Holiday Inn Express Birmingham Airport NEC by IHG

Bra hotell, bodde här för att besöka NEC, det går bra att promenera dit, (tar ca 15-20 minuter) om vädret tillåter. Mycket nöjd med städningen av rummen, bra frukost (yoghurt, bär, 4-5 olika müsli och flingor, äggröra, bacon, korv, bönor, stekt tomat o hashbrowns, bröd att rosta, olika marmelader, juice och kaffe/te). Trevlig personal.

Önskar mer utbud för glutenintoleranta på frukosten, samt gärna kokta ägg.

Booked a family room for 2 adults and 2 kids and the room isn’t fit for a family, was give a double bed and a small double sofa bed. With the sofa bed out you can’t access the tea/coffee making facility or the TV. Dinner in the restaurant was poor, ordered Chessy garlic bread and got burger cheese instead of real cheese. They were shocked when we questioned it. Over all a very poor stay and the staff don’t care Staff were rude in the morning at checkout when they asked about our stay. Snapped that’s the rooms and walked away.

Accommodation was good,, plenty space in the room and it was clean. Only disappointment was the restaurant - a lot of the items on the menu were unavailable and it took a while for the food to be served. Was good quality food when it arrived though

Parking was free when we asked at reception and breakfast was also included for free as well!
