Habitación muy oscura y con una decoración de los años 60, cama cómoda y almohada también, baño con bañera pero apenas una mampara fija de cristal que hace que se moje todo el baño cuando te duchas. Señal de wi-fi muy buena desayuno poco variado y si concurrías muy temprano no había agua caliente. Realmente no parece un hotel cuatro estrellas dado que no tiene piscina. Las habitaciones necesitan una actualización urgente. Tiene una mosquitera en la ventana pero que está subida y encastrada dentro del hueco, por lo que literalmente no hay mosquitera. La zona donde está ubicada el hotel es el microcentro por lo que por la noche es muy solitaria y da una sensación de inseguridad pero a 50 metros está el consulado italiano y se ve personal policial constantemente.

Hotel bem localizado e com funcionários eficientes e educados. Apenas 2 coisas que não me agradaram: variedade do Buffet do café da manhã era pouco e sem ovo, bacon ou salsicha. Outro ponto foi o quarto que havia poeira na cortina o que me deu alguns dias crises alérgicas.

Excelente opción para estar cerca de todo y llegar caminando a puntos de interés, como Obelisco, Casa Rosada, Puerto Madero, microcentro. Muy buenas habitaciones, amplias y cómodas. Destaco la higiene impecable. El personal de recepción amable. El desayuno es básico pero rico todo. Deberían cambiar las tostadoras ya que no funcionan. En los alrededores hay buenos lugares para comer y tomar algo. A pocas cuadras de llegada de Buquebus, se puede ir caminando sin problema. Recomiendo y volvería.

I stayed 4 nights while enjoying a very short vacation in Buenos Aires. the first two nights there was a noise that wasn't constant but bothersome. A noise like a piece of metal against a wall. The third night, a very windy night, the noise was CONSTANT and did not let me sleep. I called front desk twice with no response. Finally, at 5am I went down to the Front desk and requested a change of room. They gave me another room y NOONE offered me to help. I moved myself from one room to another rookm at 5:30 am. It ended up that the noise was coming from the roof right above my first room and there was the metal frame of a canopy that got loose and was banging against the surface. They did not apologize nor offered any compensation for that. That night (my fourth night in that hoyel and my very last night in Buenos Aires), when I ogt to my room (the new one) the key was deactivated and the room was NOT done. Thet DID NOT clean my room (the new one) that day! At check out I respecfully requested that they didnt charge me for That specific night and they denied it because i had booked thru a third party

Excelente opción para estar cerca de todo y llegar caminando a puntos de interés, como Obelisco, Casa Rosada, Puerto Madero, microcentro. Muy buenas habitaciones, amplias y cómodas. Destaco la higiene impecable. El personal de recepción amable. El desayuno es básico pero rico todo. Deberían cambiar las tostadoras ya que no funcionan. En los alrededores hay buenos lugares para comer y tomar algo. A pocas cuadras de llegada de Buquebus, se puede ir caminando sin problema. Recomiendo y volvería.

Habitación muy oscura y con una decoración de los años 60, cama cómoda y almohada también, baño con bañera pero apenas una mampara fija de cristal que hace que se moje todo el baño cuando te duchas. Señal de wi-fi muy buena desayuno poco variado y si concurrías muy temprano no había agua caliente. Realmente no parece un hotel cuatro estrellas dado que no tiene piscina. Las habitaciones necesitan una actualización urgente. Tiene una mosquitera en la ventana pero que está subida y encastrada dentro del hueco, por lo que literalmente no hay mosquitera. La zona donde está ubicada el hotel es el microcentro por lo que por la noche es muy solitaria y da una sensación de inseguridad pero a 50 metros está el consulado italiano y se ve personal policial constantemente.

Clean and has everything you need from a hotel. In room fridge and coffee/tea facilities Continental self service breakfast. Very friendly staff on hand who are happy to help in anyway they can. Sadly there is no free shuttle service to/from airport as advertised. I emailed before arriving to confirm and did not get a reply. Reasonable price from airport taxi and plenty available. Use caution in the area after dark.

O colchão é bem mole, mas o quarto tem tamanho ok! O pior é o café da manhã que alem te pouquíssimas opções, teve queijo embolorado e leite azedo. Funcionários também pouco receptivos

Lindo hotel aunque un poco descuidada la limpieza y el mantenimiento, la habitación que nos toco le faltaba un vidrio a la mampara por ende cada ducha era una piscina el baño! El desayuno bufet muy básico pero rico.

Hotel bem localizado e com funcionários eficientes e educados. Apenas 2 coisas que não me agradaram: variedade do Buffet do café da manhã era pouco e sem ovo, bacon ou salsicha. Outro ponto foi o quarto que havia poeira na cortina o que me deu alguns dias crises alérgicas.

I stayed 4 nights while enjoying a very short vacation in Buenos Aires. the first two nights there was a noise that wasn't constant but bothersome. A noise like a piece of metal against a wall. The third night, a very windy night, the noise was CONSTANT and did not let me sleep. I called front desk twice with no response. Finally, at 5am I went down to the Front desk and requested a change of room. They gave me another room y NOONE offered me to help. I moved myself from one room to another rookm at 5:30 am. It ended up that the noise was coming from the roof right above my first room and there was the metal frame of a canopy that got loose and was banging against the surface. They did not apologize nor offered any compensation for that. That night (my fourth night in that hoyel and my very last night in Buenos Aires), when I ogt to my room (the new one) the key was deactivated and the room was NOT done. Thet DID NOT clean my room (the new one) that day! At check out I respecfully requested that they didnt charge me for That specific night and they denied it because i had booked thru a third party
