Very Nice modern well appointed villa, Nice beds, friendly staff, great location, great pool. Beautiful gardens and well kept grounds. Great for kids. Nice small grocer 100m up the road. Few things could be better like: Charging for ice instead of having ice machines. Attached restaurant/bar doesn’t really do breakfast which is a major drawback for me, toasted sandwiches and an extremely limited menu in a resort isn’t appealing. This would be the only reason I wouldn’t come back - if you prefer to cook for yourself this place would be perfect, but starting the day having to go on a mission just for breakfast doesn’t make a good start to the day and when on holiday. Having a clothesline at the back of the room was great but very dirty and covered in lots of old spider webs.

Good family get away. Pools were the highlight and close to the beach. Cafe was terrible for breakfast but if there for drinks and pizzas it’s good. Tennis courts and close by shops were handy. Rooms were older but ok. Beds comfy and pretty quiet. Had a smelly bathroom in our 2brm tennis apartment.

Nice resort for the family to spend some time together with two leisure pools and a games room. There are some blocks with two levels of apartments, mine was a unit with a loft, which will be fun for tweens or teens to hangout. I think because if this layout, the apartment was on the 2nd floor of the block so we had to lug our luggage and stuff up the stairs. Be sure to check if you are selecting a ground floor or second level unit if you have mobility issues. Staff were very friendly. Beach was just a short walk away. Local grocer and some restaurants are nearby too.

We arrived after 6, but all instructions were in the lock box with the key. The room was ready with heating on when we arrived, which was fabulous. Kids loved the indoor heated pool, the beds were comfy, the room was clean and staff very friendly. We only stayed one night, so didn't try the restaurant. Definitely will stay again.

Spacious rooms, however the cleanliness of the property could have been better. Paying over $650 per night for a room that has spiderwebs on every corner. More attention to cleaning in the toilet and bathroom, especially in the corners. Also moving the beds and vacuuming underneath as they are filthy underneath them. We tried to push two beds together to make a larger bed and after seeing underneath, decided against it 😬

Party of 9 (11 yr old to 77 yr old) and stayed for 2 nights at two 3 bedroom beachfront villas. Villas were clean and tidy and aircon already on. No beach/sea view, but closest to walk to the beach from side gate. Ours were locater on 2nd floor so do note if mot ambulant enough. Internally, Villa has a master bedroom with bathroom and another bedroom with 2 single beds on the ground floor. Common bath and separate toilet also on ground floor. Another 2 single beds upstairs on loft level with narrow steps. Beautiful cosy place! Great facilities for young and old, 10-15mins drive to Busselton Jetty or town, and right beside resort is a little place which has a supermarket, open cafeteria with good simple breakfast options, pharmacy and little shops. Only thing was the shower which doesn’t seem to have consistent flow of warm water as during the shower it would fluctuate between very hot then cold and back again.

The property needed an overhaul. The bathroom door would not close and power for lights and the bedroom ceiling fan was lost for 2 nights of my stay. There was only one eatng place with a very limited menu. I was very disappointed with my stay and would not consider the Broadwater Resort in the future.

Great location and the rooms were relatively comfortable, but our room may have the worst shower I’ve ever been in, the bathroom definitely needs updating. You can often hear a lot of what you’d neighbours do, especially the stairs. The facilities are good and the restaurant is nice.

Our Xmas stay at Broadwater Resort was fabulous. We were lucky to get a table for Xmas lunch on check-in (which we hadn't planned) and really enjoyed our table set for us, the food and entertainment. The two ladies did a splendid job organising the tables and lunch. Our ground floor villa was very good, albeit a bit noisy from chairs scraping a lot from the first floor villa. Parking was easy, and even though there were many people and children staying here over Xmas all were well behaved and considerate. We dined at Tonic by the Bay each evening we stayed and had great service and food. The beach is very close to the villa we stayed in.

Big thanks to the Expedia team who got us in here when our original booking was double booked. The resort is great for families, close to everything in the area, even though the place was full there was minimal noise and the staff were amazing, we had a couple of small issues that they fixed straight away and the communication leading up to the booking was prompt and helpful.

My husband and I have been coming back off and on since our children were young which is almost 30years. We love the position close to the water and bike path. We come now to just relax. We don’t have to start the car. Just a short walk and you have chemist and shop if you run out of anything. We will be back again.
