El hotel es hermoso. Difícil el acceso por la cantidad de escaleras. El baño dentro del cuarto muy incomodo porque toca subir escaleras para entrar a bañarse. La habitación amplia con todo lo necesario. Piscina y jacuzzi muy agradables.

We really enjoyed our stay here! We took advantage of the spa and the restaurant, eating lunch and dinner on site once and spending time in the hot (warm) tub and getting massages. It was all really fantastic. Literally the only negative I can say is that spa facilities seem a bit worn down and like they need to be updated, particularly the hot tub that was not really hot.

La verdad que cuando se ofrecen servicios y no se cumplen , es mejor no ofrecerlos.. sobretodo la falta de temperatura acorde a la de la estacion del agua de la piscina. No solo hace imposible su disfrute sino que mal humora a quien paga por este servicio y por el cual optó por este Hotel.Me defraudo realmente.. más que en el primer día de la estadía le hice el reclamo correspondiente y prometieron solucionarlo. NO EXISTE en el mundo un SPA con piscina interior / exterior con agua fria!!! Por otra parte se notó al personal cansado , mal humorado ( limpieza y desayuno ) con poca actitud de servicio , argumentando la altura de la temporada???? Uno opta y paga para recibir lo que se ofrece y si no cierran el complejo para descansar o arreglar con su personal , NO ES el turista quien tiene que pagar este precio!!!! DE NINGUNA MANERA !!!Dejo comentario positivo para los funcionarios de recepción , quienes se mostraron cordiales y atentos ( como debe ser , simplemente). Una pena , porque yo me aloje hace unos 20 años en este complejo y me cambió totalmente mi perspectiva del mismo. Esperaba una mejora o un correcto servicio , NO ALCANZA con belleza natural o edilicia ( aún que se noten los años ) porque se cobra por lo que no cumple en su oferta!!!!

El hotel es muy bonito y los trabajadores muy amables. La chica del Restaurant muy amable y resolutiva. Una pena el Spa, la piscina muy fría no la pudimos disfrutar. Utilizamos la estufa de la habitación un día, y al limpiar la habitación no la limpiaron para poder prenderla de nuevo. El duchero de la ducha es algo bajo y mi esposo no entraba debajo cómodamente. En suma es un lugar muy bonito pero puede mejorar.

We loved this Hotel! It was perfect. From the dinner options, friendly staff, free breakfast, pool, sauna, steam room, parking and beautiful views. We would without a doubt stay here again. The room cleaners always left our room looking perfect.

Lovely hotel and spa. The room was beautiful with a hard wood finish and fire place, with amazing lake views. The family loved the spa and pool area (although the hours were a bit limited from 11 am to 9 pm making it difficult to enjoy if you had day out plans). Overall I’d say it was the perfect hotel visiting Bariloche.

The Staff were excellent. Very friendly and always happy to help. We didn't like the bed arrangement as the sheets were to small to tuck in and constantly wound come off. The doova cover was the same, constantly coming off. And the room smelt like they sprayed so much disinfectant around the chemical smell was making us feel sick. It smelt like it had been sprayed on our pillows... it was everywhere. They need to stop spraying that stuff everywhere and just clean the room as it makes you feel ill. Apart from that its a great hotel and the staff are great.

Nossa estadia foi incrível! O hotel tem uma estrutura muito boa, atendimento impecável. O quarto era perfeito, tinha piso aquecido no banheiro, aquecedor de toalhas, banheira de hidromassagem. Sempre muito limpo e cheiroso. O café da tarde tem um croissant de salmão defumado muito bom. O restaurante tem um Ocho de bife muito bom, foi a melhor carne que comemos em Bariloche. Com certeza voltarei outras vezes.

Experiência terrível, começou logo no check in e acabou estragando a hospedagem, algumas horas para liberar o quarto, só foi liberado mediante um abuso do hotel na cobrança de uma taxa extra por suposta cama extra que não solicitamos e só pagando quase R$ 1.500,00 reais, que consegui entrar no quarto, café da manhã péssimo, atendentes grosseiros , só escapa o pessoal do café da manhã que é super prestativo, limpeza ok, hotel velho faltando manutenções . Não volto nunca mais nem de graça . Obrigado pela hotel.com pelo respaldo e devolução do assalto a mão armada que esse hotel nos cobrou , não troco vcs por nada !

Hotel bem localizado, perto do lago, relativamente próximo ao centro. Café da manhã com boas opções. Restaurante do hotel com bons pratos e excelente atendimento. Quarto limpo, confortável, espaçoso, com piso aquecido e com banheira no banheiro. Possui estacionamento. Tem uma área com piscina coberta e aquecida, que se extende para a parte externa. Há a opção de realização de spa. O ponto negativo foi o funcionamento do Wi-Fi dentro do quarto, porém, funcionou bem nas outras dependências do hotel.

