Good sized room with comfortable double bed. Kettle, small fridge, safe, coffee, tea, milk portions and bottle of drinking water provided. Excellent breakfast. Room heating in winter months a little unpredictable. Been here several times and will be going again no doubt. Indoor heated pool and small gym for guests.

Second time in malta, we chose this hotel.fpr the convenience of the ferry to Gozo. The shop on site has lots of items, no fresh produce and is rather pricey, however it was convenient, the downside to the shop, the contactless machine is unreliable and they do not take cash.so you cannot guarantee a purchase. Excellent bus service around the island, also used bolt, both reasonably priced. The pools are lovely, the water is salty and chlorinated, interesting taste. The il mierra buffet resturant is super,lots of choice. A couple of nights we went to the other resturant, the meal.sizes were huge. You will see reviews that the hotel.is old, it is decorated, exceptionally clean albeit a little tired in places. I would definitely recommend it

No staff presence at all around the pool area, guests allowed to smoke drugs, hold their own karaoke party! Pool filters clogged up with dirt, hair and garbage. Friday, Saturday & Sunday pool area overrun with people arriving for the ‘sunset BBQ’, which was over priced.

Bella posizione nella baia paradiso, ottima posizione per escursioni a Gozo e Comino. Albergo moderno nella zona reception e un po meno nei piani superiori. Comode piscine (3 esterne e una interna) ..con ombrelloni e lettini un po datati..si paga dappertutto solo con carte di credito, le prese nelle stanze non sono quelle europee e quindi avrete difficoltà a ricaricare...teli mare su cauzione (10 euro ciascuno) ...a noi purtroppo è capitato di aver perso lo scontrino dopo aver restituito i teli e non ci hanno restituito la cauzione..molto rigidi, fate attenzione

Great hotel at the tip of Malta. Spacious rooms for the range of choices. Highly recommend Bay view rooms that are quieter and have outstanding views. Full board isn't worth the extra for lunch as it has to be taken at the premises across the road. A range good priced fresh Sandwiches and snacks are available at the bar and there is also a shop inside the hotel. Free flowing, soft drinks wine and carlsberg served with dinner. I chose breakfast only which has a full range of hot and cold selections including fresh fruit and cakes daily. I recommend to travel using the local bus pass. The bus system is easy to navigate using the app and the stop is directly outside the hotel. 7 days travel was only €22pp. You can purchase a card from the stand by the main exit of the airport and take the X4 directly to the hotel. It takes approx1hr 30mins. Ideal cheap transfer if you do not have huge amounts of luggage. Whilst out exploring have dinner out each day, there are many amazing restaurants in all the areas of the island and it doesn't restrict you to the confines of the hotel. Facilities at the hotel are great with a huge gym area, indoor and out door pools, play park and also a games room. This hotel is worth every penny. Outstanding. You will love it.

Sauna war nicht möglich (nicht in Betrieb) und sehr klein . (Enttäuscht da wir extra deswegen gebucht haben)Keine relaxzone. Einrichtung teilweise nicht intakt wie rinnende duschbrause. Essen ist zwar Geschmackssache aber es ging so. Verkehrsmitteln sind toll und direkt gegenüber und günstig. Die belegschaft und das reinigungspersonal sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette hôtel : belles piscines, personnel top, propre, buffet bon et varié. Je conseille de prendre une voiture pour pouvoir visiter plus librement. Pas de problème d’insonorisation pour nous.

We stayed at the Paradise Bay Resort this April. Stay was great and we enjoyed it. The room was spacious and clean, meals (we were on HB) were plentiful and included free-flowing wine, beer, and lemonade, pools very nice.

Mycket dålig service. Två första nätter hade vi ingen bäddmadrass på sängen. Frukosten var dålig och mycket otrevliga personal i frukost restaurangen. Hotellet var inte ren och det fanns kackerlackor över allt. Se bilder.

