Very nice accomodation, property is well looked after. Would have given 5 ⭐️ stars, just disappointed the Wifi internet is poor and doesn’t work. Management yet to upgrade the system. Overall good location and nearby amenities.

Fantastic stay great location an facilities. My wife daughter and myself stayed for the week and the communication with the host was impeccable. The unit was clean and well put together. A+ would definitely stay again. Great family accommodation.

Tropic Towers is a very good option for a stay in Cairns. The apartment was clean and all facilities were there, including free WiFi and the essential air con. There was even a swimming pool although we didn't have the opportunity to use it. We arrived late after reception was closed but all instructions for late check-in were communicated beforehand. They also let us checkout a couple of hours late as we had a later flight out. The building is someway from the centre of Cairns but being situated on Sheridan street which is the main highway through the town means just about every bus service running stops just down the road and has you at the central bus station in minutes and all for a 50cents ticket. Locally there's a convenience store in the petrol station just over the road and a couple of minutes walk there's Dunwoodys Hotel which serves food and drink and has a play area for young kids. Next door to the hotel is a Liqourland. Further up the road there's some more shops including a tobacconist and a Hungry Jacks (Burger King in the UK). Recommended.

Couldn’t wish for a better apartment as it was so well-equipped, clean, furnished, had a great view from our 4th floor apartment to the sea & mountains, and the bonus was a washer & drier - free! - in the bathroom! We would highly recommend these apartments!

Apartment is of good size and was comfortable for us during our 7 night stay. Pool area could be improved, but overall a good place to be based throughout our holidays. Would stay there again.

We had everything we wanted, and it was very clean and comfortable. We appreciated getting clean towels each day, though you need to take your own shampoo. The traffic was a bit noisy as we were near a main road, and as we didn't have a car it was a little inconvenient not having any supermarkets within walking distance. However the bus was very close and we were able to go into Cairns shops quite easily. We had good service from reception when we ordered a shuttle, and when we were late getting in when we first arrived.

Accommodation was easy to access, handy to the main area of the city, was very clean and had everything we needed. The complimentary cans of soft drink were a welcome addition on arrival.

We chose this property for its proximity to the airport but did not enjoy a peaceful and comfortable stay. There was a lot of road noise inspite of windows and doors being shut with AC on. Reception was non-existent so no information about the area is provided. It didn’t feel terribly safe. The walk to the esplanade was about five minutes which was nice but it was not well lit. Our hallway smelled faintly of cigarette smoke.

Really impressed, staff were delightful, place was clean. Great price for the size and facilities in the room. Not too far of a walk from groceries or restaurants. Only 20-30 min walk to the esplanade. Would recommend.

Comfortable apartment and friendly reception staff. Easy walk to the waterfront and into Cairns CBD. A couple of nice pubs for meals nearby. Only let down by being next to a busy, noisy main road so ask for an apartment not facing the road, as ours was.

Our stay was amazing, as always! The staff are always helpful and do a great job at maintaining the property. Very happy with our accommodation. Very thoughtful to have a cot prepared in the room even after forgetting to request one. High attention to detail. Makes it very homely.Thank you kindly Alla and staff

we had a very bad check-in experience. we booked one night, then skipped one night and booked two nights because we went to over night dive cruise. when we were back from diving, and did second checkin, reception lady was so mean, she told me this was a private property, I should not bother her by pushing bell, i looked the window sign, it said 'reception and tour', i thought she worked only for booking tour, i imediately apologied to her, then i looked through my email to see if i missed email from property manager for checkin, she looked us, then started to ask questions, like when and how i booked, the end she found she made a mistaken because of two bookings, the big problem was she was the checkin staff, and she should not have that bad attitude, she gave us one 2 bed rooms for one night, then we had to move to two seperate 1 bed room, felt really bad, never met people like her, so mean.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in the 1brm suite. Couldn't fault anything. We really appreciated Alla going above and beyond to make our stay a wonderful time. Highly recommend

The building is someway from the centre of Cairns but being situated on Sheridan street which is the main highway through the town means just about every bus service running stops just down the road and has you at the central bus station in minutes and all for a 50cents ticket. Locally there's a convenience store in the petrol station just over the road and a couple of minutes walk there's Dunwoodys Hotel which serves food and drink and has a play area for young kids. Next door to the hotel is a Liqourland. Further up the road there's some more shops including a tobacconist and a Hungry Jacks (Burger King in the UK). Recommended.

Tropic Towers is a very good option for a stay in Cairns. The apartment was clean and all facilities were there, including free WiFi and the essential air con. There was even a swimming pool although we didn't have the opportunity to use it. We arrived late after reception was closed but all instructions for late check-in were communicated beforehand. They also let us checkout a couple of hours late as we had a later flight out. We chose this property for its proximity to the airport but did not enjoy a peaceful and comfortable stay. There was a lot of road noise inspite of windows and doors being shut with AC on. Reception was non-existent so no information about the area is provided. It didn’t feel terribly safe. The walk to the esplanade was about five minutes which was nice but it was not well lit. Our hallway smelled faintly of cigarette smoke.

Really impressed, staff were delightful, place was clean. Great price for the size and facilities in the room. Not too far of a walk from groceries or restaurants. Only 20-30 min walk to the esplanade. Would recommend.

Great place to stay as a base for a Cairns holiday. We were at the back of the hotel, so not facing directly onto the street, which was great. The pool was lovely and refreshing! The room contained everything you could need, though there was no excess... exactly 4 forks, 4 spoons, 4 knives, 4 glasses... which meant that we needed to sometimes wash as we were preparing/eating. But this was easily done. Only thing to be aware of is the lack of a wall between the bedroom and living room... it really means that if you have more than a couple staying in the one bedroom apartment, there is no privacy at all.

Huge apartment with balcony. Well worn and quite dated, but everything was working order and the price was good. Location not the best. A bit out of the way from everything, but ok if you’re driving (there’s a car park but it seemed to get pretty full). Didn’t expect to find the cleaners having a cig break on our balcony when we checked in! The woman was lovely though so no harm done. Moan time…..we booked this apartment specifically because it had a bath. We’d been hiking and wanted a bath to relax before going out. I noticed a bath plug when we checked in so all good, until we went to use it and realised it was a different sized one from the kitchen. By this time, reception was closed and the helpline number was less than helpful. Not happy.
