Es cómodo, muy limpio, tiene elevador y es cerca de estaciones de metro y bus. Lo único malo es que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien y hacía mucho calor en las noches. El chico de recepción nos recibió muy amable!

Veldig flott hotell med veldig hyggelig og hjelpsom personal. Bassenget som er i bildet er IKKE på dette hotellet som vi trodde. Bassenget er på søster hotellet noen kilometer unna. Rommene har ikke aircondition så det var veldig varmt og dårlig luft i rommet.

Voor een nachtje prima. Het hotel is gelegen in een wat vage wijk. Echter wel met een paar goede eettentjes… Het hotel zelf is denk ik in renovatie. Het ruikt niet echt fris, denk een riolering- en vochtprobleem. Dit rook je ook in de badkamer helaas. Kamer zelf (3 persoons) was prima qua formaat. Schoon en netjes. Heerlijk bed! Parkeren in ondergelegen garage. 21 euro per nacht. Late uitcheck is super! Geen ontbijt daar genomen maar in het centrum bij een super leuk Frans tentje met heerlijke broodjes en taartjes. Personeel zeer vriendelijk.

Very, very warm. No fans available - and located towards a busy intersection. I cannot recommend this hotel in the summer. We had to go to a store and buy a fan ourselfs to make it a little better. The pools shown on the photos are located at another hotel far away from this actual one. (The hotel has a similar name - look it up to see if this is relevant for you). So I find it to be a bit misleading when this hotel comes up as having a pool in my search. Location in the city is ok and convenient for most things. Parking in the basement is alright - but might be limited in busy periods I would imagine. Breakfast was ok, however if you came late a lot of items were missing, so come early and it’s ok.

Good location. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was great, but it was hot in Cologne when we were there and our room was like an oven. It was uncomfortably hot at night and we really didnt sleep well as a result. We were also really suprised to learn that the pool that was used as the main picture for this hotel on hotels.com was not on the same site, but in fact 2 metro stops away. We felt a bit conned by that. A good value choice in cooler weather, if you are not expecting to have a swim!

Pros Friendly welcome at reception, good breakfast, good location 15mins walk from cathedral. Hotel was very clean. Cons No car bay to unload luggage in front of the hotel. Limited parking but off site parking available for 22Eu/day. No Air Con , must leave window open during the night and get car noise in the morning if your room faces front of the hotel.

Super Lage. Saubere gut eingerichtete Zimmer. Sehr nettes Personal, guter Service In Summe perfekt für unsere Reise. Kleinigkeiten TG Einfahrt ohne Kartenleser oder Rufknopf, also Auto auf der gut befahrenen Straße stehen lassen, zur Rezeption gehen und um Einlass bitten.

Das Zimmer war sehr klein und nicht wirklich sauber,schlimmer frittier Geruch durch Fenster zum Hinterhof,Personal nicht besonders freundlich an Rezeption wirkte sehr gelangweilt.

Excellent hotel. Reception team are very good, helpful and knowledgeable the city. The room is lovely. One of the best hotels I have stayed in in Cologne. Clean, warm, a good bed and very clean room and bathroom.

Stayed at this hotel due to its close proximity to the Cologne Christmas Markets and because we required a triple room. The location of the hotel is convenient - close to tram stop and a few mins walking distance of the Christmas Market at Heumarkt. There is also a great Brauhaus just around the corner for German beer and food. However, the hotel is on a main road and the traffic was incredibly noisy - even after midnight you should expect to hear drunken shouting, sirens, fast cars driving past etc outside. Our room was also located opposite the elevator, so we could hear every guest on our floor using it and all of their conversations. On our second night a male guest was very loud returning from their night out and as they got off the elevator around 2am they purposefully banged on our door very loudly which was a little scary (I assume they were drunk). If choosing to stay here, keep your doors firmly locked and pack ear plugs if you want any sleep. In terms of cleanliness, it was quite a dusty room. The sink was very slow to drain water. There was also occasionally a “dirty pipe/sewage” smell in the bathroom - I imagine the sinks need some drain unblocker/cleaning products! Beds are quite hard and pillows are very lumpy. On a positive note, the staff we did encounter seemed friendly - check in and check out was quick and easy. Overall, we chose this hotel purely for location and convenience, but would not choose to stay here again.

I stayed 4 nights and they not clean the room once except one day they change the towels. When I voiced my displeasure on departure they offered me a discount next time I stay. Unfortunately there won’t be a next time.

