The service was terrible. We booked a room online that said SLEPT 4…. It was a queen sized bed, in a room with barely any walking room around the bed. Literally 2 people would have been squished, so we had to upgrade (since we had 2 children with us). Online it said that there were TWO restaurants on site (one was closed and they didn’t mention that).. online it also said they had childcare (they didnt) We were told free parking - it was 30 euro. No one spoke English. So frustrating. We were told we could walk to the hill with our 1 year old and 3 year old - it was absolute HELL and straight downhill . Our kids were so tired. To top it off, when we got to our new room that was a nice size, it only. Had 2 blankets in it (the single ones) and 2 pillows for the 4 of us. We ended up getting one more blanket and one more pillow after the first night. We also had an espresso machine in our room, but NO pods lol. It was laughable at this point. Very disappointing. The website should list all the limitations due to Covid. Will never return.

Ordentliches Hotel mit etwas DDR Charme Daher sind die Zimmer kleiner als heute üblich, das Bad winzig aber funktionell. Leider sind auch die Betten relativ klein und Kissen und Bettzeug nicht so toll. Dafür hat das Buffet morgens und abends entschädigt. Super Auswahl, immer schnell nachgelegt, Sonntags mit Sekt…

leider nicht so ganz das was wir erwartet hatten, die Betten und die Toilette viel zu niedrig für ältere Menschen, die Stufen im Zimmer gefährlich ( obwohl es geschrieben steht), die Wanne total unpraktisch weil kaum nutzbar für Ältere,der Abstand Papierhalter zum Toilettenbecken ist zu weit, da sollte dringend etwas geändert werden, Speisenangebot zum Frühstück sehr eintönig, bei einem Aufenthalt von 4 Nächten wurde unser Zimmer kein einziges Mal gesäubert- obwohl im Prospekt mit täglicher Reinigung geworben wird, Schade☹️
