The only hotel directly at Santiago airport. Clean. Less than 5 mins walk to airport. Signage to hotel from airport could be better- but this is normal for chile. Expedia states check in is 3pm the venue insisted it’s 4pm.

As far as airport hotels go, this is a good one. Very convenient location with easy access to both terminals at Santiago. Staff very helpful and stored luggage for us twice - for 5 days while we visited Rapa Nui they stored our ski gear and then before flying home they stored all of our luggage for the day after checkout while we took a winery tour. Would have given 5 stars for everything but the pool and hot tub were closed for our first stay and it is an airport hotel so hard to rate the surroundings compared with Rapa Nui or Valle Nevado. I would definitely stay here again on travel days.

Hotel is located between two terminals, domestic one is in front of the hotel, and international 5min walk. It is the most convenient hotel when having early flight from SCL. Hotel itself is old, however it does have a fitness, sauna and swimming pool. They storage your luggage next to the reception which is very convenient especially when travelling with skis. This is my second time staying at Holiday Inn, and yes I would stay again. Restaurant is located at the ground level, food is ok. Hopefully in the close future they will do some renovations in the rooms.

Very convenient location a short walk from the Terminal. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice restaurant with good bar food. Pool to keep the kids entertained. The best option for a one night layover in Santiago.

It’s all about the location! We arrived late into Santiago and had a connecting flight early in the morning. Loved the fact that we could just walk out of the terminal, cross the street and arrive at the hotel. The hotel itself is very tired. The furniture and carpets desperately need to be cleaned and they need to replace their towels. Thankfully, our bedding was clean and comfortable! Our first room had a strong mold and cleaning product smell. We spoke with the hotel manager who immediately changed our room, which was a huge improvement and odor free. Staff was very helpful and professional. We ate in the dining room downstairs for dinner. Our meal was great and the waiter fantastic. Would stay here again due to the location but really hope that they give it a little TLC soon!

We stayed at the hotel twice in February ( 19th and on the 23rd and 24th). First prior to our domestic flight to Rapa Nui then before our international flight to Canada. The hotel is ideally located between the the Domestic and Internal terminals at SCL Airport, just a few minutes saunter from either terminal. The added perk of being able to leave our extra bags at the hotel while we went to and from Rapa Nui, was very beneficial and much appreciated. The hotel common areas, the restaurant, bar and breakfast areas were excellent. The rooms however, could some TLC as chipped paint and dirt in the corners and the carpet was stained in both rooms. We did experience several problems with our room during our second stay HOWEVER, the actions of the gentleman at the front desk and then the lady who was the night manager on both nights, were simply excellent. Their customer service was wonderful, so much so that the manager personally came to our room to see the problem and offered us a new room and complimentary breakfast coupons. We understand that things break but how the hotel reacts is the true customer service test. In this case their response was outstanding. The hotel is a bit pricy, but because its excellent location and great staff we would recommend.

Being a short stay hotel, serving the function of a place to sleep in between flights, this hotel serves its purpose just fine. The check in is efficient, the room is clean and tidy, it is very quiet with no airport noise, the bed was comfy. While there are no bells and whistles, that’s okay, there is no need for the luxuries of a high star rated hotel. Walking out of the airport, straight ahead and into a quiet, clean hotel is all we needed.

There’s no fridge in the room which I need for my medication. Reception did offer to put it in their fridge but I didn’t want to risk anything happening to it. The room only has a pathetic wall mounted hairdryer which has low power and restricts where you can use it. The tiled shower floor was slippery so I put a hand towel on the floor to stand on. The staff were all friendly and professional.

At the airport is a big plus. The restaurant had very good food. Our room left much to be desired. The bathroom floor kept getting wet and we realized there was a leak from under the toilet. The sink drain was broken and the repairman didn't have parts to fix it. Alight bulb was burned out but promptly replaced. The staff were very helpful.

Great stay overall at the Holiday Inn. The room was clean and the staff was kind, cannot beat the location for an airport hotel as it is right in the middle. We arrived at 3 AM in the middle of the night and the staff was ready to check us in immediately. Some complaints are the 10 AM check out which is a bit early and that everything in the room feels old and outdated. Also, the sink and shower took half an hour to drain, a bit gross. Also the placement of the power outlets near the beds was awful. Lastly, $240 USD when airports you can take a 5 minute taxi to are literally less then half the price.

The location was convenient after a long flight but the staff were not interested in answering questions. Food in their restaurant was below average and expensive (except for the cream). There is no jug in the room so if you feel like a cup of tea - too bad. Went down to reception to ask (phone was broken). Basically said ‘too bad’ no jug. Did not offer alternative to get hot water. You stay here only for the location nothing else.

We sincerely appreciate the support and kindness from all the staff. When my husband had heart issues and we were unable to fly, the staff were very helpful and supportive. They helped with doctors, interpreting, getting medication and handling all issues during our stay. This made a stressful situation easier. Checkin was great, the staff were accomodating & helpful except for room service or the lack of any food service. I called for room service and was told to call back in 5 mins, so I did & the 2nd call was again I was told to call back. So if you stay here dont expect any efficiency room service cos they won't call back or provide any food

I have already submitted a review so I will not repeat what I said there. The only comment that I would like to make is about access to the hotel. We thought that we could get our car to the door to drop our luggage and our friend with mobility issues. We could not find any information about how to get to the hotel. Finally we got into the car park next door and had to walk (not a great distance, fair enough) with the luggage and a very slow moving friend. If that is what we should have done all along, we would have welcomed some instructions to this effect. Once inside the hotel, everything was excellent.
