Courtyard by Marriott Santiago Airport

A great hotel, very clean, very handy for the airport, especially with the airport shuttle (I should know, I unfortunately used it 3 times!). The reception staff were absolutely amazing. I was unfortunate enough to have lost my passport in Santiago just before I arrived. They could not have been more helpful, or caring. They helped me make phone calls (using their own mobile phones), spoke to people on my behalf as my Spanish was quite limited, and helped me find some other services in the area. If I hadn't had to use my savings to fund my extended stay and other bits, I would have given them the biggest tip! (I'm sorry I never took note of their names to be able to give them a shout-out! The bar staff are brilliant and make the most delicious cocktails. The food available is delicious and you can tell.iys all freshly prepared. Sometimes the breakfast is a little under lacking, but that may have been because I had to get up early and they'd not put everything out. Unfortunately I was unable to use the pool, other than just to dip my feet, but it's a great outside area with chairs and beds. The room was clean and comfortable, although the air con can be a bit tricky if you don't read the manual properly! If I ever return, I would definitely have no qualms about using the hotel.

This is a great hotel near the airport with a free airport shuttle. The price was reasonable, the accommodations very comfortable, with a nice pool and gym.

The hotel small but nice inside. Rooms are spaceouse and modern. Facilities are good. The resteraunt has good food and service.

Comodo e pratico hotel vicino all'aeroporto con Shuttle Bus gratis su richiesta, piccola piscina esterna e fitness. Letto comodo e molto tranquillo, ideale per riposarsi dopo un lungo viaggio....:) colazione varia e buona!

Great service. The bar is open 24 hours. Great for grabbing a bite or a drink when arriving on a late night or early morning flight

I liked that it was busy and there was always staff 24/7. Even the restaurant was open 24/7. It was pretty well protected as well and the shuttle to the airport was free.

Tipp topp beliggenhet i forhold til airport. Shuttlebuss fungerte bra 5 min fra hotell til flyplassen. Bassengområdet flott.

Na chegada, tivemos problemas no check-in e a recepcionista queria comprar um valor acima do que tínhamos reservado pelo Hoteis.com. Ficamos hospedados por 10 dias. Em muitos, nem as toalhas trocaram. Em outro dia, retiraram as toalhas usadas e não colocaram as novas. Trocamos de quarto duas vezes, por problemas no chuveiro. Eles só funcionavam no extremo: gelados ou absurdamente quentes. Por aqui, nunca mais.

Wir dachten es ist praktisch in Flughafennähw für eine Nacht zu buchen , aber das hat eben auch seine Nachteile. Abgesehen von dem Flughafenkrach war das Zimmer sehr laut durch die Klimaanlage, sodass man sich nachts überlegen musste ob man nicht schlafen kann weil es zu heiß ist oder weil es zu laut ist durch die Klimaanlage. Die Betten sehr hart und morgens war noch das Klo verstopft. Das ganze Hotel beherbergte auch haufenweise Miniameisen . Abends gab es keine Salate und viele andere Gerichte nicht mehr . Das Frühstück sah erstmal ansprechend aus , aber Eierspeisen kalt ,Kaffee leer und der Rest war irgendwie auch Nix . Außerdem waren die Kapazitäten für den kostenlosen Flughafenzubringer so begrenzt, dass wir uns ein Taxi von der Straße rangewunken haben , da es uns zu blöd wurde

O Hotel é localizado perto do aeroporto, fornece transporte gratuito para lá. É super prático para quem chega em Santiago e vai para outro destino bem cedo. Hotel limpo, confortável, silencioso, cama confortável, funcionários atenciosos, comida boa do restaurante, café da manhã simples.

Shower temperature control problematical and shower outlet poor. Very noisy air-conditioning.

Please be aware, if you lose your passport and apply for a new one, it is quicker and easier to collect in person from the British Embassy, as couriered documents are not necessarily issue from the country in which you are in - mine was coming from Mexico and would have taken 3 days to arrive!

There are no airport hotels within walking distance from SCL airport, so this one is a short Uber (or taxi) ride away. Comfortable room, good buffet breakfast spread, and efficient check-in and check-out processes by friendly staff.

Great checkin, front desk was very helpful and nice. We were so tired form travel but we booked a king size bed room and got a Double bed room. So that was not a fun surprise nor did we have the energy to go ask for a new room at 1am. Great staff though

The airport transfer did not answer though contacted by email and app Hotel.com twice before the stay. Booked a room with one large bed, received with two normal beds, no hakrdryer, one bottle ofwater33cl for 2, froide anot refreshing....

Reservamos una habitación con cama king nos dijeron que no tenían y que una doble en piso alto. Mostré la reserva que era una king y nos dijeron ok ya solucionamos pero cuando llegamos el aire no servía y estamos seguro que ellos lo sabían y obvio dijimos eso y dijeron que no hay más y tocaba la doble. Muy mala atención y las habitaciones no se veían muy limpias. Fue por una noche pero no no volvería.