Mehr als OK war es nicht. Der Eindruck den die Fotos mir bei der Buchung vermittelt haben entsprach nicht wirklich der Realität. Mein Zimmer war winzig. Zynisch gesagt: wenn mein Koffer neben mir auf dem Boden stand, dann war Ende mit Platz in dem Zimmer. Durch eine recht schmale Tür ging es rein, gleich links die Tür ins Bad, und einen Schritt weite konnte ich mich aufs Bett setzen. Dieses stand praktisch mit drei Seiten an Wänden. Nur am Fußende war ein schmaler Streifen wo ich meinen Koffer zwischen schieben konnte. Aber OK, da ich für einen Messebesuch angereist bin brauchte ich das Zimmer eh nur zum duschen und schlafen. Bei geöffnetem Fenster schlafen geht hier nicht, dann steht das Fenster nämlich quer übers Bett. Das Bett hatte allerdings eine ordentliche Matratze. Ich persönlich konnte da gut drauf liegen. Im Vergleich ist das gesamte Haus eher beengt und nicht so luftig wie es auf den Fotos den Anschein erweckt. Wenig schön war, dass es im Detail durchaus mal an Sauberkeit gemangelt hat. Die Gläser im Zimmer sowie auch Geschirr beim Frühstück waren schlierig. Ein Handtuch im Zimmer hatte Verfärbungen... im Großen und ganzen war schon alles ordentlich, aber nicht mehr als OK. Es war OK genug um zwei Tage auszuhalten, aber nicht schlecht genug um sich vor Ort über alles zu beschweren. Es gibt für mich keinen Grund es besonders schlecht zu reden, allerdings werde ich nicht wieder hier buchen. Mir persönlich hat es (besonders für den Preis) nicht gefallen.

Das Hotel kann ich nicht empfehlen! Das Zimmer war viel zu klein, und nicht sauber. Es war sehr staubig und es waren noch Haare von den vorherigen Gästen im Zimmer. Ich habe 2 Nächte gebucht, die zweite Nacht habe ich nicht genutzt. Bin dann nach Hause gefahren, da ich mir das nicht noch eine Nacht zumuten wollte. Fazit: Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer was ich hatte nicht zumutbar.

Kamer hygiene was netjes maar kon beter. Lag een sok onder de rand van het bed welke niet van ons was, veel vette handafdrukken op het raam en kalk spetters op de douchecabine. Personeel was vriendelijk. Ontbijt was ok, weinig variatie en grepen meerdere malen mis

Es ist an einer viel befahrenden Straße...es ist nicht so weit in die "Innenstadt"...es ist sehr viel los daher sehr unruhig....Bahnstation Heumarkt um die Ecke.... Indisches Restaurant empfehlenswert direkt schräg gegenüber... Die Rezeption war immer freundlich und sehr höflich...die Zimmer waren sehr nett eingerichtet...auf den Fahrstuhl musste man nie lange warten...

Great first night! Walking distance to the Christmas Market and plenty of restaurants. The room is modern, not large but cozy. Bathroom is petite with great water pressure. The room got chilly and we couldn’t find the thermostat. There’s a mini fridge, but no microwave however there’s breakfast available. The desk staff are very nice. I would stay here again.

Stayed at this hotel due to its close proximity to the Cologne Christmas Markets and because we required a triple room. The location of the hotel is convenient - close to tram stop and a few mins walking distance of the Christmas Market at Heumarkt. There is also a great Brauhaus just around the corner for German beer and food. However, the hotel is on a main road and the traffic was incredibly noisy - even after midnight you should expect to hear drunken shouting, sirens, fast cars driving past etc outside. Our room was also located opposite the elevator, so we could hear every guest on our floor using it and all of their conversations. On our second night a male guest was very loud returning from their night out and as they got off the elevator around 2am they purposefully banged on our door very loudly which was a little scary (I assume they were drunk). If choosing to stay here, keep your doors firmly locked and pack ear plugs if you want any sleep. In terms of cleanliness, it was quite a dusty room. The sink was very slow to drain water. There was also occasionally a “dirty pipe/sewage” smell in the bathroom - I imagine the sinks need some drain unblocker/cleaning products! Beds are quite hard and pillows are very lumpy. On a positive note, the staff we did encounter seemed friendly - check in and check out was quick and easy. Overall, we chose this hotel purely for location and convenience, but would not choose to stay here again.

