You just get less than what you pay for. Even though I can't say the room wasn't cleaned, I can say that there is a limit of how many times you can clean a room, sheets, towels etc before it's time to switch them out for newer ones. All photos of this hotel presented in the app is clearly taken over a decade ago, maybe it's time to update those photos too

I came here for a business meeting. The location is great, right in the middle of downtown, so that part was super convenient. But honestly, the place needs maintenance. It doesn’t look very appealing, and the rooms aren’t soundproof at all — you can hear people talking in the next room. There’s also no ventilation, only heat, so the air gets pretty stuffy. The cleaning staff uses a really strong odor spray to cover that up, but it ends up being too much. For what they charge per night, there are definitely better options out there.

We were satisfied with our stay at Hotel Alborada. The staff was very helpful. Our room was spacious and clean and the breakfast was good. The location is right in the shopping district downtown close to shops and restaurants. This is an older property but we felt we had a good stay and received excellent value.