Os maiores destaques são a vista, os funcionários (muito atenciosos), o café da manhã e o eficiente contato via WhatsApp. Não gostamos da área de banho (0,8x0,8m), do péssimo chuveiro, da velha TV, que não é smart e só tem canais locais e da ladeira até a portaria e o restaurante.

My room (number 6) was extremely outdated. The bathroom seemed to date back to the Falklands War, and there was a strong, unpleasant smell everywhere. The noise from the road just 10 meters below was very loud, and to top it all off, the curtains were too short, providing neither proper darkness nor privacy for a ground-floor room. Another window in the entrance area had no curtains at all, with a lantern left on all night. I won’t even mention the internet, which barely worked in my room. I almost changed hotels in the middle of the night because I simply couldn’t sleep. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was just acceptable. My room (number 6) was extremely outdated. The bathroom seemed to date back to the Falklands War, and there was a strong, unpleasant smell everywhere. The noise from the road just 10 meters below was very loud, and to top it all off, the curtains were too short, providing neither proper darkness nor privacy for a ground-floor room. Another window in the entrance area had no curtains at all, with a lantern left on all night. I won’t even mention the internet, which barely worked in my room. I almost changed hotels in the middle of the night because I simply couldn’t sleep. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was just acceptable. There are many — really many — better options in Bariloche for the same price.

Stayed in the Panoramic suite, spectacular view, far removed from the street, so super serene, a great place to enjoy some quiet time. We enjoyed the spacious and comfortable room, large screen television, and the complete kitchen was a great bonus for us. Room cleaning, restaurant, front desk and grounds staff all excellent. Breakfast was great quality, basically the same each day, but what they provided was excellent, more than sufficient options, with superb service. Cons: Mattress and pillows were adequate, not great, and could be improved. Not a king size bed, but two twins joined. Towels appeared to have been once highest quality, but now well worn and should probably be replaced. We would definitely stay here again.

Experiência terrível, começou logo no check in e acabou estragando a hospedagem, algumas horas para liberar o quarto, só foi liberado mediante um abuso do hotel na cobrança de uma taxa extra por suposta cama extra que não solicitamos e só pagando quase R$ 1.500,00 reais, que consegui entrar no quarto, café da manhã péssimo, atendentes grosseiros , só escapa o pessoal do café da manhã que é super prestativo, limpeza ok, hotel velho faltando manutenções . Não volto nunca mais nem de graça . Obrigado pela hotel.com pelo respaldo e devolução do assalto a mão armada que esse hotel nos cobrou , não troco vcs por nada !

We had a truly wonderful stay at Nido del Cóndor! From the moment we arrived, the reception staff made us feel so welcome—professional, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The positives: beautiful views, unique and spacious rooms, friendly service. The spa was very nice and you can message reception via whatsapp during your stay which makes any general questions easy. Our room had a wow-factor. Unfortunately the shower head when attached to the wall had a strange angle which meant that you couldn’t stand underneath the water as it sprayed straight onto the wall. The faucets were temperamental, it was near impossible for us to regulate the temperature. My main concern was that we were told that we would have a discount to spa and food/drinks. I asked for clarification upon check-in and was advised to make sure that we charge to our room in order to access this discount. Note that my Expedia booking said that membership tier also entitled me to food and drink discounts as a perk. We decided not to try other local restaurants and make the most of this offer. However, upon check-out, I was told that the discount would only be applied if we paid in cash. I didn’t have enough Argentinian currency on me to do this and was only told upon check-out so there was no way for me to get the cash in time. I told them that this new condition wasn’t communicated prior (I showed them their notes) and was told they were aware but couldn’t do anything about it for me. This was misleading of them to impose further unrealistic conditions on their offer. I wasn’t going to leave a review but I think others should know about this in case they’re also caught out.

On a beautiful part of the lake. Only 15 minutes by car or taxi to skiing. Restaurant served wonderful food. People were so nice. Hotel on a hill. So if you want the rooms with the best view, you will need to walk uphill. Staff very helpful to carry your luggage.

Nossa estadia foi incrível! O hotel tem uma estrutura muito boa, atendimento impecável. O quarto era perfeito, tinha piso aquecido no banheiro, aquecedor de toalhas, banheira de hidromassagem. The property is very nice and well kept. Room was large enough and with many amenities. Breakfast was included and was good enough although started kind of late ( 7:30am )for guests that needed to go on excursions. Could use a nicer staff at the front desk.
