Sehr entäuscht von diesem Hotel Service. Abendessen Mini Speisekarte. Essen im Garten mit Terrassen Möbeln nicht gewünscht. Nur im Restaurant ist Essen möglich. Um 22.00 Uhr letztes Getränkt an der Bar, danach geschlossen. Hier ist defenitiv kein Kunde König. Nur Verbote und Vorschriften. Geschäftspartnern waren ebenfalls enttäuscht und sind mit Taxi zum Essen gefahren.

A little worn, but trying its best. Made the mistake of trying to visit Berlin during the Berlin Marathon weekend. For the rate I was paying, it did not meet up to my expectations. Nice folk at reception and no complaints about noise (felt like the only guest there). Still, I would have loved for a Bar that was open, a workout room and some of the other amenities I expect from a 4-star hotel.

Das Hotel und seine Leistungen sind hervorragend Leider stehen allerdings zu Besuchs intensiven Zeiten nicht ausreichend viele Parkplätze zur Verfügung worauf das Hotel auch hinweist. Ein Auto in der Nähe zu parken kann frustrierend sein.

It was a bit disappointing because the pictures on their website are a bit deceiving. The bathroom was upgraded and clean but the rest of the room looked and felt very dusty and old. The sheets were clean however when we lifted the cushions on the couch, there were plastic wraps, crumbs and a bottle cap. There were 2 moths flying in the room as well. Their open buffet style breakfast was good. The staff was nice. And lastly, they have a very limited underground parking space that you may end up parking on the street.

Lokaliteten er fin i gåafstand til det meste . Personale er venligt og morgenmad ok selvom den store spisesal er knap så charmerende. Men sidder man ude i gården er det super hyggeligt .

It was a little distance away from Berlin's main attractions, but we were visiting family living there. We did not eat at the hotel, and the bar was closed on Sunday when we would have had a beer or cocktail, but we enjoyed several decent restaurants in the neighborhood. Shopping is also available with many small local shops, but of course, these are all closed on Sundays.

Lyst, fint P-hus m cykelparkering, hurtig check-in, dejlig størrelse værelse (kunne dog bruge et køleskab og kaffe/the-faciliteter), fin str badeværelse m hylder til toilettasker. Meget bredt og fint udvalg på morgen-buffet’en og fint udvalg i baren (Susanne bartender kunne dog bruge et kursus i at være imødekommende og smilende - hun virkede meget sur - vi car der flere gange!

This is a lovely hotel, it was our third trip. Unfortunately there are no longer facilities to make tea/coffee in your room, breakfast is expensive (we went to a cafe round the corner) & the bar rarely opened, which for a 4 star hotel is quite poor. It used to be so welcoming, relaxing with a beer after a day seeing the sights. The rooms are clean & comfortable though (ours had a great view of the Volkspark), staff are friendly & helpful & the chocolate santas left outside our room was a really lovely touch.

I have stayed here twice for vacation travel. Very nice hotel with large, clean rooms and comfortable furnishings. The complimentary breakfast was great and the location cannot be beat. The park across the street is great for morning exercise and evening strolls, train accessible, and it's just minutes to the busy hub of Alexanderplatz for shopping, sightseeing, dining and transportation.

Overordnet en god oplevelse. Hotellet havde alt det vi behøvede. Det var et stort værelse, værelset var rent og pænt, og servicen på hotellet var god. Dog var sengen virkelig hård. Desuden havde hotellet en rigtig god lokation.

Das Zimmer war in Ordnung. Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel war aber die Ausstattung allerdings etwas dürftig. Es gab keinen Kühlschrank im Zimmer und auch keine Möglichkeit sich eine Tasse Kaffee oder Tee zuzubereiten. Und auch die Art und Weise wie und die Stelle wo der Fernseher im Zimmer plaziert war war zumindest "ungewöhnlich".

Sköna sängar men be om andra kuddar, stora och utan form. Dålig luft generellt. Ingen AC. Går inte att få det svalare med mindre än att öppna fönstret. Ju högre upp desto varmare. Ok frukost men betalar hellre samma pengar och får en bättre upplevelse. Stort plus för läget. Enkelt att ta sig dit och fin park att jogga i. Massor med goda restauranger i närheten. Stora rymliga rum är också ett plus. Väldigt vänlig personal.

Im Großen und Ganzen war die Unterkunft ok. Was allerdings negativ zu bewerten ist, ist die fehlende Klimaanlage in den Zimmern. Bei den hohen Temperaturen derzeit, ist es auch nachts fast unerträglich.

Hotellet är väldigt fint, men det stora rummet vi bokade var inrett i enlighet med 70talet, aningen omordent. Det fanns en balkong som inte gick att nyttja då det ej fanns stolar där. Överlag är hotellet bra och vi är väldigt nöjda. Aningen dyrt. Hade hotellet kompleterat med lite extra bord och stolar i ett såpass stort rum samt mordernare TV och möbler på balkoner så hade jag gett detta 5/5.
Hotellet är väldigt fint, men det stora rummet vi bokade var inrett i enlighet med 70talet, aningen omordent. Det fanns en balkong som inte gick att nyttja då det ej fanns stolar där. Överlag är hotellet bra och vi är väldigt nöjda. Aningen dyrt. Hade hotellet kompleterat med lite extra bord och stolar i ett såpass stort rum samt mordernare TV och möbler på balkoner så hade jag gett detta 5/5.

