Schon im Eingangsbereich empfängt uns eine Baustelle in der Lobby. Die Zimmer sind zwar geräumig aber auch schon etwas abgewohnt. Im direkten Umfeld des Hotels gibt es zwei groß Baustellen die spätestens um 7.30 Uhr einen solchen Lärmpegel entwickeln das ein Wecker überflüssig wird

The Novotel hotel is conveniently placed for public transport as well as within walking distance of shops! The staff were friendly and helpful! Disappointed that no restaurant services on a Sunday! House keeping could be a bit better - used mugs not washed, desktop not wiped down and bathroom still had evidence of previous use! Overall though Novotel is a good hotel!

O Hotel tem uma boa localização sendo próximo a uma estação de metrô e próximo ao ESMT ( 6 mins a pé ) sendo uma boa opção para quem estiver em Berlim para fazer curso lá . Sobre o atendimento do pessoal da recepção são bem atenciosos e todas as vezes que precisei de alguma informação eles me atenderam e me ajudaram no que eu precisei. Sobre a comida acho que hotel precisa melhorar. O restaurante só serve café da manhã e para o jantar e almoço fica fechado a maioria das vezes qdo está aberto é só pra servir bebida. Pra quem chega de longe , é ruim não poder contar com um hotel que não oferece almoço/jantar. Sobre a limpeza, tive algumas experiências ruins, as toalhas não eram trocadas, mesmo eu deixando sobre a pia. Tive de avisar na recepção. Tiveram algumas louças e copos que utilizei e não trocaram. O Hotel tb não tem a plaquinha de “não perturbe”, com isso teve um dia que a moça da limpeza entrou no quarto com eu dormindo. Tive de pedir pra voltar outra hora. Sobre o custo/benefício acho que haveria outras melhores opções , não voltaria pra lá

Staff: Very friendly and helpful staff. I want to especially thank the Front Office Manager, Claudia E. for the assortment of snacks and drinks she provided to us after having to deal with the soap/shampoo holder falling off the shower wall (it was worn out) and the faulty hair dryer. Food options: The breakfast buffet was really good and had a good variety. Each day there were some changes in food selection with let my family try out items they never had before. Bed comfort: The beds, including the sofa bed, were comfy and clean. Fitness room: Was a bit small but had decent set of equipment. Although the exercise bike didn’t work, the other equipments were functioning well. For some reason the water dispenser was always out, but the staff was good with bringing a crate full of glass bottled water. Transportation: Hotel was right next to the trams and bus stops. There was a U-Bahn a short walk as well which we used to go to Potsdamplatz area. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Super Lage. Leckeres und abwechslungsreiches Frühstück. Tiefgarage top. Ein Gast vor uns hat im Zimmer geraucht…Rezeption hat super reagiert und wir haben sofort ein anderes Zimmer (bessere Kategorie) bekommen.

We enjoyed our stay, were assigned a handicap room. Had stains on the floor, bathroom had hair on the floor and room next door could hear man clearing his throat loudly every morning ( 3 night stay).

Lidt slidt hotel med semi-hårde senge og puder der trænger til udskiftning. Vi måtte bede om at få skiftet sengetøj to gange fordi det var snavset. Den ene dag glemte de opfyldning af toiletpapir. Men god lokation og stille værelse.

Had a very enjoyable 3 nights here. Staff very pleasant and helpful - particularly the bar and restaurant staff. Clean and spacious room. Good location. The only complaint is the carpets in corridors and our room - very stained and dirty . They let the side down unfortunately.

The hotel lobby and common areas are nice. The rooms need to be updated on some of the floors. We had to request a room change for one of the rooms because the AC was not working. That room had newer carpet. Staff very friendly and welcoming.

Rooms are very old. The windows are not sound proof, can hear everything from the streets. Smell from the toilet goes into bedroom though the toilet door was shut. The keycard stopped working after one day, and had to go back to reception to get it renewed and staff didnt even say sorry for the inconvenience. Will not stay again.

Hotel was in a prime location for walking or taking public transportation. Hotel staff was super friendly and was willing for us to leave our bags safe with them prior to us checking in. I felt very safe at the hotel with knowing you needed a room card to go up the elevator. Rooms were kept nice and clean, if you were running low on supplies in your room they were quick to get it replaced. I would definitely stay with them again.

Unfortunately we could not complete our reservation because of police work in the area -and we had to be evacuated. While the front desk was open to questions and to the best of their ability the staff was trying to help, I think there was a lack of protocol for these situations. The hotel told us that we were getting a refund

Die Dame beim Check-in war nicht besonders freundlich und die Unterkunft selbst ist eher mittelmäßig. Die Lage ist top, da Museumsinsel, Alex, Schloss und Hackesche Höfe gut fußläufig erreichbar sind.

The hotel was excellent, staff were lovely, good breakfast, nice bar and all clean and comfortable. The location is good in that it’s an easy walk to some main sights but not so good in that there is pretty much nothing on the streets surrounding the hotel so if you want an evening dinner or drink, you’ll be a good 20min walk away (or a couple of tram or bus changes away). There hotel bar is nice though.
