Great hotel with very clean room, comfy bed, looks newly decorated and very convenient location. Was unaware that the hotel charged parking fee of £10 per day which I thought was expensive. I also thought breakfast was expensice ar £15.

Absolutely rubbish not happy with the service breakfast not provided fully staff is very unhelpful and very disappointed with the Service and the room Website advertise pool was working. I took everything for my family to go in the swimming pool but swimming pool was closed for past three months and never told us on the website that it was closed. I would be grateful if you could refund me the money.

I loved the location of the property. Beautiful trees. The foyer us very modern and comfortable. We were a large group and enjoyed our stay. The room we had was okay size for one night. The family room is very spacious. Clean and tidy. The swimming pool was nice and warm. The changing rooms and showers in the pool are in need of update. The bathroom was clean and had everything needed. Parking is £10 per day but reasonable. Breakfast was a bit basic but okay with warm croissants. Option to order vegetarian sausages which was good. Would stay again. Swimming pool was not avaialble on Monday 9am-12 due to a class which we were not told about. But we were able to use it later in the day after check out.

Room is modern, carpets have stains but overall ok. Has air conditioning which is great also has parking but is £10 a day or right outside hourly parking via app. Sound insulation is poor, so poor I can hear the cups next door being moved. The doors slam, rooms door and hallway door slam shut meaning with guest that constantly go in and out every few minutes all we heard was doors slamming. If you are lucky enough to have no guest on the floor then you might be ok

We chose this Hotel as it showed it has a Swimming Pool. But when we got there, we were told that the Swimming Pool was CLOSED and had been under Maintenance for over 3 months. THE WEBSITE DID NOT SAY THAT THOUGH. Also, the Bar was Closed at 10ap - no signs to say it closes at 10pm.

The property was clean and nice and modern. However, water pressure in the showers was very low, making showers tricky. Also, parking was a nightmare on a busy weekend in Bournemouth. I’m pretty sure people not staying at the hotel were able to park there.

In the advert it says you have a pool. Unfortunately my wife went to use it a couple of times and there were swimming lessons going on with most of the pool closed off. Don’t say you have a pool when it was unavailable to use.

Very friendly staff. Breakfast was fine. Main bed was comfy but sofa bed for kids less so. Shower terrible - no flow rate. Breakfast decent for a continental. Public areas clean and nicely decorated. Our room had stains all over the carpet.

Room was filthy, there were black hairs everywhere, we found a false eyelash on the bath plug. There was and still is an empty oasis bottle under the bed, the dust at the back of the headboard was at least 1 inch thick as was the dust on top of the hanging space. Stains on carpet.chairs curtains, mirrors and walls. We went to Primark and brought blankets as we didn’t want to sleep in the beds. Stair carpet hasn’t been hoovered for ages and there was a massive clump of black hair on them the whole time we were away.

The hotel staff were quite pleasant and welcoming, which made for a positive first impression. However, the hotel itself could benefit from some redecorating and a more thorough cleaning. While my room appeared neat at first, I later discovered a few items left under the bed by previous guests, and there was a noticeable layer of dust on the headboard. The carpets seemed very old and likely trapped a lot of dust, as I found myself sneezing frequently during my stay. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable and the bed linen was clean. I also think the hotel could improve by offering a greater variety of options and more flexible opening times in their restaurant. Overall, the staff were great, but the hotel would be much better with some updates and more attention to cleanliness.

Very friendly staff. Good value for money. Nice warm pool. All in all, would recommend. Good breakfast. Only downside was that showers in the pool were not private (open to the pool) and there was popcorn from last guest under the bed.

Fantastic, accomodating, friendly, staff who's '"Can do" attitude, and laid back approach with guests, beguiles the back office efficiency with which makes this smart, comfortable and spotlessly clean establishment such a great place to stay. Keep up the excellent work, I'll definitely be back! Mx

We stayed in the chalet style room which had a very comfy bed (we didn’t use the sofa bed), a decent bathroom and a handy kitchen area. It was clean and comfortable. No issues with the room itself, although it was expensive for a Sat night stay. Reviews meant we ate breakfast elsewhere. View from the chalet was a demolition site, a crane and the very shabby rear of the main building hotel.

Large clean quiet family room with kitchenette (fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, sink, cutlery, tin opener, crockery) Shelving for luggage and hanging rail with hangers. Good lighting plus bedside spotlights. Shower takes 5 min to get warm and is rather weak. Bath panels a bit mouldy but everything else in working order. The room is a bit dark but didn’t bother us too much. Slightly smelt of dog.

Good hotel as a base for visiting the area. Cleanliness was good and the staff were helpful. The decoration was quirky but ok. £10 per day to park was a bit steep. Our room was a bit cold and there were no instructions for the heating control.

The room in this hotel was appalling. It was billed as a double room, and yes it did have a double bed in it but it was pushed right up against the wall both at one side and the foot of the bed. the bed head was blocking the window. Fortunately I was staying alone but if I'd been with my partner it would have been totally impractical. The bed couldn't even be made properly as you couldn't get around it to tuck in the sheets! I wouldn't mind but the room wasn't particularly cheap. There were hardly any staff around (although the staff were helpful when you could find them). The bar wasn't staffed so you had to get someone from reception if you wanted a drink. Breakfast wasn't much good either with only sandwiches or fruit and cereals available. There weren't even enough sandwiches to go round! I'd really avoid this hotel and won't be staying here again.

