This hotel was amazing. The staff were very friendly, professional and super helpful in accommodating requests. They assisted us in getting a babysitter for our boys, so that we could attend a tango show- our babysitter Milka was amazing with the boys. The food- from the breakfast to room service to the restaurant was top quality and very delicious. The spa and pool were also great- my husband and I had individual massages and it was one of the best we have ever had. I would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.

The entire staff at the hotel was exceptionally professional and friendly. The hotel’s bar and restaurant very good. The rooms have modern amenities and are laid out. The hotels location is good, nice park across the street and walking distance to attractions and restaurants. The gym was good, could use a little more equipment. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and business travelers.

I'll start with the only MAJOR BAD: the outdoor pool - very poorly designed. The deck is boiling hot on your feet. Nor can you rest your arms on the deck while sitting in the pool - you'll burn your arms! The lounge chairs only get sun until 9:30am and then only shade. It's a restful space but unusable. What a shame! THE GOOD: We stayed for a week in Rm 503. Very spacious. Separate shower room and toilet/bathtub room which means two people could easily get ready in the morning. The balcony overlooked a beautiful plaza and was comfortable and private. Comfortable furniture and bed with sofa and chair too. Plenty of closets and drawers. The desk was large with many outlets. The WiFi did not work but when we called the desk, their IT person brought us our own personal router within an hour. Breakfast buffet was good although they like their eggs to run. We had to ask for bien hecho (well-done) every time. Dinner had some wonderful tastes although we only ate there 3 nights out of 8. We felt welcome and cared for. Thank you Palladio.

Nossa estadia no Palladio Hotel Buenos Aires – MGallery, um hotel 5 estrelas, foi simplesmente incrível e surpreendente. Desde o início, a experiência foi além das expectativas: além de conseguirmos fazer o check-in antecipado, ainda recebemos um upgrade para um quarto com varanda, um gesto elegante que já demonstrou a atenção e o cuidado da equipa do hotel. O check-in foi rápido e feito com muita cordialidade por uma recepcionista extremamente atenciosa. O quarto era espaçoso, muito bem iluminado e confortável, equipado com ar condicionado, frigobar, TV, máquina de café com 2 cápsulas diárias gratuitas, e água mineral cortesia reposta várias vezes ao dia. A cama king size com lençóis macios proporcionou um excelente descanso. O serviço de arrumação foi feito pelo menos duas vezes ao dia, incluindo a troca de toalhas e roupões, o que reforça o padrão elevado do hotel. O café da manhã foi outro ponto alto: uma variedade generosa de frutas, sucos naturais, pães, bolos e omeletes feitos na hora, com atendimento de garçons que serviam água, suco e café diretamente na mesa, sempre com simpatia. No spa, o destaque foi o vestiário completo, com banheiro, espaço amplo para troca, roupão, toalha e até sandália Havaiana, proporcionando conforto total. Great room, great staff, great breakfast! We reserved a two-queen Executive Room and were assigned Room 607. Our four-night stay was spectacular, beginning from the first moment (we arrived about 9 a.m. but were allowed to check into our room right away) and running through the last moment (we had a late flight and were allowed a late check-out). The room was very large, with plenty of shelf and drawer space for clothes, a nice size balcony, an unusually effective electronically operated black-out curtain, and a large bathroom with a great shower. The staff were unfailingly helpful and courteous, even booking on-line ferry tickets for us to take a day trip to Colonia. The included breakfast was terrific, with plenty of hot and cold options, including lots of local fare. My only gripe would be that the room doors slam loudly when guests or housekeepers go in or out. Other than that, the room was exceptionally quiet.

The two-bed room we stayed is very spacious and clean. The two queen beds are comfortable. The bathroom has both a shower and a tub. Two sets of closet and storage are available, so no need to share a closet. The breakfast is very good, and the staffs are polite. Overall we’re very pleased with our 5-day stay, and it’s an important part of our vacation.

The hotel is located in a great location ! It is very close to the main tourist attractions, shopping, dining/pharmacy etc. The Deluxe suite we stayed in was very spacious with the balcony overlooking a beautiful park. Housekeeping is flawless. The best part of this hotel are its staff. They are welcoming and are committed to making sure that the guests have the best possible stay. My special thanks to Mr.Luciano for helping us with everything we needed. And gratitude to Ms.Carolina for providing us valuable inputs about the Tango shows/ sightseeing tours etc. Highly recommend this property.

The hotel is located in a safe zone and it is close to many key attractions. The staffs are so friendly and helpful especially Carolina from front desk. The biggest problem we had is the air conditioning. The vent is facing my bed. The cold air is blowing right to my face which is not comfortable. Will come again and choose balcony room instead.

The rooms are palatial, full of quiet luxurious touches; bathrooms are also ample and lovely with powerful shower; bed super comfortable. We did need to ask to change rooms since the park view one was exceptionally noisy, both due to traffic noise and dogs barking. But they switched us to a great room in the back which was nice and quiet.

For a 5 star hotel, the service level was not up to par. Upon check in we told them it was our 30th anniversary the next day. He said ‘very nice’, and that was the end of it. In general the staff just missed opportunities to be more valuable all along the way. We stayed at the Mandarin Oriental over my birthday and I had 5 staff wish me a happy birthday, a box of chocolates, then a dessert with a bottle of prosecco delivered to our room. They outdid themselves. The comparison at this hotel was stark. Basically if I ran this hotel chain, I would look at Mandarin Oriental and say, ‘how do we get our staff and service to be like them’. They would have years of work ahead to get there. Normally I wouldn’t expect much, but I had just seen how good it could be.

I booked a deluxe suite with 2 beds for 3 nights stay after our Antarctica Expedition. This hotel provided a tremendous value and excellent rate with top notch amd excellent service on all levels. Prior to our arrival, the hotel's concierge, Diego, arranged for our car service with meet and greet and liggage assist from EZE airport to the hotel as well as our return at the end of our stay. This operated perfectly. Our check in experience was quick and we were escorted to our room and assisted with our luggage and the bellman provided a tour of all of the features of our room, which was most helpful. The room as beautifully appointed with a balcony overlooking the Square/green space across the street. The hotel restaurant was excellent for both breakfast and lunch with great service. I would not hesitate to stay here again when we return to beautiful Buenos Aires in the future. Great location and all the amenities and service quality you expect from a 5 star hotel at a great price too! Thank you for everything, Palladio! I look forward to returning one day!

By the time we arrived at the hotel I was very sick. They offered me to stay at the relaxation room while getting the room ready and on the departure day they extended the check out till pass 4 pm. For someone that was so sick, these kind gestures made the unfortunate situation more bearable. I hope to return there in the near future and enjoy the city the next time. ( our suite was spacious clean and airy)

Esqueci um anel que tem muito mais valor sentimental do que financeiro no banheiro do hotel, entrei em contato mas não percebi qualquer empenho em me ajudar, simplesmente recebi uma negativa bem rápida. The Palladio Hotel was one of the highlights of our trips! We had a long 10 day stay and everyone was helpful and friendly at all times. Especially Diego, the Concierge and Mark at the door, Alex at the pool and Felipe at the bar. I definitely recommend staying here if you are in the Recoleta area!

Gostei muito das instalações do hotel. Meu único problema foi no restaurante quando durante o jantar pedimos um vinho que estava esgotado e a sommelier sugeriu um outro que segundo ela era equivalente. Para a nossa surpresa na hora da conta o vinho custava mais que o dobro do originalmente pedido e muito fora da faixa de preço dos outros vinhos que pedimos em diversos outros restaurantes durante a nossa estadia.