Arrived at 11. Reception said they expected a room to be ready at 1 pm. At 1 pm they said one hour more. At 2 pm said come back in 15 minutes. At 2,30 they asked me to wait until 3 pm. At 3 pm there was a looong line with at least 20 other very tired guest wanted to check in.☹️☹️☹️ The air conditioning in the room was not working. For more than 1 hour they tried to fix it before we got a new room. In the new room there was no electricity. Again we had to sit in the room when they tried to fix it. After another hour we got a new room again. What a show.😣 Restaurant: ok food but pricy. Almost no vegetarian options. Breakfast was fine Next morning we had booked airport transfer a 6am 05,35 the reception call that the car was ready and the other guest was waiting. We ruched to get ready. We had paid for full breakfast, but as we were leaving early the reception had promised breakfast boxes. When we came to the reception there were not breakfast “sorry the chef is sick”. I’m soooo sad that we have to come back to this hotel after our trip to Patagonia. On the good side: Great WiFi. Nice and very comfortable bed. Nice pool area and 24h open fitness

Breakfast is included. Was a very nice breakfast. They allowed us to store our baggage after checkout so we could explore the city, and then get a shuttle ride to the airport. Very nice staff.

Great room and one of the best hotel breakfasts that I\'ve had. But getting from the airport to my room was a nightmare. No emailed instructions for the shuttle or signage at the airport. Exited baggage claim at 2115. Wandered around lost. Called the number in the reservation and immediately was prompted to enter an extension number. It would disconnect after I pressed zero. Tried three times. Googled another number and got someone who sort of spoke English, but managed to convey Gate 3 and ten minutes. There is no signage for Gate 3; Only Gates 2 and 4. Gate 3 must be a Harry Potterish space in between. Four calls and 40 minutes later gave up and took a taxi for 20K pesos. Arrived at hotel at 2300. Five people in line for check-in and only one worker. A second person joined, but it still took 30 minutes. They had to fuss with the copy machine. The system must have been down or the people didn\'t have reservations. Each took an inordinate amount of time and a lot of talking and passing of paper. Once I got to the counter my check-in took only two minutes. Then I and another guest couldn\'t make the elevator work. Finally another guest arrived and demonstrated the key card elevator activation. No "Place key card here" signage. I\'ve only seen this system twice; in Copenhagen and Tokyo. Finally got to my room about 2340. I was so angry I didn\'t sleep well. I doubt the memory of an excellent breakfast will override the frustration of getting there. Scratch Marriott Courtyard.

I left the review witht he floor manager, booked a airport call in the morning, the reception forgot, booked a single bed room given 2 beds, order a soup different from what I wanted given another. LEft this feedback to the manage who mentioned will email back, tcoopman@metro-op.cl and the email was correct too. Can you imagine the exprience?

They gave me a room that was occupied, and we walked in on other guests having a shower. When we went back to let t hem know they did apologize, and blamed it on the system. THIS SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN. If you stay here lick your door from the inside immediately.

Their system went down and I was left locked out of the room for half the day, they claimed they were unable to get me a new key. After several hours they finally gave me the managers key to get in my room

I mistakenly booked the day before to my arrival. I also contacted the hotel multiple times to arrange an airport transfer, which would have raised the confusion on the date, however, I received no response. When I arrived and asked for help, the staff said they couldn’t assist unless Expedia approved a refund, forcing me to pay for an additional night. Expedia promptly agreed to the refund and tried repeatedly to contact the hotel via phone, email, and even SMS to the manager, but no one responded. I know this because I was on chat with the agent as they attempted to reach the hotel. Finally, Expedia sent an email confirming the refund (copying me), yet the hotel still ignored it, apparently content with charging me for two nights, even though I only stayed for one. Very good way for a tiny local operator to damage the Marriott brand. PD: When I spoke with the front desk, they admitted they hadn’t replied to messages about my transfer because “they don’t check Expedia messages.” Ironically, they had sent me the transfer booking request through Expedia. They acknowledged that responding to my messages could have caught the booking error.

Close to airport but far away from downtown and city center. Staff desk staff extremely helpful. Our 3 hours City tour unexpectedly turned out to be 12:45pm -7:45pm due to Friday city traffic. Luckily there is 24 hours restaurant in our hotel. The service and foods were wonderful! Thank you!

A very good hotel, close to the airport. Boring but safe neighborhood. Friendly staff, decent food. I’d stay there again.

We felt very unsafe there and were warned repeatedly not to walk around, take the bus, etc. There were no places to dine other than the hotel and nothing really to do in the area.

Staff was excellent. Very friendly. In-house restaurant had a limited menu. Shower is somewhat dangerous as the floor was slippery and had no gripping surface for feet. Conveniently located close to airport, and a shuttle to the terminal is available on the hour. Unfortunately, the several hotels in this area also attracts predators looking to rob tourists. O.K. if one remains in hotel and refrain from waking in the area.

We were very happy with our stay. The flight landed very late so it was convenient to be so close to the airport and to have the shuttle service. Also very happy that the restaurant is open 24 hours to satisfy our late hunger.

Basic airport hotel, does the job. The team there are really friendly and very helpful - they helped me a lot which I appreciate. The breakfast is terrible, all sugar and sweet stuff. Even the yogurt was sugary ☹️

This hotel does not provide all of the services it advertises. For 2 days there was no coffee in the lobby or for the espresso machine in the rooms. Then they ran out of bottled drinking water. Finally the hot breakfast trays were empty for about 45 minutes so no egg, bacon or vegetables. The shuttle service was also not available as it was overbooked.
