The hotel is modern, located in a very nice area, and offers a good breakfast with beautiful views from the rooms. That said, while it is marketed as a five-star hotel, it felt much more like a business-oriented four-star property. The facilities are fine, but the service level and attention to guests did not match what I would expect from a true five-star experience. What really ruined our stay was the staff, particularly Angie from the restaurant. In general, we found the staff neither especially friendly nor particularly helpful. One morning, my colleague and I had breakfast separately. The buffet was good, but no one came to my table to ask if I needed anything, and I even had to walk around the restaurant looking for a cup and spoon, as most tables did not have them. That alone was not a major issue. What bothered me was what happened when I signed the breakfast bill. Angie pointed directly to the tip line and told me to fill it out. When I chose not to leave a tip, she asked if I was really leaving nothing. I felt pressured, especially considering I had received virtually no service. The interaction became uncomfortable and unprofessional. Later, a colleague told me she had done exactly the same thing to him. He felt so pressured that he ended up leaving a tip. This behavior is inappropriate in a hospitality setting and, combined with the generally indifferent attitude of the staff, left a very negative impression. In a nice part of town and within walking distance of upmarket restaurants and a large mall. Staff were very friendly but not as proactive with regards to sorting out luggage transfer and suggesting locations for dinner

The Team , from senior management plus all at the front desk ,during my stay, were great. They showed compassion and gave their time and energy to help the customer. This was not just when I arrived but during my 3 day stay. Great Team again many thanks to all and see you soon.
