Las instalaciones y ubicación están bien. Las habitaciones son muy austeras. Recomiendo el hotel si pueden aprovechar ofertas.

Overall, the experience was just okay. The room didn’t really feel like a true five-star standard—there was no balcony, the bathroom was quite small, and the hot tub being inside the room felt odd (it would be much nicer outside). The restaurants were also just okay, and the buffet was below average in my experience. Entertainment was a bit lacking as well. The highlights were definitely the spa and the hydrotherapy treatment, which were excellent, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Great experience overall. The staff in the restaurants, beach/pool, lobby were super friendly and helpful. Didn’t think we needed a butler but it was such as nice perk and was handy multiple times. I thought not really having a balcony to walk out would bother me more but not really. Enjoyed that there’s 3 pools. Japanese restaurant is the best. And the beach is clean, clear and super shallow to swim. Overall enjoyed it all a ton. Just didn’t love the “selling” aspect of the packages / memberships but was only at the beginning and end, and you can easily say no thanks!
