The room was "unfinished" - very strong paint smell that didn't dissipate despite leaving balcony window open all night and air conditioner on. The bathroom had no toilet roll holder and the toilet paper was sitting on the unclean floor - that had paint flakes and plaster dusk all over it. Despite an email afterwards (our stay was outside reception hours) they haven't even had the decency to reply.

Beautiful stay, the staff and management were so friendly, kind and always going above and beyond. My most favorite place to stay in Central Coast!!!
