Not a good and a safe Hostel. 1. The 6 bed dorms dont have a lot of space and its like people are confined in a small space. 2. Very few beds have charging points next to them. 3. Small things if left on the bed can go missing not to be seen again. 4. Some of the hostel staff are clueless of the people staying and confirm check in, check out dates multiple times. 5. The hostel has no elevator and if the dorm is on the 2nd/3rd floor, and if the card key of the dorm stops working randomly, stairs need to be climbed back and forth. On the positive side, some of the staff are helpful and assist with luggage storage.

There was a pair of socks in our room. We had to cover the blanket, pillow, and the mattress when we entered. And more than that, we had to take out the sheets next day and take it to the counter! They mentioned there are available parkings but you can just search around for hours to find some parking! There is no specific parking owned by the property. It was really noisy and at 4 a.m. some one was shouting and knocking on the bathroom door! Stuff also really unhelpful!

Es ist immer die Frage was du suchst. Willst Du 5 Sterne Hotel mit Komfort bist Du hier falsch. Willst Du eine günstige Übernachtungsmöglichkeit, empfehle ich hier zu buchen. Es war schlicht eingerichtet, aber alles was man braucht und im Gegensatz zu anderen "Backpacker-Herbergen" tip top sauber. Habe mich super aufgenommen gefühlt. Unten hat es eine gemütliche Lounge. Es war auch sehr ruhig und Staff super freundlich (sprechen auch perfekt deutsch). Drumherum viele Lokale und aktives Nachtleben. Wer in das Zentrum möchte, hat dort gute Verbindungen mit den Öffis (vor allem S-Bahn und Bus). An die Hotelcrew: Danke für den Aufenthalt. Beim nächsten Berlinbesuch komme gerne wieder!!!

The room is clean, but very small. The shower room, on the other hand, is spacious and also clean. The mattresses are good. THE BAD: very poor soundproofing and NO ELEVATOR! Our room was on the fourth floor- was very hard go downstairs with luggage!😣

Beloofde koelkast is er niet (meer). Tv is ook weggehaald terwijl de beugel en kabelgoot er nog wel zitten. Je gaat niet naar Berlijn om tv te kijken, maar af en toe is toch wel leuk. Kamer heeft balkon en eigen badkamer met redelijke douche.

Great value for money. I had a single room with my own shower. It was simple and compact but surprisingly comfortable and felt big due to the high ceilings. Good powerful shower. No noise. Only thing is i was on the 4th floor with no lift but thays fine

Zimmer war sehr sauber. Bad ebenfalls. TV gab es nicht. War aber auch nicht von nöten. Bett war schön sauber bezogen. Allerdings etwas sehr weich. Für eine Nacht aber völlig i.O. Zimmer im 4. Stock ohne Fahrstuhl. Also eher was für fitte und junge Menschen. Am besten wären auch Grundkenntnisse in englisch. Eingang war durch Baugerüst nicht gleich zu sehen. Als man reinkam sah man als erstes Essen (Chips, Schoki...). Erinnerte eher an einen Laden als an ein Hostel.

Betten und Kissen müssen selbst bezogen und am Ende abgezogen werden. Hab ich so bisher auch noch nicht erlebt. Die Mehrstock-Betten sind komplett aus Metall, dementsprechend quietscht es extrem laut sobald sich oben oder unten jemand auch nur ein paar cm bewegt. Ich wurde erst in ein Zimmer eingeteilt, das aber voll war, anschließend bekam ich ein anderes zugewiesen. Spinde müssen mit einem eigenen Schloss abgeschlossen werden. Steckdosen sind an den Betten nicht vorhanden. Die Badezimmer waren lider auch nicht die saubersten. Auch wenn es direkt am Charlottenburg Bf liegt, werde ich das nächste mal ein anderes Hostel buchen.

the room was a great size, the staff were wonderful. Our garbage bin was full when we came into the room for the first time which was a bit weird, and the floors clearly hadn't been swept, but everything else was fantastic - we even had a balcony! The staff were so friendly and incredibly helpful.

Baudreck und Socken der Vorgänger auf dem Balkon. Gardine auf dem Boden und wurde nicht repariert. Balkontüre defekt - schließt nicht richtig - daher sehr laut. Personal war sehr nett am Empfang. Hausmeister / Reinigungspersonal nicht so gut

Schon beim hochlaufen in die dritte Etage vielen uns viele schmutzige und kaputte Ecken auf. Im Zimmer waren die Matratzentopper teilweise voller Flecken. Sowohl auf den Matratzentoppern, wie auch auf der Bettwäsche fanden wir fremde Haare. Die Matratzen waren durchgelegen. Eine war dreckig und roch nach Käsefüssen. Die Hochbetten waren recht instabil und quietschten so laut, dass man trotz Ohropax ständig aufwachte. Der Teppichfussboden war voll mit Flecken und Kaugummis. Nie wieder!

Tive uma péssima experiência pois trabalho enquanto viajo. Em pelo 2023, espera-se no mínimo que se tenha wifi nos quartos. Na área comum havia conexão de baixíssima qualidade, precisei procurar outros lugares para trabalhar.

This hostel was pretty adequate! It was a nice place to stay. Some of the other guests can get loud but they quiet down after a bit. It was very easy to check in and check out. Enjoyed my room!

Forfærdelig nat. Der var voldsom høj larm fra andre gæster på gangene, hvor der også blev smækket dørene. Der står tydligt og klart, at der skal være stille fra kl. 21 på alle dørene. Alligevel el var der støj hele natten frem til kl. 04… Selve serviceniveauet var godt. Og værelserne var også okay taget alt betragtning. Men hostlet slår ikke ned på hensynsløse gæster.
