Ótimo hotel, quarto grande, com banheira e uma pequena vista para o lago (suíte junior). Piscina super legal, borda infinita com vista para o lago e aquecida. Só a subida até os quartos que é complicada, mas vc pode pedir carona na recepção. Outro ponto positivo é o restaurante, boas comidas e preço justíssimo em relação aos outros estabelecimentos da cidade. Atendimento da recepção profissional e do resto super amável

positive things: nice view from the room, we got unexpected free breakfast, swimming pool with amazing view at the lake negative things: small, very dated sauna, we got charged for usage of wine glasses (why there is none in the room in 4 star hotel in a country which is such a big wine producer?) even thought bar was closed and we could not buy anything from it. it is not a lot of money but very strange decision to charge for renting them.

We had a great stay here! The view was incredible! We didn’t realize the room would be up the hill from the club house, so the shuttle they offer from the club house to the rooms was a great amenity! We didn’t see prior to our stay that the rooms didn’t have AC, but it wasn’t a problem for us at all! It was cool enough at night that we didn’t even notice, even in the summer. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again!

A wonderful hotel with incredible views, especially during breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful and always happy to provide recommendations. The suites were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The pool was nice, half inside and half outside and very welcome after a day in the snow. The breakfast itself was very good and the staff was friendly and very accommodating with any special requests, (like ice for coffee). Should I ever return to Bariloche, would not hesitate to stay here again. Some VERY fond memories!!

Quartos confortáveis, porém longe das áreas de lazer do prédio e café da manhã. Este, repetitivo e ruim! Ovos aguados, pouco variedade de pães e doces! E você precisa agendar, não pode tomar o café a hora que quiser, fica condicionado a um horário! Academia fraca, com poucos aparelhos!

Vi fik værelse 3303, som er i næstsidste bygning bag hotellets reception og havde udsigt over hele området. Personalet var super venlige, og tog godt imod en, forklarede om området, faciliteterne osv. Vores værelse lå på den øverste etage, men ønsker med en lille balkon, skal man vælge et af de nedre etager. Værelset havde trægulv over alt, hvilket havde taget imod alt det vand, der sikkert var faldet ud af spa-badet, hvorfor det var godt slidt og trængte til en opdatering.
Vi fik værelse 3303, som er i næstsidste bygning bag hotellets reception og havde udsigt over hele området. Personalet var super venlige, og tog godt imod en, forklarede om området, faciliteterne osv. Vores værelse lå på den øverste etage, men ønsker med en lille balkon, skal man vælge et af de nedre etager. Værelset havde trægulv over alt, hvilket havde taget imod alt det vand, der sikkert var faldet ud af spa-badet, hvorfor det var godt slidt og trængte til en opdatering.

Tudo muito bacana, mas um problema que reputo meio grave é o fato do quarto e do banheiro ficarem muito quentes, pois apesar de desligarmos o sistema de aquecimento os pisos do banheiro continuaram aquecendo e isso acaba aquecendo também todo o ambiente.

A temperatura da água era instável: alternava entre água quente/fria o tempo todo. O chuveiro também estava com problema e saía água pela parede. As madeiras do deck da hidromassagem estavam soltando. Fora isso, o quarto era espaçoso e bonito. O café também era excelente, mas a organização deixava a desejar. Tinha que marcar horário porque o restaurante era pequeno, mas ninguém controlava o horário de verdade e acabava sendo necessário ficar esperando alguém liberar uma mesa para poder comer

O hotel é muito bonito, lindo jardim, com linda vista para o lago, o café da manhã é muito bom, funcionários atenciosos, localizado a 2,5km do centro, onde é possível ir caminhando beirando o lago, um passeio muito agradável. O que estranhei foi não haver cortina blackout na área da banheira; por conta disso, infelizmente não pudemos aproveitá-la, pois era possível ver de fora, apesar de informarem o contrário.

The bed sheets don't fit properly. The Air Con was noisy and than died and didn't work at all. The street is noisy and busy beside the room and you cant open a window for fresh air. There was lots of disinfectant spray everywhere which was over powering. I wish they would stop spaying that everywhere. It was making me sick. The Staff were friendly. Breakfast was ok. The Spa and Saunas are not part of your room. You have to pay a large fee if you want to use them. Which amazed me considering how expensive it was to stay here. I didnt enjoy my stay here.

