Hotel padrão Ibis. Mas destaco o atendimento, que foi muito bom, todos os colaboradores muito atenciosos, fui muito bem atendido na recepção. Equipe do Restaurante é ótima, realmente um atendimento de qualidade superior. Achei o café da manhã superior ao comum do Ibis, com mais opções.Tive um contratempo no check in, não localizaram a reserva, porém foi resolvido em questão de 10 minutos, após eu apresentar comprovantes.Também sugiro inclusão de cesto de lixo no quarto, pois só tem o do banheiro. Vejo que muita gente tem receio quanto a cobrança do IVA, e também fiquei com este receio. Porém nada foi cobrado, fiz a reserva com pagamento adiantado, e nada me foi cobrado no hotel. Os hotéis de Santiago já são acostumados a faturar tudo em dólares, conforme apurei com colaboradores. O local é muito bom, há restaurantes próximos, estação de metrô a 200mts, supermercado a 200mts, três locadoras de carro a 20mts e casa de câmbio a 200mts. E é um bairro atendido por um sistema de locação de patinetes via aplicativos (são vários), que ajuda muito no deslocamento.
