The hotel is walking distance to many points of interest also the train station is right in front of the hotel. Breakfast is very good the Gym is well equipped. Staff are very helpful. Concierge has excellent restaurant recommendations. We would go back to this hotel given the opportunity

Wunderbares Hotel in exzellenter Lage. Freundlicher und kompetenter Service in allen Bereichen. Leider war gerade die Lounge und der SPA-Bereich wegen Umbaus geschlossen und die nähere Umgebung (Gendarmenmarkt) eine einzige Baustelle.

Ac på rommet fungerte veldig dårlig. Det ble utrolig varmt i løpet av natten. Vi hadde 2 rom i 2. etasje, begge rommene var like varme. Flott utsikt mot kirken. Hotellet er godt vedligehold, men det er kanskje litt mye slitasje på rommene. Det var ikke vanlig dusj, du må dusje i et badekar. En positiv sak: du får ladet elbilen din i parkeringshuset. Det er flere ladere, og de er gratis i bruk.

Nice stay, nice pool albeit a little cold. Clean and comfortable. Fabulous breakfast until the last day when most of the dining room was cordoned off so diners were corralled in to too few tables. This also removed the option of being able to sit in the glass domed window with the advertised view over Gendarmenmarkt!

Locatie uitstekend en mooi hotel! Helaas was onze kamer om 15u nog niet klaar toen we kwamen inchecken. Tegemoetkoming was een late check out. Hygiëne van de kamers mag ook beter (stoffig op de meubels en badkamer had schoner gekund).

Excellent hotel that is not more than 25 min walk to main attractions. It’s in a quieter area than other hotels in high traffic touristy areas but has many restaurants. Very clean and friendly staff. It would be nice to have outdoor seating area on the hotel property.

We checked in, in the early hours of the morning staff was professional and efficient. No valet parking but street parking was not an issue. Rooms are a bit outdated and small but overall nice enough for a short stay. Unfortunately we found a used condom under the bed, totally unacceptable.

Die Mitarbeiterin war unfreundlich und nicht lösungsorientiert. Die Sauberkeit war überraschend schlecht! Das schmutzige Geschirr wurde nach drei Tagen getauscht, aber nur weil ich es bei der Rezeption gemeldet habe. Nagelreste des Vorgängers und Staub am Schreibtisch wurden bis zum Schluss nicht weggewischt. Das Toilettenpapier wurde nur nach einer Beschwerde bei der Rezeption täglich nachgelegt. Der Boden wurde scheinbar nicht täglich gesaugt. Fazit- wir wurden enttäuscht und die Vorfreude geschmälert.

Not working, tried calling front desk on first night no answer. Second night informed them at the desk they gave me instructions on how to turn it on. Told them that’s what I did said they would send up maintenance. After two hours I called to tell them no one came up, went down again later to tell them in person, front desk said I could open windows showed me how to open them all the way. Problem is when they are open shades can’t cover them had to close them because all the light . Next night I went back down to front desk said they would send maintenance I told the guy that’s what they told me the day before. He said watch me I’m calling , I told him I was going out to dinner and hopefully it could be resolved when I got back. 4 hours later still no air I called the front finally they admitted it was out in the whole building. Said I could get free minibar said she would open it , she couldn’t remotely so she said she’d send someone up , guy came up and couldn’t open it said he’d call someone and nobody ever came.

We loved the inviting status of the property. Very beautiful way to enter Berlin. The breakfasts are delicious with many options. We found the rooms nice and clean, but air conditioning hardly working. Very stuffy! Tried opening the windows but they only crack open a bit. The pool is lovely! Clean, warm, and relaxing. Great location!

Kleinigkeiten die gestört haben war zB dass das Wasser in der Deusche sehr schwer einzustellen war dadurvh war es entweder zu kalt oder zu heiss und nie genau richtig. Ausserdem lief die Klimaanage nur sehr schwach, Zimmer wurde kaum runtergekühlt.

