Great licatuon by the DOM church. A two minute walk from the train ststion, and 10 minute walk to the river. I stayed fir Gamescom the train was convenient and saved time and money. There is a 24 hour gym. Restaurant and helpful staff. Bonus, the air conditioner works AC is rare in Cologne

Pigeon post restaurant service was horrible. Waited 2 hours for dinner. Hot water was out for almost a day. Steamroom was out most of visit. Snarky front desk staff could care less. We stayed here every year pre covid for 10 years for Christmas marts. After this visit we will never stay here again. One of the worst experiences ever.

Alles Top. Personal sehr freundlich. Dass man wenn man früher einchecken will 10€ pro Stunde zahlen soll finde ich aber ist eine absolute Frechheit. Entweder es ist ein Zimmer frei zum früher einchecken oder nicht. Parkplatz ist mit 32€ auch sehr teuer. Aber ist halt ein Hilton und keine Herberge.

Near to the central station of Cologne, take a little walk and you can reach many of the town's highlights. Very good breakfast, very kind stuff. Our room was proper and comfortable. Even the gym was high level compared with other hotels. We were very satisfied.

Hotel mittlerweile sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Wissentlich, dass wohl überalle Personalmangel herrscht, aber im Bad schwarze lange Haare vorzufinden, obwohl blond war nicht so schön und hat ungutes Gefühl hinterlassen. Am Folgetag trotz mehrfacher Ansprache an Zimmerservice wann aus dem Haus gegangen wird war Zimmer bis nachmittags noch nicht gereinigt und frische Handtücher. Vorschlag vom Hauskeeping, der zufällig im Flur war, ob nicht im Fitnessbereich mal duschen könnte. Hab dann neue Handtücher gefordert und Angabe, ab wann Zimmer nicht mehr besetzt. Barpersonal freundlich, jedoch nicht aufmerksam genug allen Gästen gegenüber. Man muss Geduld haben.

İkram olarak konulan suların yanındaki bardaklar kirli ve içlerinde su vardı. Koltuğun üzerinde, toplu taşımalarda bile az gördüğümüz beyaz lekeler ( ne olduklarını herkes tahmin edebilir) aralarında katılaşmış tozlar, banyoda duşta el izleri ve su lekeleri. El havlusu kir kokuyordu, banyo havluları da balık korkuyordu. Halı tozlarla kaplıydı. Sanırım temizliği sadece çarşafları değiştirerek yaptılar. Çok üzgünüm. Yıllar önce kaldığım ve bayıldığım bu otelde bir daha asla kalmam. Büyük hayal kırıklığı. Fuar için gittiğim için ve diğer oteller dolu olduğu için mecburen kalmaya devam ettim. Çok büyük hayal kırıklığı içinde şu an evime dönüyorum. Bu arada her şikayet bildirdiğimde bana 1 içecek İkram ederek çözüm ürettiklerini sanan bir personel kadrosu var. 1 gün kahvaltıyı kaçırdım, 12 ye kadar diğer restaurant ta kahvaltı olmasına rağmen bana üzgünüz deyip yine bir ücretsiz içecek kuponu verdiler. Gerçekten çok acemi, insayatiften uzak personeliyle asla tekrar konaklamayacağım bir otel. Kalmak isyeyene de bunları anlatirim. HİLTON a yakışıyor mu?

Best thing about this hotel is location. Main train station is literally past the taxis and around the corner to the right. It would take longer to load taxis than walk. Main hotel area is very nice. Rooms however could use some updating. Ours had water damage on the wall and the pillows are terrible! They are so thin sleeping was uncomfortable as every hour we had to readjust flat pillows. There was also a musty odor coming from the shower drain. At times it was so strong when you opened the bathroom door it permeated the entire room. Overall it's not bad, just didn't measure up to other Hilton properties I've been to.

Reasonably priced, friendly staff and just right for a 2 night stay. One thing they cannot change is the size of the shower cubicle which you would expect to have a bit more space in a Hilton for the room I had. Single occupancy had a phone booth equivalent space maybe a bit more. A friend who had a twin room had much larger shower space. Something to note depending on how many in the room.