Beautiful views as you enter the hotel reception where it is extremely spacious and banned by very attentive and professional staff. Our room was on a high floor overlooking the sea with sliding doors out onto a balcony. The room had comfortable clean beds, and lots of toiletries included in the bathroom. Tea and coffee facilities also in the room. For storage the room had lots of space in two massive wardrobes and a large chest of drawers. Bathroom had a deep bath with a shower over it which had a wonderful pressure of hot water. The room also had a refrigerator which was really handy as well as superb air conditioning and an extra large electric ceiling fan. The restaurant on the first floor overlooks the stunning bay and out to sea with a fantastic array of foods for breakfast including four different juices, pork sausages, chicken sausages, fried tomatoes, bacon, baked beans, fried eggs or scrambled as well as fried potato squares. Various cereals, yogurts and lots of savoury dishes including hams and cheeses. Evening meals consisting of many different courses with so many different choices as well as an ice cream machine, the evening meal also includes free white wine, red wine, rose wine, water and beer. Each evening there was live entertainment consisting sometime an electronic organist as well as a live singer. Three lifts to choose from and really comfortable settees and chairs in and around the reception. Very good indoor and outdoor pools as well as use of a gym!!

Friendly staff, nice pools and a sweet swimming spot off the hotel cliffs. Food was.. not gourmet. Staff was very friendly and service minded. Absolutely nothing (except the manuals) worked in the gym. To call it a gym is an offence to gyms. A bit far away from everything, but nice if you like a bit of peace and quiet. Would recommend ordering food through wolt and foodora. Even though there was a lot of food in the buffet - the quality, or prep, was a bit lacking.

Hotel bem localizado, próximo ao terminal de barcas, estacionamento amplo e com saguão recém reformado, porém com quartos e corredores em péssimas condições e sem manutenção. Ar-condicionado não gelava, o ar que saia dele era saturado de poeira e o quarto cheirava a mofo. O frigobar vazava água. O banheiro inundava após o banho, pois não havia proteção adequada. Mobiliário velho em má condição. A fechadura da porta quebrou e mesmo a funcionária teve dificuldade em abrir. Os corredores tinham carpetes sujos e mofados, com forte odor. Café da manhã abaixo das expectativas para um resort. O hotel não condiz com as 4 estrelas que afirma ter. Resultado de duas noites foi uma forte crise alérgica no casal. Péssima experiência. Hotel well located, close to the ferry terminal, ample parking and renovated reception hall, but with rooms and corridors in poor condition and without maintenance. The air conditioning in the room didn't cool at all, the air coming out of it was saturated with dust and the room smelled musty. The fridge was leaking water. The bathroom was flooded after showering as there was no adequate protection. Old furniture in poor condition. The door lock broke and even the employee had difficulty to open. The hallways had dirty, moldy carpets with a strong odor. Breakfast below expectations for a resort. The hotel does not live up to the 4 stars it claims to have. The result of two nights was a strong allergic crisis in the couple. Horrible experience.

The room was great value for the season. One annoyance was it being described as a ‘Sea View Room’ when my room, 271, is one of the few rooms at the hotel that does not look onto the sea unless you consider stepping out on the balcony and stretching out on the side to see the sea as sea view. Breakfast includes a variety of hot and cold options. You can’t fault the location; a few minutes from the Gozo ferry and bustling Mellieha with its many restaurants. Staff are at hand at reception 24 hours and the minor issues I experienced were resolved within minutes. I am surprised so few people use the private beach at Porto Lounge.

Very outdated rooms that aren’t in great working order. Dining room is very big and bright. 3 great swimming pools and the resort has access directly to the Mediterranean. Didn’t like being nickel and dimed for everything. No coffee in room but can buy some downstairs, for example. Staff weren’t overly knowledgeable and not super helpful when we had questions. We just figured things out ourselves. Although the hotel is fine and has great potential we would not stay here again.

We thought the property was in an excellent location, near the ferry terminal to Gozo as well as many buses to/from various hotspots in Malta including the capital, Valletta and an express X1 public bus service to the airport. If you prefer to sleep with a window or balcony door open, we recommend you opt for a Bay View room rather than a Sea View room as some of the latter rooms are beside the busy main road to the ferry port and the ferry runs 24hours! Although we were promptly transferred to a quieter room the next day (we were booked for 16 nights and a good night's rest on your holiday should not be optional), we were then disturbed by drilling/refurbishment work in the room above and then extensive refurbishment work being carried out to one of the wings of the hotel which was audible and visible from our room/balcony. It was disappointing that the hotel did not make guests aware of this obviously planned programme of work on the website as this would have been an honest policy, giving guests the option to book elsewhere. Having said that, we found our quieter room to be spacious and very clean, the bed was very comfortable with a spacious bathroom and great shower over bath. The fixtures and fittings were good quality mid century vintage teak which made a nice change from all the new ultra modern/sterile design/materials which are not as good quality. We would definitely return but would check with hotel re: building work beforehand.

