people.

Other days they left new ones but only in one bathroom. The shower sliding door was completely detached from its runners. Decor was tatty and grubby, wall paper coming away from the walls and ugly marks on the walls and lampshades etc. Kitchen was big and had what was needed including a fridge and freezer. But beware they don’t supply even as much as a cloth to keep the space clean. You have to buy it all. Lift has a mind of its own and buttons don’t all work. The pool is not at the apartment, it’s on the roof of the hotel a minute away. Loungers and umbrellas. But they don’t have enough towels. Overall it was good enough and comfortable enough but just a bit less than advertised.

It was very nice although the night of april 1st when we went to check in we were told we couldn't get a room because we had to book for a day before, we had to stay on the lobby overnight but after we got on the room the next day it was a huge relief the room was very comfortable and it had bedrooms for 6 people. The rooms were not bad they were very clean but the only thing that you wouldn't consider "perfect quality" were the walls. There were black marks on the walls that a previous customer may have done. It was on a very safe and nice spot and we really liked it. If I ever went to Malta I would definitely choose it again as It made us have some great family time.

El alojamiento es correcto por el precio que se paga. Pese a eso, pedí como petición especial que pudiese tener balcón y aunque la mayoría de ellos tenían, el mío no. El adaptador del interruptor no funcionaba, el secador del pelo se paraba cuando llevaba 1 minuto funcionando, fui a decirlo a la recepcionista y pese a que me dijeron que iría el de mantenimiento a solucionarlo todo, al llegar por la noche seguíamos con los dos mismos problemas. Así que a las tantas de la noche nos tocó volver a bajar a recepción y nos acabaron dejando otro adaptador. Lo del secador de pelo, no me lo acabaron solucionando. Creo que tampoco era tan difícil.

Unico punto a favore :molto vicino alle strutture turistiche. Per il resto piuttosto scadente. They own a few properties and they moved me around. It would have been fine but I arrived late at night. Then they were doing a shift change so made me wait (again fine) then they realized they put me in a different property and made me walk over but told me I’d get free breakfast. Got to the new place and then no breakfast…just kinda annoying that they just change and it wasn’t in the same location.

The location of the place is ideal as it sits right between Valletta (on your right) and St. Julian’s (on your left). The place itself is pretty spacious, clean although it’s a fairly old building. However, it’s really noisy in and around the building. You hear a lot of echoes from other rooms, people talking in the hallway, cleaners chitchatting in the corridors. For a day or two stay, it’s okay for the price but if you intend to have a relaxing vacation, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Was expecting to stay in another block to where we checked in but were directed to a studio within the 'main' building Everyone was helpful and efficient. The apartment was clean and the room was made up every day. Plenty of hot water. Not a particularly scenic area to stay but only 5 mins from the sea front. I'm sure the roof terrace and pool are used extensively in the Summer. Very very happy with what we got for the price we paid

Notre vol a été annulé. ( merci Ryanair) Nous avons perdu 4 nuits sur les 6. L'hôtel n'a pas accepté le remboursement. Il était dans son droit mais cela n'est pas très sympathique. En piètre compensation, un repas-buffet pour 4.( pour 24 euros par personne, ce buffet offre un rapport qualité prix modeste mais les plats sont assez bons). L'appartement était conforme aux photos avec une belle vue sur le port. Très spacieux avec un salon-cuisine agréable et avec par contre des chambres et une salle de bain à rafraîchir un peu. L'équipement est satisfaisant ( pensez au liquide vaisselle et éponge !) Nous avions accès à la petite piscine du Bayview Hotel sur le toit. Pas désagréable mais vite surpeuplé. L'impression d'ensemble aura été plutôt positive, surtout en regard de certains commentaires rebutants. Très déçu donc de la brièveté du séjour ( surtout avec 4 nuits perdues mais je l'ai déjà dit, non ?)

The photos of hotel is totally fake! There is no such a pool on the roof, actually it's another pool which is managed in another place and costs 30€ per day. Also there is no restaurant on the Blubay Apartments. If you would like to eat something you have to go some other place of ST Hotel and pay additional costs.. The room and the furnitures are so old, beds are probably from 80s.. So noisy that you have to wake up almost 7.00am every day. This is the first time I'm giving such a bad feedback to hotel I stay.. never again!

Based on the photos, I was expecting a nicer place. The finish was peeling off of all the cabinet handles and the rooftop area was blocked by planters. We managed to go out anyway and nothing was set up. The cleaning staff took my reusable make up washcloth when they were cleaning. I alerted the front desk but nothing was ever said again about it. Also on the last night our toilet broke and we were expected to just go downstairs every time we had to go.