The room was fine. But our key was constantly not working because the locks on the doors didn’t line up properly we were told. So almost daily we had to go back down for this issue. In addition, we were traveling for work and never had working WiFi in our room. When I called down I was told there was nothing to be done for it. I was working on a sensitive project and to have to do so in public spaces was very problematic. Overall, it felt like a value hotel not what I’ve come to expect from a Hilton.

For a chain hotel it was fine. This we liked - close to the old town, clean, stayed before so knew where everything was Things which weren’t as good - only 1 or 2 reception staff available so always waited in a queue, had to ask 3 times for towels (only had one in our room), street was closed to the car park but staff unaware and so we updated reception on what the policemen told us….

The room had smell of cigarette. Size of the rooms are small. One of the staff used our room number in the Pigeon Post and ordered a lot of alchohol the incident happened after my boyfriend went to ask for utensil. They had my name and room number in the receipt but signature clearly shows someone elses name. Also whoever wrote my last name mispelled it. Receptionist on our checkout said that the customer writes name and room number and only the staff could know my name and room number to use in the restaurant. Very odd because we dined out the whole time and I never stepped in the restaurant. Such a bad impression since they are using customers info which fraudulent and unsafe. I hope the hotel could investigate this.

There was a fire three rooms down at 4:00 am but kudos to the Cologne fire department and your staff on how the handled it! Your staff were running quickly to bring bottles of water, chairs and down comforters out to your guests to make the best of the situation. Professional and calm but with a sense of urgency! Kudos!

Nos deram um quarto para deficientes cujo banheiro não correspondia às fotos da reserva. Quando tentamos trocar assim que chegamos no sábado, educadamente a gerente concluiu a conversa: “vc reservou um quarto com cama king e te demos um quarto com cama king e não há outro disponível” 2. Prometeram trocar no dia seguinte, o que não ocorreu. 3. No check in a atendente informou que o café da manhã no domingo seria das 7 às 11h (tudo certo) e na segunda-feira das 6:30 às 10:30. Ao chegar no restaurante às 10h na segunda-feira, estava fechando. De forma rude fomos informados que o horário era das 6:30 às 10h. Perdemos o café da manhã por uma informação equivocada da recepção. Honestamente, não nos hospedaríamos novamente neste hotel.

Absolutes NO GO in einem Hotel der Hilton Kette, so einen Satz auch nur ansatzweise vor Gästen zu sagen. Ganz und gar nicht professionell, gerade wenn man annimmt, dass Gäste eventuell nicht Deutsch können und es dennoch verstehen. Männliche Rezeption am Checkin 2024/12/27 und Checkout 2024/12/29 war sehr freundlich. Türschloss von Zimmer 327 war lose und keine Taschentücher im Zimmer. Lage war sehr gut und empfehlenswert, aber nicht mit solch einer Attitude der Mitarbeiterin.

The staff was so wonderful. My luggage got lost but what probably seemed like a little to them ment so much to me. The gave me a razor a tooth brush and robe belt. When have been flying 19 hours a shave a clean teeth makes you feel human. My pants kept falling down without my belt, when asked the staff if they had a piece of string they found a robe tie and gave it to me, no charge. It’s was such a small thing but I just felt like the cared. I know they ask you to score 1-10 for how well they did but the score give the staff is of the chart. Can’t say enough about the place location and accommodations. Highly recommend!!!!!!

Hotel was well located near train station and cathedral. Room was large and very clean. Breakfast was excellent. Unfortunately, there were a few negatives. Firstly the air conditioning did not work, when we complained to staff they told us that by law they were unable to put on the air con until the summer, don’t think this appears to be the case after some research but rather a Hilton cost saving exercise. If this is the case then the hotel should make this clear and at least provide a fan which was not offered. Furthermore we were woken up at 11.30pm by reception ringing for a delivery order that was not for us. We were also woken several times in the night by loud people shouting on the street after a drunk night out. Not all of this was the hotel’s fault but the attitude from reception was just to apologise and shrug their shoulders. If Hilton want return customers they should empower their staff to actually care about the customer experience.

Toilets from parking lot were dirty and I found a shoe from someone else under my bed. Staff from the bar is not polite, when we arrived they made angry faces and said they closed at 12:30 when normally closing hours are at 2:00 am, price of the parking lot is INSANE €75 for 2 nights and room service food was cold, I ordered something and it was more fat than meat and breakfast they forgot my coffee so I had to call to ask for it.