Unser Zimmer war sehr groß. Jedoch war das Fenster/Balkon zur Straßenseite, daher nachts laut gewesen. Es gibt aber auch Zimmer die zur anderen Seite zeigen. The facilities were basic. The gym was ill-equipped with bad smell. The food was ok. The room was small for four people staying together. The temporary single beds provided were awful. They squeaked with every move while sleeping. There was a dip in the middle, so couldn't sleep well. The room had broken air conditioner that warmed the room instead of cooling it.

Great hotel, quiet location and nice beach opposite but we booked for 2 adults and 2 adult teenagers. The accomodation had 1 room and a bathroom. The hotel chucked a couple of fold up beds either side of the main bed. Not suitable for a family of 4. I had to book another room for the week as reception refused to help. Should not have been sold as an adult family stay.

Our first experience was lunch in the K Lounge while our rooms were getting ready (we were early). After 10-15 minutes of sitting at the table I had to get up and ask for menus. When we ordered drinks the server brought us a large bottle of water for the 3 of us but no glasses to drink from. We all had other drinks but it's the small things that are up to a poor experience. We ordered the Mexican Nachos (terrible example of nachos, dry chips with a few jalapeno and cherry tomato chunks surrounding a shot glass of nacho cheese sauce, I do NOT recommend this dish) as an appetizer but it came out at the same time as the two pizzas we ordered and my friend had to wait over 30 minutes for his spaghetti dish to be served. I strongly recommend a full re-training of the K Lounge wait staff, this dining experience was a terrible way to introduce a group to the resort. The rooms are nice and clean with great views but are a bit out dated. Our biggest pet peeve about the rooms were the silly piece of glass they think keeps the water in the tub as you shower. The glass was too short in all directions and would result in a mess on the floor everytime. Instead of a nice big queen size bed they pushed 2 smaller beds together which would seperate from each other throughout the night leading to waking up in the night and pushing everything back in to place. We couldn't figure out how to get the air conditioning to work and the ceiling fan spun too slow to make much of a difference...

Good sized room with comfortable double bed. Kettle, small fridge, safe, coffee, tea, milk portions and bottle of drinking water provided. Excellent breakfast. Room heating in winter months a little unpredictable. Been here several times and will be going again no doubt. Indoor heated pool and small gym for guests.

Returned many times always a pleasure. Reception staff most helpful welcoming with a smile and nothing too much trouble especially from long serving Victoria and Joanne. Rooms are well furnished and spotless thanks to Housekeeping. Every effort is made on the eco front but sensible like changing laundry/towels only when required instead of auto. Perhaps the catering has slipped a bit but coming back to high standard set prior to Covid precautions. I recommend the hotel particularly for its closeness to the Gozo Ferry and all bus routes around the island from the bus stop directly outside the hotel. International guests and children friendly. Will be returning again.

Loved the hotel and proximity to the ferry. Bus right out front will take you wherever you need to go. Clean, very nice hotel. Most of the staff were pleasant and accommodating with the exception of some at the front desk. If they wont address your issues ask for a manager as they are very helpful and understanding.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. There are amazing view from the hotel of the bay and the sea, and lots of facilities on site e.g convienence store/gift shop, spa/salon. However, you are limited in terms of things to do in the local area as it's really far out. Other than going for long walks (the Red Tower is about 40 min walk away), it's advised to take the ferry to Comino or Gozo or else get the bus into Ghadira/ Meliiha/St Paul's Bay. Also the hotel could do with a big upgrade, for example moving sockets to the bedside.

Staff were very helpful and the beds were very comfortable. Too busy on the w/e’s…lots of families with small children. Other than that nice hotel. The ocean view is very loud traffic. Bay view is a lot quieter.

Tolle Unterkunft für Familien mit mehreren Pools und direktem Zugang zum Meer. Ein schöner kleiner Strand ist in der Nähe. Die Lage ist recht einsam und das Hotel hat sicher schon bessere Tage gesehen. Für uns hat es aber super gepasst!

Sólo pase una noche en este hotel familiar pero la limpieza,amabilidad del personal y las instalaciones me hacen tenerlo en cuenta para un próximo viaje a Malta, Gozo y Comino. A 4 minutos andando a la terminal de ferrys de Cirkewwa para pasar a la isla de Gozo y con excursiones para Comino.

