Fireplace in room was best part of stay. We wanted the panoramic suite, but was unavailable. We had a suite in the lodge with small kitchenette, but the lodge was too far to safely walk downhill on gravel covered surface. NO COFFEE MAKER IN ROOM! I went to store and bought my own, as there was no way I was going to walk up and down that slippery hill for a cup of coffee. For $25 they can afford a coffee pot and some coffee in the room. We thought the hotel was right in town. Our error. Uber was readily available for about $8 each way. About a 15 minute drive. Would stay in town next trip. 3 star property.

Stayed 1 night

My room (number 6) was extremely outdated. The bathroom seemed to date back to the Falklands War, and there was a strong, unpleasant smell everywhere. The noise from the road just 10 meters below was very loud, and to top it all off, the curtains were too short, providing neither proper darkness nor privacy for a ground-floor room. Another window in the entrance area had no curtains at all, with a lantern left on all night. I won’t even mention the internet, which barely worked in my room. I almost changed hotels in the middle of the night because I simply couldn’t sleep. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was just acceptable. There are many — really many — better options in Bariloche for the same price.
