First let me say that the staff was helpful and courteous. Now with that out of the way, the cleanliness of MY shower was not so well. There was a lot of mold. Soundproofing was not so good either. It was very noisy. We could hear doors slamming and people walking around and talking. The settings on television in my room were locked; the staff nor I could not change were I could understand the television program (language). Breakfast was okay. There were eggs, a variety of breads and fruits but cold cuts of meat choices. The bar selection was subpar. Also, if wanting to order a meal in the hotel, the only choice is pizza. Definitely will not be staying here again, but to the staff, thank you.

Great location for a trip to Berlin. The staff were so helpful and the service was great. The welcome beers were a great idea especially after a long train journey. The hotel had everything you needed and the breakfast was great. Would recommend for a trip to Berlin.