Great hotel at the tip of Malta. Spacious rooms for the range of choices. Highly recommend Bay view rooms that are quieter and have outstanding views. Full board isn't worth the extra for lunch as it has to be taken at the premises across the road. A range good priced fresh Sandwiches and snacks are available at the bar and there is also a shop inside the hotel. Free flowing, soft drinks wine and carlsberg served with dinner. I chose breakfast only which has a full range of hot and cold selections including fresh fruit and cakes daily. I recommend to travel using the local bus pass. The bus system is easy to navigate using the app and the stop is directly outside the hotel. 7 days travel was only €22pp. You can purchase a card from the stand by the main exit of the airport and take the X4 directly to the hotel. It takes approx1hr 30mins. Ideal cheap transfer if you do not have huge amounts of luggage. Whilst out exploring have dinner out each day, there are many amazing restaurants in all the areas of the island and it doesn't restrict you to the confines of the hotel. Facilities at the hotel are great with a huge gym area, indoor and out door pools, play park and also a games room. This hotel is worth every penny. Outstanding. You will love it.

Outstanding location. Amazing views across the bay. Incredible service. First choice hotel in Malta. Discover the Porto restaurant just opposite hotel with great food, cocktails and sun loungers. Transfer X1 local bus service from airport to hotel. Malta 4-7 day travel card highly recommended.

Not extremely friendly staff. Absolutely horrible food. We also had the bbq dinner that was unedible. Rooms need to be updated. A couple we had 2 x double beds! The only good thing is the pool but not pool side service. The cafe food was completely stale

We really enjoyed the hotel as a family. The breakfast opportunity was a bit low just with beans bacon's eggs I agree a lot us from England but when we are in holiday we would like to try something else. The dinner was amazing with a lot of fruit and seafood options. We had for the evening some game place so we enjoyed that aswell. The view was really nice and around the hotel a lots of very good opportunity for a water sport.

We stayed at the Paradise Bay Resort this April. Stay was great and we enjoyed it. The room was spacious and clean, meals (we were on HB) were plentiful and included free-flowing wine, beer, and lemonade, pools very nice.

The hotel was clean, pool was good, good location and staff were alright. They were not unfriendly- but not friendly either. There were lot of food and tastes alright. There was a serious lack of fruits. It was pineapples for seven days (for breakfast and dinner). The only other fruit we received were oranges, that too only twice during the entire seven day stay. They host other events at the hotel and d uringthose days breakfasts and lunches are served in another hall, which is significantly smaller and crowded and food options are somewhat less during those days. When I reported this at the reception they said that they menu is always the same- although it is not true. You will not go hungry- there is plenty of food. But the quality of service should not be less because the hotel has other events. We pay the same price for everyday. They offer a small breakfast if you have leave early to catch your flight. They also pack your lunch if you are heading out for picnic. One of the two lifts were broken during the entire stay (7 days!). There aren't much kids activities except for a small kids park which is right next to the sea- meaning it can be extremely windy. ON a non-windy day- it is good. The indoor gaming room is a money making business with arcade games and you have to pay every time you want to use it. We had few issues with TV and plumbing and they fixed it very quickly

Beautiful views as you enter the hotel reception where it is extremely spacious and banned by very attentive and professional staff. Our room was on a high floor overlooking the sea with sliding doors out onto a balcony. The room had comfortable clean beds, and lots of toiletries included in the bathroom. Tea and coffee facilities also in the room. For storage the room had lots of space in two massive wardrobes and a large chest of drawers. Bathroom had a deep bath with a shower over it which had a wonderful pressure of hot water. The room also had a refrigerator which was really handy as well as superb air conditioning and an extra large electric ceiling fan. The restaurant on the first floor overlooks the stunning bay and out to sea with a fantastic array of foods for breakfast including four different juices, pork sausages, chicken sausages, fried tomatoes, bacon, baked beans, fried eggs or scrambled as well as fried potato squares. Various cereals, yogurts and lots of savoury dishes including hams and cheeses. Evening meals consisting of many different courses with so many different choices as well as an ice cream machine, the evening meal also includes free white wine, red wine, rose wine, water and beer. Each evening there was live entertainment consisting sometime an electronic organist as well as a live singer. Three lifts to choose from and really comfortable settees and chairs in and around the reception. Very good indoor and outdoor pools as well as use of a gym!!