We stayed in the works room. It was very spacious and had a microwave and full size fridge. It was very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. To get a hot shower we had to turn all the taps on and let them run for ages. Once hot though the shower was lovely. The breakfast however was a letdown. No full English only continental. Just cereal or a cheese and pesto panini for vegetarians.

The air con didn't work and there were no instructions for it's use. The base of the door was too large and let in lots of light, only corrected by blocking with a towel. Anold building hastily given a makeover.

First impression of hotel upon arrival is it looks nice and clean. Receptionist was a nice guy. Went up to our given room only to find it was already occupied!! So back down to Reception and it took them 10 minutes to find us another room. Room was ok apart from a little grubby in places and some mold around the balcony door. Breakfast was ok but not really worth the £7.50 charge in my opinion

Dripping shower & no water pressure, lift didn’t work & to top all that air conditioning in room so loud couldn’t sleep no maintenance until next morning so slept in my car. Paid £24 each for inclusive breakfast & was just cold continental, very rude staff & General Manager

arrived 3.30pm - was told i had to wait for my room even though check in was 3pm. i was in a rush as had to meet friends. i explained this but was still just told to take a seat and had to wait... didnt offer me a drink or anything. i gave it 20 mins and went back and said "come on now this is silly i need my room ive got to meet friends" - they then moved me to room 21. Which was clearly for disabled people.

Fantastic, accomodating, friendly, staff who's '"Can do" attitude, and laid back approach with guests, beguiles the back office efficiency with which makes this smart, comfortable and spotlessly clean establishment such a great place to stay. Keep up the excellent work, I'll definitely be back! Mx

The property itself was fine but there was construction going on next door. Check-in was efficient. Room was nice,spacious but in need of a refurb as the decor was dated. Bar staff was untrained and, apologies, didnt look old enough to be behind the bar. Night staff had headphones on and didnt/couldn't hear the phone ringing for some time in order to open the doors. It had the feel of a newly opened hotel with new to industry staff for the most part.

Overall an enjoyable stay with room clean and tidy and staff helpful and professional. Not enough storage space (wardrobe/drawers) for clothing when 2 people are staying for a week! Bar had no draught beers available One thing that should have been made clear is the construction work taking place adjacent to the hotel which resulted in dust/dirt covering the car.

Hotel was nice. Good location only a 7 minute walk from the hotel to the beach. Room was clean and spacious. Really liked the interior. Would recommend.

I had a lovely stay i was made to feel welcome. The room was clean, it had everything i needed. I am already thinking to book it again for July kids were happy so that makes me a happy mama. It's a good location walking distance to the beach and shops its a win win.

The air conditioning worked well, which was nice to see. There weren't any towels in the room but I got some from reception, so all was fine. The room was a little dusty and there wasn't a desk to work from but I got by ok. Good location only a few minutes from main areas.

Overall stay was really pleasant. staff were friendly and accommodating. Short walk to the beach and Pier. Only consideration when booking you are charged an additional £10 per day for parking.

Hotel is nice enough and facilities and condition are good. The only issue was limited food and drink available in hotel and car parking whilst in the hotel grounds was chargeable.

Property was nice and clean, nice staff, good location and value for money. Website however states that the breakfast is GBP 7.50 but in fact was £12 and absolutely not worth it! Prison breakfast. Awful coffee :(

First impression of hotel upon arrival is it looks nice and clean. Receptionist was a nice guy. Went up to our given room only to find it was already occupied!! So back down to Reception and it took them 10 minutes to find us another room. Room was ok apart from a little grubby in places and some mold around the balcony door. Breakfast was ok but not really worth the £7.50 charge in my opinion

I have stayed here a number of times on business recently, always generally ok. Unfortunately my most recent breakfast experience was desperate to say the least. No hot food, stale bread, ripe fruit. I am not sure what has happened, but I will not be coming back.

Amazing stay! The staff where very attentive and nothing was too much to ask for. The room was huge, perfect for families.. only thing missing was a fridge in the room to keep milk cold for toddler however staff where more than happy to fill my toddlers bottles when needed! Continental buffet was fresh and always topped up when running low and cooked breakfast was made from good fresh produce and the service was quick. Also had access to the pool which was clean and warm. Couldn’t fault it, and it will be our go to on our trips to Bournemouth.

We stayed in the works room. It was very spacious and had a microwave and full size fridge. It was very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. To get a hot shower we had to turn all the taps on and let them run for ages. Once hot though the shower was lovely. The breakfast however was a letdown. No full English only continental. Just cereal or a cheese and pesto panini for vegetarians.

House keeping was a bit hit and miss two days out of our four nights stay we didn't get our complimentary biscuits or coffee replaced or clean mugs. The breakfast was ok but you didn't have a lot of choice.

Room was dirty,the carpets were dirty and had little hairs like a dog hair. There was a moldy smell and a sewage smell in the room.Even we sleep open the window, that was not gone and we didn't sleep all night.