Vi rejste med hund. Gjorde det også på samme hotel sidste år. Sidste år var der hundetæppe og skåle på værelset. I år havde vi opgraderet til et bedre værelse, der var intet ud over en mærkelig lugt. Den sidste aften lugtede der af røg op hele 4. Etage, gjorde dem opmærksom på det, de ville komme op og kigge efter, men det skete først da endnu en gæst gjorde opmærksom på røgduften.
Vi rejste med hund. Gjorde det også på samme hotel sidste år. Sidste år var der hundetæppe og skåle på værelset. I år havde vi opgraderet til et bedre værelse, der var intet ud over en mærkelig lugt. Den sidste aften lugtede der af røg op hele 4. Etage, gjorde dem opmærksom på det, de ville komme op og kigge efter, men det skete først da endnu en gæst gjorde opmærksom på røgduften.

Lyst, fint P-hus m cykelparkering, hurtig check-in, dejlig størrelse værelse (kunne dog bruge et køleskab og kaffe/the-faciliteter), fin str badeværelse m hylder til toilettasker. Meget bredt og fint udvalg på morgen-buffet’en og fint udvalg i baren (Susanne bartender kunne dog bruge et kursus i at være imødekommende og smilende - hun virkede meget sur - vi car der flere gange!

Where to start. Do not stay at this hotel. The pictures are very misperceptive. The lobby and common areas look so modern but once you enter the room; you realize that it needs immediate renovations. There are two separate old closets that take a lot of space in the room. In addition, the bed is split in half so basically twin beds attached to each other and are very uncomfortable. The room clean service was definitely not optimal nor did they achieved full cleaness. The worst part of it was at the bar area. The female bartender, whom had short blonde hair, was very rude to me and my girlfriend. She refused to give us ice when we asked for it when the night before the other bartender offered us. In addition, when we asked her to charge the room; she declined and said that there was no way she could do it. The night before, the other bartender gladly charged us our drinks to the room. She could of been nicer about the whole the situation and we would of not cared. Its her loss, for she was the only bartender we didn't tip. Room service was non-existent due to there "short of staff" status. overall very bad experience at this hotel.

Sköna sängar men be om andra kuddar, stora och utan form. Dålig luft generellt. Ingen AC. Går inte att få det svalare med mindre än att öppna fönstret. Ju högre upp desto varmare. Ok frukost men betalar hellre samma pengar och får en bättre upplevelse. Stort plus för läget. Enkelt att ta sig dit och fin park att jogga i. Massor med goda restauranger i närheten. Stora rymliga rum är också ett plus. Väldigt vänlig personal.

I have stayed here twice for vacation travel. Very nice hotel with large, clean rooms and comfortable furnishings. The complimentary breakfast was great and the location cannot be beat. The park across the street is great for morning exercise and evening strolls, train accessible, and it's just minutes to the busy hub of Alexanderplatz for shopping, sightseeing, dining and transportation.

Nice hotel, good price, clean, confortable. Breakfast did not have many options, but I could have a healthy meal every morning. Reception time not very friendly. Room do not have air conditioner nor mini frige, which would be nice considering temperatures of 35 C

This hotel was in a convenient location near trams and not too far from the Berlin Hbf. We were able to walk to the hotel from the tram. It is across the street from this lovely, huge park with many trees and fountains. So quaint! Church bells ring on the hour adding to the atmosphere. The hotel was very clean, the front desk was open 24 hours a day, the breakfast had many selections, and our room was great! Nice double size bed, comfortable mattress and comforters. I would highly recommend this hotel!

It was a little distance away from Berlin's main attractions, but we were visiting family living there. We did not eat at the hotel, and the bar was closed on Sunday when we would have had a beer or cocktail, but we enjoyed several decent restaurants in the neighborhood. Shopping is also available with many small local shops, but of course, these are all closed on Sundays.

This is a lovely hotel, it was our third trip. Unfortunately there are no longer facilities to make tea/coffee in your room, breakfast is expensive (we went to a cafe round the corner) & the bar rarely opened, which for a 4 star hotel is quite poor. It used to be so welcoming, relaxing with a beer after a day seeing the sights. The rooms are clean & comfortable though (ours had a great view of the Volkspark), staff are friendly & helpful & the chocolate santas left outside our room was a really lovely touch.

I had such a wonderful stay at Victor’s Residenz Hotel in Berlin. What made the experience even more special for me was how dog-friendly the hotel is. Being able to bring my dog already meant a lot, but the sweetest touch was that they even had dog chocolate waiting for him. Small gestures like that make all the difference. I will always choose this hotel over any other in Berlin.
