The hotel is nice, residential area but only a 30 minute walk to centre or east access to bus just in front. Adjacent to mall. The bid disappointment is the pool. Very shallow, barely 2 feet of water. Do not choose this hotel for pool. Otherwise fine if you want to be out of the centre.

Terrible and misleading hotel. on arrival there were no towels in the room and no coffee and tea supplies - housekeeping errors. when i was at reception asking for towels several other people were also complaining so this wasnt an isolated error. the staff were not very friendly. then i visited the gym - its terrible, much smaller than photo suggest due to the full wall mirror in the room. the weights machine is very bad quality and unsafe. limited free weights and the rowing machine is pathetic- only uses your own body weight and has little resistance. the cheapest equipment. then i visited the “pool” - what a bad joke, its a paddling pool for kids!! 50cm deep!! also the other photos are fake, very very bad. finally the distance to town or beach is misquoted unless the car is breaking the speed limit! overall a pathetic attempt at a hotel. i checked out and found a brilliant substitute for less money - avoid this hotel

The hotel was perfect for my trip, it was very clean throughout and all staff were friendly. I paid for the breakfast, and it was nice enough - nothing to shout about but good enough to set me up for the day. The hotel is linked to a shopping centre so good for a quick look around or to pop into the supermarket. My only issue was that it said the pool was open April - October and to me this would mean that visiting in October it would be available to use and was the reason I picked this hotel. However, the pool was actually closed, with all the sun loungers locked away

Hygiëne is echt top, kamer wordt dagelijks schoon gemaakt en de locatie is geweldig. Je zit vast aan een groot winkelcentrum waar het fijn is om spulletjes te halen. Verder bushalte voor de deur die je met 25 minuten naar het centrum brengt voor €1.80 Echt een aanrader.

Wir fanden unseren Aufenthalt soweit positiv, mit dem Uber war man schnell in der Altstadt. Das einzige was uns etwas gestört hat war, dass ein Kopfkissen einen ekelhaften gelben Fleck hatte und nachdem wir eine Putzkraft darauf aufmerksam gemacht haben, sie das Kissen nur umbezogen hat, dabei hätte man das Kissen reinigen müssen. Wir haben das Kissen einfach nicht benutzt der Rest war in Ordnung. Das Frühstück war auch soweit gut und das Highlight war die Orangensaftpresse. Das gym war sehr klein. Für einen Kurztrip finden wir das Hotel aber in Ordnung.

This was an OK property with very limited faculties. Having stayed at other 4* hotels this was not. No irons, no tea facilities, no water, this was really a basic room. The room cleaners did not respect the do not disturb sign and would come in to the room 2/3 times a day. The pool is a paddling pool at 0.5m deep. For a very short stay it would be ok but for a holiday I will not be using this place again.

This is a new hotel and it shows in the rooms and common areas. We liked how well soundproofed our windows were. The hotel is located adjacent to a busy roundabout but even noisy motorbikes were barely audible. We had a very nice junior suite which included a small balcony. All of the room was excellent. The hotel is also immediately next to a suburban mall so shopping is easy. We thought it would be quite a distance out of the centre of town, but in fact we walked in easily in half an hour and took a cab back for only 5 Euros. The breakfast buffet was very good. All in all, an excellent stay.

We arrived late to Malaga airport and had a one night family stay in Malaga for onward travel next afternoon. Sercotel Rosaleda was an excellent choice for us. Located in the outskirts of town, but closer to the airport so easy to get to from the airport. The rooms are modern and comfortable. Staff was very helpful and breakfast was very good. It is a EUR 5 taxi ride in to central Malaga which means the hotel cost is very attractive compared to more central locations where the room charges are higher. The rooms were quiet/ soundproof and there were blackout curtains. Breakfast served until 11 and checkout at 12. I can really recommend this hotel for a good nights sleep and close to the city centre.

Hotellet er en smule overrated - vi var på et kort besøg med vores børn i et familieværelse. Poolen på taget var lukket, hvilket var ærgerligt da børnene havde glædet sig til en tur i poolen. Værelserne er ok, spartansk indrettet - sengen til børnene var virkelig dårlig(fold ud sofa) som larmede helt vildt når de vendte sig i segwn om natten, nok til vi vågnede flere gange hver nat til knirken fra sengen. Morgenmaden var ok - fint udvalg af diverse dog en smule spartansk - ikke hvad man forventer af et hotel til den pris og rating.

Hotel was in a safe location, not too far from the center. It’s a quite new hotel attached to a middle size mall with a large grocery store in it. The breakfast was very good. Elevators were making a bit loud noise and shaking a bit that scared us and the hotel pool was running out of sun beds at times. We had people partying next door but we only heard them when they were on the hallway at night, the rooms have good soundproofing. The rooms looked bigger in person compared to the pictures, that was a nice surprise. Even the bathroom felt spacious and modern. Staff was very friendly and even called us a taxi when needed. (Trip to the beach was a bit far to walk but fine with taxi). Wi-Fi worked well. Would recommend this hotel to someone who maybe rents a car and wants to go around but also experience Malaga city or someone who likes to walk. We enjoyed our stay and would come again.

Reception staff not particularly helpful especially morning of 3rd April. Weren’t informed pool area would be closed - reception said it’s seasonal! Pool attendant said pool area would be open reception said you didn’t speak to management who would know. I found him to be quite abrupt.

El hotel está en buenas condiciones. Tiene buenos restaurantes cerca y un shopping justo a lado. Para ir al centro histórico es distante si quiere caminar como 35 minutos, sino como 15 minutos en auto. El personal de recepción muy poco atentos, falta de information sobre qué servicios tiene el hotel desde el momento que ser hace el check-in, nos tocó preguntar varias veces y con muy poca simpatía respondían.

Bom hotel, mas a piscina fechada com uma temperatura de 31 graus pelo fato de ser outono foi uma decepção. Aliás, a piscina deveria ficar sempre aberta: o hóspede decide se o clima está bom ou ruim para aproveitá-la!. A localização é razoável, com a vantagem de estar num shopping center e ter estacionamento. Destaque para o chuveiro, excelente! Café da manhã muito bom, com muita variedade.

Zum Übernachten gut geeignet. In ca. 10 Minuten im Zentrum mit dem Bus direkt vor der Türe (1,4€). Frühstück eher nicht zu empfehlen. Eigentlich ist alles da, aber alles lieblos und größtenteils kalt (Rühreier, Spiegeleier usw. kamen kalt aus der Küche!) Lieber in Málaga in einer der unzähligen Bäckereien frühstücken! Sonst sehr neues schickes Hotel, haben uns wohl gefühlt.
