CityClass Hotel am Heumarkt

Fantastisk beliggenhed midt i hjertet af Køln. Desværre var personalet inkompetent, og selv mindre forespørgsler (som f.eks. 2 badehåndklæder til to gæster) blev blæst helt ud af proportion. P-pladserne som der står i beskrivelsen af hotellet, er et offentligt p-hus, hvor man så kan håbe på der er plads ved ankomsten. Alternativt, kan man køre til et andet p-hus et kvarters gang fra hotellet, og prøve lykken der.

During our short stay the elevator was not working and yet there was no offer to help with luggage. Otherwise the staff was wonderful and the location was wonderful in the room was wonderful.

ケルン大聖堂までは徒歩圏内です。周辺には飲食店も沢山あり食事に困りません。提携駐車場の割引があります。かなりお得になりました（提携駐車場は予約時にメッセージ頂けます） スタッフの対応も良く的確です。日本語が話せるスタッフも居て助かりました。

All good other than the bar service layevnoght. Having to wake the staff for another beers isnt acceptable

Overall a great location with good discount on local parking. Easy to get everywhere from the hotel. Courtyard was a bit loud but we did not realize the window was open.

It was a bit confusing for us to find because you have to walk into a square but the hotel was lovely and very convenient. Lots of bars, restaurants and shopping nearby and the Christmas market was just around the corner. The parking wasn’t far but you do have to roll your luggage thru cobblestone streets which was a challenge in the rain. Other than that, would definitely stay again.

Excellent choice to be in the center of Koln. Perfect room, everything working properly and staff very friendly. Easy (but expensive) parking closed to the hotel

Gulvet beskidt og værelse ikke ordentligt rengjort

Kleines aber feines Zimmer. Alles sehr sauber und neuwertig. Freundlicher Empfang. Lage sehr Zentral und trotzdem ruhig (mit geschlossenen Fenstern).

The room was always clean and fresh the all staff were friendly polite

Netheid kon net iets beter, onder het bed lag veel stof. Strijkplankje aanwezig maar geen strijkijzer. Kussen leken opblaasbaar te zijn met een plastic coating, niet zo comfortabel. Locatie was top! Onze kamer was erg rustig gelegen en parking was vlakbij (en viel goed mee van prijs!). We gaan wrs nog eens terug maar nemen een andere accommodatie.

Amazing hotel in the heart of cologne. Very clean and modern. We will definitely stay here again.

Tolle Lage, netter Empfang, alles sauber und ordentlich. Die Bettwäsche hat uns besonders gefallen. Gute Kopfkissen und Zudecken.

I was traveling solo all around Germany and chose the CityClass Hotel based on its location. It's just steps from the Rhine riverfront with lots of nice restaurants and shops lining the boardwalk. It's easy to get to the Cologne Cathedral and many other attractions in Cologne. While my rooms was small (based on my selection), it was clean and quaint. The hotel faces a small courtyard and my window opened to it which was nice. I would highly recommend the CityClass Hotel am Heumarkt.

Very helpful and friendly reception staff. Room a little on the small side. Great bathroom with rainforest head. WiFi also good. Comfortable and clean. Excellent location for old town, cathedral etc. Parking reduced rate at Neumarket public parking (underground) €12 per night. Would stay again highly recommended

Mooi Hotel met geweldig personeel. Heerlijk dicht bij alles. Comfort van de kamer liet te wensen over; de kussens waren plat en had je niks aan, de dekbedden waren oncomfortabel warm (in december ja). Ontbijt was redelijk maar niet de hoge prijs waard. Personeel was top! Heel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Locatie eveneens, het hele centrum is binnen loopafstand. En wat een prachtige stad is Keulen!

Ligt echt in het centrum, kamers helaas erg klein, wellicht hadden wij pech dat wij een zolderkamer toegedeeld kregen, ontbijt prima.

Great hotel right in the centre of old town,rooms spacious and comfortable within walking distance of everything you need

The family quad room had 3 separate sleeping areas and a/c. It was close to everything. The room was clean and modern. It had a hot pot, tea, insta coffee, mugs, wine glasses, and a mini fridge.

Además el hotel está próximo a la estación de metro y los restaurantes de Colonia, sin dudas una grata experiencia. El personal es muy atento no solo en Recepción sino también el de limpieza de habitaciones

Front desk was very warm and welcoming.

During our short stay the elevator was not working and yet there was no offer to help with luggage. Otherwise the staff was wonderful and the location was wonderful in the room was wonderful.

Awesome hotel! The staff were knowledgeable and very nice. Highly recommend True Beans coffee around the corner and Pinocchio Pizza for late night food.

