Perfect Labor Day weekend get away to watch a football game at The Rose Bowl. Much superior experience compared to staying in a hotel. The house has plenty of space and 3 bathrooms was really nice. The backyard with pool and spa was seriously the best! We walked to the Rose Bowl walking path every morning, swam and laid in the sun and saw a lot of tourist spots in Hollywood. Highly recommend this house for anyone going to an event in Hollywood or Pasadena. Gina was also incredible! Her communication exceeded expectations. Only thing to note is that there aren’t any dressers or drawers. It wasn’t a big deal - we just lived out of our suitcase and it didn’t impact our stay at all. Just a nice to know!

House is cute, has peaceful vibes. Having 3 bathrooms was nice. Everyone had room to have thier own space, backyard is very pretty and very relaxing. We were in the pool and hot tub everyday, it was a very fun time. Gina is a great host she was very helpful throughout our Stay for whatever we needed. stay

The place was a fantastic spot for my family. It was located in a good section of Los Angeles and we were able to do a lot. The pool was a hit with the kids. It was kind of cold for LA but the the pool was heated. We would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend it

Our hosts were excellent and great at communication. We had the pool heated and though our days were cold the pool and hot tub were nice for the kids. The yard is a bit disconnected feeling from the kitchen, but it worked.

This home in Pasadena was a great location to explore everything that LA has to offer. Nestled on a quiet street it was accessible to all the tourist hot spots, also close to the grocery store and gas stations. We enjoyed a perfect day at the homes pool which provided much relief from the California sun! Gina was an amazing host, super responsive and available! Would highly recommend this home

We found this property to be just the ticket for a family stay while being in town for a 90th bday party. Property was laid out well so we all had our own space. Having 3 bathrooms was great. Convenient to many places. Nice enclosed pool/spa area.

We were a group of Aunts and Uncles in town for a family wedding. This house was less than 10 minutes from all the wedding activities as well as several sights we wanted to visit. The pool and hot tub were a nice bonus. House was very clean, charming neighborhood, beds were comfy and house was well stocked with everything we needed. Gina was excellent in her communication and checked in severall times to make sure we had what we needed.

We booked this property for ourselves, my elderly parents, and our children to spend the weekend in Pasadena. The beds were extremely comfortable, the house was immaculate, and the backyard was an amazing oasis! I would highly recommend this property, and will definitely plan on staying here again!

For the purpose of our stay the house was adequate. However, the online pictures look much nicer than the real thing. The pool is ok, but the pictures make the outside area seem much bigger. Also, the light in the main hall bathroom was broken, making it a very dark room.

We enjoyed staying here during our trip to Hollywood, Disneyland and other areas in Southern California. Gina was OUTSTANDING to work with. We had some questions about how to operate things during the stay and she was always available and quick to respond. It's well stocked and clean. Could use a little updating on the curtains and some of the living room contents but we didn't mind that too much. The appliances worked fine, the pool & hot tub were fantastic and the honeysuckle bushes smelled great when in the backyard. When the fog burns off in the morning, you can see a small glimpse of the mountains from the backyard Thanks for a nice stay, Gina.

We booked this house as our daughter was getting married. From the moment we walked in we were very happy. Plenty of room for us to finish up last minute flowers arrangements. Being able to relax and enjoy the hot tub was honestly the best part. Perfect location to venue and every where we needed to be. We want to come back in July and enjoy the beautiful backyard. The house was in a quiet neighborhood with cool eats and coffee a quick walk away. After a long day in L.A. sites and traffic, it was so nice to get the hot tub going. There was plenty of room to spread out and recharge. Host was very attentive and responsive with any questions I had.

My daughter was getting married in Pasadena and we are from the east coast, so I decided to rent a house so some extended family could stay with us — not to mention my only dog sitter was traveling too and I needed a dog friendly place to also accommodate my 8 lb pupper. This house did not disappoint. It was close enough to restaurants and the venue, but in a quiet neighborhood convenient to the Freeway. The pictures are completely accurate and this place is decorated and outfitted beautifully. We had everything we needed and then some. The pool area is gorgeous and after the last minute running around and then dancing the night away with family, a soak in the hot tub was just what was needed. The backyard area is also fully fenced, so I didn’t have to worry about the fur baby. Our host was great from the booking throughout checkout, quick to respond and gave thorough instructions. I used to stay at a nearby hotel when visiting my daughter, but now I look forward to returning to this property. 10 out of 10 on this one…however much it pains me to share this little secret and maybe find it already booked in the future!

Great location! Beds comfy. Pool and jacuzzi awesome. Contents in the home a bit outdated and in need of repair or replacement. Gina was very responsive to our requests and quite friendly.

Our daughter, son-in-law & grandkids stayed for two nights. The property was immaculate, well appointed and commutation with the owner was easy! The pool & hot tub were icing on the cake!!

Perfect Labor Day weekend get away to watch a football game at The Rose Bowl. Much superior experience compared to staying in a hotel. The house has plenty of space and 3 bathrooms was really nice. The backyard with pool and spa was seriously the best! We walked to the Rose Bowl walking path every morning, swam and laid in the sun and saw a lot of tourist spots in Hollywood. Highly recommend this house for anyone going to an event in Hollywood or Pasadena. Gina was also incredible! Her communication exceeded expectations. Only thing to note is that there aren’t any dressers or drawers. It wasn’t a big deal - we just lived out of our suitcase and it didn’t impact our stay at all. Just a nice to know!

The house was in a quiet neighborhood with cool eats and coffee a quick walk away. After a long day in L.A. sites and traffic, it was so nice to get the hot tub going. There was plenty of room to spread out and recharge. Host was very attentive and responsive with any questions I had.

Gina’s home was just as advertised. Great neighborhood location. Quiet street. We loved the pool and we could even see the mountains nearby. Fantastic!

The place was a fantastic spot for my family. It was located in a good section of Los Angeles and we were able to do a lot. The pool was a hit with the kids. It was kind of cold for LA but the the pool was heated. We would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend it

We were a group of Aunts and Uncles in town for a family wedding. This house was less than 10 minutes from all the wedding activities as well as several sights we wanted to visit. The pool and hot tub were a nice bonus. House was very clean, charming neighborhood, beds were comfy and house was well stocked with everything we needed. Gina was excellent in her communication and checked in severall times to make sure we had what we needed.

This home in Pasadena was a great location to explore everything that LA has to offer. Nestled on a quiet street it was accessible to all the tourist hot spots, also close to the grocery store and gas stations. We enjoyed a perfect day at the homes pool which provided much relief from the California sun! Gina was an amazing host, super responsive and available! Would highly recommend this home

Wonderful villa in peaceful neightborhood with easy access to everywhere by car. Villa is clean, spacious, and pool area is really nice. Fast internet connection. The owner was proactive and easily reachable.

Loved the property! The house is clean and modern in a nice quiet neighborhood. Location was close to shopping and freeway access. Love the resort quality backyard pool and spa, a fun oasis for a family vacation. We especially liked the fan and convenient luggage racks in each room. Our host was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

This home worked very well for our family for a special wedding in Los Angeles. The location was great for access to freeways, it was very clean, and the home layout was great for us, our son and daughter-in-law, and 5 and 1-1/2 year old grandchildren.

Such a nice retreat! The pool and spa, and patios were absolutely delightful. Also the house was super cozy, VERY well stocked and equipped, incredibly comfortable beds, and well stocked kitchen. Also everything was immaculately clean. We hope to return one day!
