The property is under renovation so only 1st & 2nd floors are available with limited view. Pictures do not accurately reflect the property condition. Listed as 4 star luxury property and more like an old Holiday Inn. The pool is not as nice as the photo reflects. The staff was wonderful !

The hotel was in a perfect part of town, it was well managed and well maintained, the gym and pool were wonderful, the breakfast was quite good, and the rooms were kept clean and in good shape. The women at the front desk were exceptional and always ready to help and some of the nicest people we met. Overall a wonderful stay.

Localizado em frente ao Lago Nahuel Huapi, próximo de compras, bares, cafés, restaurantes, transporte público e atrações, o Edelweiss é minha casa em San Carlos de Bariloche. Os quartos são amplos, confortáveis e limpíssimos, e o staff está sempre pronto a ajudar em tudo que precisar. A infraestrutura é excelente (ver no Google ou no site), o café da manhã é muito bom e no belo saguão há uma lareira. Destaque também para o quiosque, perto da recepção, onde se organizam Tours para todos os gostos. Obrigado equipe Edelweiss, espero voltar logo.

I liked the location of the hotel. We were two people, the only bed in the room was small. The finishing of the room structure is noticeable. Doors that the light filter, the floor was not even, the lock set in the door bathroom broke, the locksmith didn't take the whole part out for safety and for the use of the bathroom. The didn't offered a room change. We have to stay without lock and being careful not to close the door. Well, I don't want to be complaining for all of these but I didn't expect the condition in the room to be less for what I paid.

Para el tipo de hotel que se supone que es y el precio que se pagó, deja mucho que desear. El área del lobby y el desayuno están excelentes, pero las instalaciones del cuarto están viejas, el wifi no llega a el cuarto, el baño parece de cárcel y la regadera no se puede mediar el agua, sale helada o hirviendo. El servicio de lobby nada profesional. El peor NH hotel que hemos visitado. No tienen WiFi en las habitaciones (hotel 4*). No pude trabajar con mi laptop en la habitación durante 3 dias. Un desastre. Mienten diciendo que hay una falla técnica. En la factura figuran cosas no consumidas. Pague 20% más. No habia yogurt natural sin azucar en el desayuno. Solo esos yogures liquidos con mas azucar que yogurt. Prometieron que al dia siguiente estaría solucionado el problema. Mentiras. Nunca fue solucionado en los 3 dias que nos hospedamos ahi. Un hotel viejo, sin aire acondicionado. La estadía en ese hotel nos arruino el humor y los ánimos. Soy cliente asiduo de la cadena NH desde hace 10 años. Tenemos aún reservas pendientes en uno de los NH de Buenos Aires. Reservamos en NH de Bariloche porque consideramos que tendríamos el mismo nivel de los otros NH en los cuales nos hemos hospedado. Ha sido una pésima elección. No recomendable bajo ningún concepto.

Escogí este hotel por 2 razones 1- porque he estado en otros NH y fueron muy buenos 2 - porque es pet friendly No me gusto el trato en la recepción, sobretodo de un Sr Walter , muy desagradable , el desayuno muy pobre y el lugar donde lo sirven muy feo , la habitación que nos toco a nosotros mejor que no tuviera ventana ya que daba a un techo de lámina oxidado y sucio , pedí que nos dieran otra habitación y mencione , cómo me lo pidió Expedía , mi nivel silver , pero dijeron que eso a ellos no les importaba , así que no pudieron o no quisieron darnos otra habitación , las cortinas ( sobretodo las blackout) sucias y rotas , las toallas rotas , pedí kleenex y no tenían ,la calefacción era terriblemente alta y solo la regulaban desde la recepción y después de 5 llamadas para que la bajaran me di por vencida , en fin puedo seguir pero en general muy decepcionante , no hay manera que lo recomiende

The Edelweiss Hotel is conveniently located in Bariloche, walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. The rooms are big and comfortable, breakfast is good and staff is friendly. A special thank you to Eilin who so very efficiently retrieved my forgotten cell phone in the bathroom and sent a chofer to the airport right before boarding!!!

Great location within walking distance of the landmarks. But what stood out was their front desk staff! Second to none. My husband had a leg injury and they called 911 for assistance and maintained availability of ice at any time to serve our needs. Would stay there again.

Location is very convenient but you don’t have any good view. Few blocks away from downtown so if you like quite place this is for you. The staff are very kind and friendly. Dinner restaurant Travola also has good food with reasonable price.

I was gladly surprised because the room has 2 bedrooms since I was traveling with my 22yr old son, so it was very convenient . The hotel is old but well maintained. The location is excellent. The breakfast was bad the eggs cold, the orange juice was not natural. But I will stay again at the property.

Razoável. Pelo preço e classificação do hotel não deveriam acontecer algumas situações: 1) Todos os 3 quartos reservados apresentaram vazamento no banheiro, molhando banheiro e quarto. Pedimos para trocar e fomos atendidos, após várias tentativas de solucionar a questão pelo hotel. 2) Ficamos 6 noites no hotel e o CAFÉ DA MANHÃ é repetitivo, precisaria alterar a cada 3 dias no mínimo para estadias longas não enjoar. Mesma coisa todos os dias. O ovo mexido do buffet é muito ruim, pedimos ovo frito na cozinha. QUALIDADES: 1) Excelente localização 2) Funcionários atenciosos 3) Piscina aquecida