Nice property. The location is great and walkable to many attractions near by. The only drawback I found was the staff didn’t mention there are USB ports in the room. I purchased a travel adapter and this wouldn’t have been necessary had this information been shared. Also ordered food on reception and they said there was a surcharge to have it delivered to my room or I can take it from reception.

Great location, friendly staff and very clean. Bed a bit hard for our liking and breakfast 38 euros per person was expensive as we did not require full english etc but plenty of places nearby to grab a coffee and a croissant. Hop on hop off and U bahn right on the doorstep. 10 minute walk to museums and 15 to Brandenberg Gate. Would stay again

The Hilton in Berlin could use some serious refurbishing. Some lights or light switches in the room did not work. We could not reach the front desk from the in-room phone. Our room had an open-air connection in the bathroom floor to the sewer lines. As a consequence, the bathroom and to a lesser extent the room itself was pervaded by a sickly odor of sewage. The carpets in the halls showed signs of wear—numerous worn-through spots. On the other hand, the service was great. We were immediately given a different better room upon reporting the problems. We were offered free breakfast and cocktails as compensation. Staff were unfailingly helpful, pleasant and professional. We love this hotel’s location on Gendarmenmarkt with the U-bahn station right in front. Hoping management gets a grip on the problems, so we can come back for our next stay in Berlin.

Great stay. Housekeeping was lacking- never knocked, didn’t replace tissues, coffee or creamer. Had garbage around her cart when she dumped garbage in her cart & missed in the hall . Rest of out stay was wonderful. Hotel lovely, rest of staff top notch, & breakfast outstanding.

Hotel location is absolutely superb.Most convenient for sightseeing. Hatan in the reception desk was hospitality personified - always miling and ever so helpful. Remove/Ryan ,at the concierge desk was knowledgeable and gave great guidance. The breakfast was good but repetitive.Could be more friendly to its vegetarian guests like me!

Positives: Hilton Berlin has a great location right at Gendarmen Markt. Rooms are sizeable and relatively modern. Negatives: Often you can tell the rooms were smoker rooms in the past as they feel a stuffy. The reception is ALWAYS a wait. No matter if you have a simple question or want to check in, there is always a unnecessarily long wait time. They charge city tax and never ask if you are staying for business (then you dont need to pay the city tax). This needs to be proactively communicated.

The hotel itself was beautiful and well maintained, unfortunately I cannot say the same for some of the surrounding buildings. Also we came during the reconstruction of Gendarmenmarkt ( the Historical market square in Berlin, Germany) so outside in front of the hotel wasn't as nice and easy to get around.

A really great hotel, great breakfast, fantastic rooms. And ideally placed within a short U Bahn ride or walk to most places you’d want to go. Hop on hop off bus stop right opposite the hotel. We loved it here.

O hotel se encontra numa área com bastantes restaurantes em volta. Transporte temos desde o metrô literalmente em frente ao hotel, ponto de taxi também na porta do hotel. E quem deseja turistas no sistema de ônibus hop on hop off fica na rua. E o ingresso pode ser comprado no próprio hotel. Atendimento excelente , vista do café da manhã maravilhosa. Se deseja quartos com vista para a catedral veja na hora da reserva essa opção. Mas o quarto sem essa vista também é muito bom.

We stayed for 9 nights from 9/10/25 to 9/19/25. The hotel is strategically located that we could walk to Museum Island, Berlin Grand Cathedral, Berlin Palace, Jewish Museum etc. Also, the subway station Stadtmitte is right in front of the hotel, and thus, it is easy to go every places with transfers. Rewe City Supermarket is 1.5 blocks away where we bought fruits, pastries and bread and oatmeal for breakfast. The neighborhood is quiet at night.

Beautiful, higher end hotel. Rooms were spacious and clean. Getting an adjoining room for our two seventeen year olds was simple to do via the app. The breakfast was amazing and well worth the price. 5 The food in the downstairs restaurant was pricey but very good. The staff were helpful. English was spoken. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great location for exploring Berlin. Metro stop right outside the hotel. We chose a superior room but I wasn’t impressed. No nespresso machine, very basic. Breakfast not of the standard I would have expected. Unlikely to return.