Infelizmente eu sonhava em me hospedar, porém os funcionários da recepção logo no check in já deixaram muito a desejar. Pouco cordiais, sem explicar adequadamente sobre funcionamento. Dois dias após recebemos uma encomenda de vinhos, fomos proibidos de que o carro adentrasse para levar e não foi oferecida ajuda para levar ao quarto, 10 garrafas de vinhos. Meu marido subiu sozinho e a pé. Pior atendimento que já recebemos até hoje.

Hotel muito bom, com boa vista e bom quarto. No entanto o atendimento pecou bastante quando pedimos taça de vinho e falaram que nao tinham, e nos sugeriram tomar no copo de vidro do quarto. Mesmo comprando garrafa com restaurante do local. Outro ponto que achei estranho foi uma cobranca absurda alegando que uma toalha de rosto foi manchada com maquiagem, e entao pedi para levar, ja que eu estava sendo cobrado por isso (mesmo valor super faturado), e se eu nao pedisse nao iriam me entregar a toalha. O mais curioso que foi so colocar na maquina de lavar e a toalha saiu branca e limpa, sem nenhuma mancha. Ou seja, me pareceu pegadinha para turista. Esses dois pontos fizeram o hotel tem uma vista deslumbrante cair totalmente no meu conceito e alertar aos demais sobre a conduta deles.

Excelente. Quarto amplo e confortável, única ressalva ao aquecimento exagerado demais. Vista maravilhosa. Piscina aquecida com area externa. Um pouco distante do centro, dependendo do horário pode haver dificuldade de conseguir taxi / remis. Recomendo e me hospedaria novamente.

The hotel really needs an update . Don’t expect luxury. The rooms are big. The breakfast is pretty poor and the food doesn’t taste good. I will rate the hotel a 3 start. I won’t be back. The staff is very nice and friendly. Always willing to help and accommodate to any requests. Getting transportation takes a while so be ready to wait. The hotel is not on the lake is passing a street on the mountains. We went to the Swiss market on Sunday make sure you have a transportation line up. We couldn’t find any taxi and nice woman from the market that had a stand selling creams took us back to the hotel. We were trying to take the bus but you need to buy a card in bariloche. Next time for sure I would rather stay in a hotel in front of the lake.

El hotel es muy agradable pero tiene el inconveniente de que son varios edificios y si te toca hasta el último, tendrás que caminar cuesta arriba y con frío no es divertido. El personal fue excelente. El hotel es muy bonito pero en las fotos se ve mejor de los que en realidad es. Lamentablemente no pudimos disfrutar la piscina porque estaba fuera de servicio.

O hotel é muito bonito, lindo jardim, com linda vista para o lago, o café da manhã é muito bom, funcionários atenciosos, localizado a 2,5km do centro, onde é possível ir caminhando beirando o lago, um passeio muito agradável. O que estranhei foi não haver cortina blackout na área da banheira; por conta disso, infelizmente não pudemos aproveitá-la, pois era possível ver de fora, apesar de informarem o contrário.

The charged me for eggs because they were out of their normal scrambled eggs and they didn’t even tell me there will be a charge, the breakfast should have more delicious choices and it should serve fresh squeezed orange juice. The manager was nice

Me parecieron buenas las habitaciones con vista. El desayuno bastante malo, con muy poco variedad y con horarios. No volveríamos al hotel por este motivo. Adicional las zonas humedades y la piscina se veían muy bien en las fotos pero muy regulares en la realidad.

Ótima localização, belíssima vista do lago nahuel huapi, quarto bastante espaçoso, ótima área de uso comum e restaurante com um delicioso café da manhã e jantar (não almocei no local). A hospedagem certamente impactou positivamente nossa impressão da cidade e potencializou toda a experiência. Faço apenas duas sugestões: a suíte em que fiquei poderia ter uma iluminação central (pois assim iluminaria melhor o ambiente) e também ar-condicionado, pois, acreditem se quiser, sentimentos calor em alguns momentos.

A temperatura da água era instável: alternava entre água quente/fria o tempo todo. O chuveiro também estava com problema e saía água pela parede. As madeiras do deck da hidromassagem estavam soltando. Fora isso, o quarto era espaçoso e bonito. O café também era excelente, mas a organização deixava a desejar. The place is amazing to relax end enjoy the nature, we love the peace and forest area. Personal very attentive and friendly. We were about 1 mile to the cevic center Ubers very inexpensive. The food in the restaurant was excellent We highly recommend design suits