Mehr als OK war es nicht. Der Eindruck den die Fotos mir bei der Buchung vermittelt haben entsprach nicht wirklich der Realität. Mein Zimmer war winzig. Zynisch gesagt: wenn mein Koffer neben mir auf dem Boden stand, dann war Ende mit Platz in dem Zimmer. Durch eine recht schmale Tür ging es rein, gleich links die Tür ins Bad, und einen Schritt weite konnte ich mich aufs Bett setzen. Dieses stand praktisch mit drei Seiten an Wänden. Nur am Fußende war ein schmaler Streifen wo ich meinen Koffer zwischen schieben konnte. Aber OK, da ich für einen Messebesuch angereist bin brauchte ich das Zimmer eh nur zum duschen und schlafen. Bei geöffnetem Fenster schlafen geht hier nicht, dann steht das Fenster nämlich quer übers Bett. Das Bett hatte allerdings eine ordentliche Matratze. Ich persönlich konnte da gut drauf liegen. Im Vergleich ist das gesamte Haus eher beengt und nicht so luftig wie es auf den Fotos den Anschein erweckt. Wenig schön war, dass es im Detail durchaus mal an Sauberkeit gemangelt hat. Die Gläser im Zimmer sowie auch Geschirr beim Frühstück waren schlierig. Ein Handtuch im Zimmer hatte Verfärbungen... im Großen und ganzen war schon alles ordentlich, aber nicht mehr als OK. Es war OK genug um zwei Tage auszuhalten, aber nicht schlecht genug um sich vor Ort über alles zu beschweren. Es gibt für mich keinen Grund es besonders schlecht zu reden, allerdings werde ich nicht wieder hier buchen. Mir persönlich hat es (besonders für den Preis) nicht gefallen.

Excellent hotel. Reception team are very good, helpful and knowledgeable the city. The room is lovely. One of the best hotels I have stayed in in Cologne. Clean, warm, a good bed and very clean room and bathroom.

De hoofdkussens zijn te dun/slap. We hebben extra gevraagd, maar ook deze waren erg dun, dus hielp niet echt. Wel goede en snelle service, kwamen het direct brengen. Ook vroegen we een waterkoker en kregen deze direct bezorgd. Er was een bureaulampje kapot en ook deze is direct vervangen. Ontbijt prima en genoeg keuze en goede koffie. De afstand tot de kerstmarkten is ideaal dichtbij en goed aan te lopen. We misten wel een (bar) ruimte oid, waar je even wat kan drinken met elkaar. De ontbijtruimte zou hier geschikt voor kunnen zijn.

Es ist an einer viel befahrenden Straße...es ist nicht so weit in die "Innenstadt"...es ist sehr viel los daher sehr unruhig....Bahnstation Heumarkt um die Ecke.... Indisches Restaurant empfehlenswert direkt schräg gegenüber... Die Rezeption war immer freundlich und sehr höflich...die Zimmer waren sehr nett eingerichtet...auf den Fahrstuhl musste man nie lange warten...

Das Hotel liegt zentral fussläufig vom Heumarkt und vom Rhein und Schokoladenmuseum. Das Zimmer war ausreichend und vor allem das Bett war gut. Am Frühstück gab es nichts auszusetzen. Alles war gut und ausreichend. Ich würde das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.

Very, very warm. No fans available - and located towards a busy intersection. I cannot recommend this hotel in the summer. We had to go to a store and buy a fan ourselfs to make it a little better. The pools shown on the photos are located at another hotel far away from this actual one. (The hotel has a similar name - look it up to see if this is relevant for you). So I find it to be a bit misleading when this hotel comes up as having a pool in my search. Location in the city is ok and convenient for most things. Parking in the basement is alright - but might be limited in busy periods I would imagine. Breakfast was ok, however if you came late a lot of items were missing, so come early and it’s ok.

Good location. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was great, but it was hot in Cologne when we were there and our room was like an oven. It was uncomfortably hot at night and we really didnt sleep well as a result. We were also really suprised to learn that the pool that was used as the main picture for this hotel on hotels.com was not on the same site, but in fact 2 metro stops away. We felt a bit conned by that. A good value choice in cooler weather, if you are not expecting to have a swim!

Pros Friendly welcome at reception, good breakfast, good location 15mins walk from cathedral. Hotel was very clean. Cons No car bay to unload luggage in front of the hotel. Limited parking but off site parking available for 22Eu/day. No Air Con , must leave window open during the night and get car noise in the morning if your room faces front of the hotel.

I have stayed here previously. On my repeat visit, it did not disappoint. Lovely staff, a very clean, modern and stylish room. Good new bathroom and very comfortable bed. I will stay again.

I was a little worried as it was one of the least expensive hotels I could find in Cologne but I was pleasantly surprised! The hotel is only about an 8 min. walk from the main train station and about a 2-3 minute walk from the Heumarkt where you have many amazing options for meals. We had a courtyard view from our room which was pleasantly quiet so I can't give my opinion on how loud or quiet a street facing room would be. The hotel was very clean and seemed well maintained. The staff were very friendly. If you are a smoker there is a small patio in the courtyard where you can sit. Our room was quite nice especially the bathroom. If I were going to complain about anything it would be that there is no coffee maker in the room and the mini fridge is full of beverages you can buy so if you want to put your own food or drinks in the fridge there really isn't room. I can't give an opinion on breakfast as we went out to eat instead. Overall it was a surprisingly great stay (considering the price per night) and I will gladly stay here again if/when I come back to Cologne!