I rarely ever write bad reviews; however, in this case I feel that it is warranted. First the good points, the staff, specifically Kibert, Adda and Sara were all wonderful and if it were not for them , our stay would have been worse. So thank you to all of you for your excellent customer service. The hotel is walking distance to the Plaza which is full of restaurants and bustle. A short walking distance from the Rhine River This hotel is quaint and has a nice breakfast and rooms are cute. The bad staff, unfortunately, their beds are terrible, like sleeping on a bed when you were 15 years old. We switched rooms and the bed problem was worse! The air conditioning does not stay on especially at night and it gets really hot. The internet also turns off in the middle of the night so if you listen to music , birds, etc, that can pose a problem. In the shower you have shampoo, conditioner and body all in one so I was not able to untangle my as they did not have conditioner. Their T.V. Has no English channels except BBC. They did offers movies and their HDMI connection did not work. When I spoke the manager about all this, he was pretty non chalante about the whole thing! We were travelling to Cologne for a trade show for business and stayed 6 days and had no sleep for 6 stays. No compensation , no discounts no nothing for The hotel to compensate our terrible stay. Would I stay at CityClass Hotel again, Never!

Ich war für 4 Nächte im CityClass Hotel am Heumarkt in Köln. Die Unterkunft liegt wirklich sehr zentral – die Umgebung ist top, alles ist fußläufig erreichbar (Restaurants, Bars, Sehenswürdigkeiten). Dafür gibt es von mir volle 5 Sterne. Der Zustand und die Einrichtung der Unterkunft haben mir gut gefallen (4 Sterne). Die Zimmer sind ordentlich ausgestattet und insgesamt in einem guten Zustand. Bei der Sauberkeit und der Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter sehe ich allerdings noch Verbesserungsbedarf – beides war eher durchschnittlich (jeweils 3 Sterne). Insgesamt war mein Aufenthalt okay, daher vergebe ich 3 von 5 Sternen.

First of all, I should open an extra title for the employee named Eda. She was the most valuable accommodation staff of the 7-day trip. She solved all my problems immediately and was very cheerful. I thank her very much. The location is very good, you can visit almost the entire city of Cologne if you walk 2 km. It is a very good hotel for those who come without a vehicle.

Great stay and staff was very friendly and helpful, including with storing our bags.

Toppenläge mitt i Altstadt, nära Kölner dom och nära Rhen, ändå tyst och lugnt.

ケルン中央駅から川沿いに歩いて10分ほどで、周囲にレストランも多数あり便が良かったです。部屋もベッドも広く快適に過ごせました。毎朝の朝食も美味しく、清掃もきちんとされていました。

Our stay was lovely, we'd only note that the nighttime noise gets to be quite loud. There are a number of pubs close to the hotel, and partiers are often awake until 3 or 4am.

Pleasant hotel, located in a quiet and slightly hidden square. An easy walk from the cathedral and main station

Die Unterkunft war für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ok, das Bad ist zu klein nach dem duschen steht das Bad unter Wasser , es gab mineral Wasser für umsonst, das Frühstück ist ok ein wenig beengte Verhältnisse beim buffet .Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Wir hatten ein kleines Zimmer das sauber und in einem guten Zustand war. Einziges Manko ist, dass die Zimmer etwas hellhörig sind. Frühstück ist ausreichend und man bekommt alles was das Herz begehrt..Eier, Speck, verschiedene Sorten Müsli, Croissants, usw. Die Lage des Hotels in der Kölner Altstadt ist natürlich optimal für Sightseeing, Shopping oder eine Partynacht und liegt nur ca. 1 Gehminute vom Rhein entfernt. Alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar und der Bahnhof ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.

Visited Köln for the Christmas markets and the property is pretty central to the markets, nightlife and only 15 mins from the Dom and station. Friendly welcome on arrival to the property, we were given a map and instructions for times of breakfast, WiFi and also warned of the building works ongoing and it gets noisy from 8 until 3. It’s unavoidable and it’s not like you are going to be wasting time while you are there. We had a double room that was spacious and clean. The bathroom was clean and of a good size. The shower is great BTW!!! We opted for breakfast, there is a lot of choice and caters for everyone’s tastes as in our part there was a vegetarian and also someone with a nut and wheat allergy and we were all catered for. Breakfast gets very busy from 8.30-10am and it can be a bit fraught as some guests can be a little entitled. The staff have a lot of patience. We slept well in the comfortable beds and the duvets were nice and warm and the rooms were quiet. Check out was easy and there is a room to store your cases if like us you had a later flight. We had a good stay and would recommend the property and would happily stay again.
