Jacuzzi was a selling point online, yet it was out of service without any plants to repair it. My kids were very disappointed.The toilets often backed up despite normal use (even though we didn't even put TP in the toilet). The transportation offered by the hotels contractor to the airport was at one price on the website but they charged a much higher price. From the perspective of a woman, the location was also in a bit of a less desirable area.

Overall, my stay at this hotel was good. I stayed at a room on the 11th floor. It was very spacious and quiet. It had a separate living room, separate large bedroom with a comfy king size bed, large bathroom and huge walk-in closet. The reason I did not give it 5 stars is because the gym was closed the whole week I stayed there. If I knew the gym was closed, I would have stayed somewhere else. They need to disclose that when booking and provide alternatives or compensation. Also, I ordered a burger as room service and it was not good. There are lots of great restaurants within walking distance. I would stay here again.

Instalações bonitas, porém, banheiro entupido, tanto a privada como o ralo do box, passamos 4 dias com um desentupidor no banheiro. Vc sai uns dias de férias para ficar desuntupindo e limpando banheiro e nem um apoio do hotel sobre o problema. O box nao tem cortina e nem vidro, causando a molhaceira no piso e risco de acidente. O hotel fica longe de tudo, não há nada por perto, havendo necessidade de carro pra tudo. Na hora do checkout não aceitaram meu cartão, acabei por pagar a mais com taxas, ainda fizeram o papelão de me fazer transferir pro WISE em dólar, paguei taxas e na hora de pagar, nao aceitamos este cartão, e até agora não entendi pq eles vendo a transação não informaram antes que não aceitavam. Pareceu mais uma ruindade do atendente e uma má fé ao turista. Eu não recomendo este hotel a ninguém, aliás, indico hotéis longe do centro, sendo melhor na região de Las Condes. Que esta estadia se apague de minha memória e meu depoimento sirva para alertar sobre este hotel e sobre seus funcionários. Esqueci de falar tbm, cobram bem caro pela diária do estacionamento, que é péssimo, sujo e ruim de estacionar, sem nenhum apoio ao hospede. Não se iludam por fotos bonitas, a realidade é bem diferente.

It was ok , the lobby has obviously been remodeled abs is the best part of the hotel The rooms need major updating. Everywhere you look in the room needed updating . Renovated but poor quality. Looks good from far but far from good. Hook for towel in shower barely holding. Shower head broken off, had to use rain shower- no choice. Wifi only in “living room” but sofa is bottomed out. May be a pull out bed but was very old. Didn’t sit on it. No work desk space for laptop. Overall all I needed was a clean bed to sleep and that was great.

Great place to stay in Santiago -- first to note was the outstanding front desk staff -- they spoke English fluently they were friendly and offered great advice on local restaurants attractions and safety. You really need to be safety alert in Santiago I had direct experience with attempted pick pockets -- they stole my decoy wallet too bad for them. I would for sure recommend and stay again at this property.

Breakfast was OK, but two things that I didn't like too much, I ordered room service one evening, just a toasted ham and cheese sandwich with fries, I ordered it at 7:20 in the evening on the QR code that they want you to use, and I didn't get it till 8:40, I called after nearly 1 hour and they had obviously forgotten it, and when it came it was pretty damn cold, the other thing that you should look into is that the king bed in my room is on wheels and the floor is a vinyl wood floor, but there are no breaks on the bed wheels, so if you lay in bed and put pillows behind you to sit up, the bed falls away from the wall and you can fall off the back of the bed, there needs to be brakes on thewheelsofthebed, that doesn't take much thinking

Minha experiência no NH Ciudad de Santiago foi decepcionante. Ficamos sem gerador de luz nos quartos, o que causou bastante desconforto, e mesmo após a energia ter sido restabelecida, a cozinha do hotel continuou fechada, nos deixando sem a possibilidade de jantar. Não havia nenhum restaurante ou lanchonete aberto, a cidade estava caótica, com toque de recolher, inclusive. A falta de comunicação e de soluções por parte da equipe fez com que a situação fosse ainda mais frustrante. Diante disso, apesar das boas acomodações, não recomendaria este hotel para quem busca um serviço eficiente e preparado para lidar com imprevistos.

I am beyond shocked with low quality and service this hotel provides. I stayed at multiple NH hotels in South America, Mexico and Spain and this is the absolute worse one. Cleaning of room was below any standards I ever seen with dirty cups and glasses, and dirty floor with footprints after cleaning. Staff at reception was cold, greet me once during entire stay. Worse of all was that at checkout I was charged additional 19% tax to my bill because I was paying with international debit card instead of credit card. Despite being non-Chile national with valid passport that I provided and foreign bank card as is stated in fine print of booking along with information all tax is included. Staff argued with me and I had plane to catch so I paid it but will further rise complain as it’s either incompetent staff or they are liars on booking terms conditions. Probably incompetent staff! There are much better and nicer hotels in Santiago. Avoid this one! And lastly room service is not open on Sunday , they don’t pick phone , and when order through their app it takes more than hour and they don’t read comments. Plus you can’t order any drinks as they are not there on menu! And again nobody picks the phone or read comments

Não agradou o horário do café da manhã a partir de 7h:30 no final de semana. Por conta de passeio e voo de volta, não usufruímos o buffet de café da manhã incluído nas diárias. Muito embora seja oferecido um "pré-café" antes desse horário, o serviço não pode agradar. Os produtos são disponibilizados em um pequeno espaço da recepção, ao lado dos elevadores, sem local para sentar. Ou seja, o hóspede toma café em pé ou é preciso levar para o outro lado da recepção a bebida quente, pão e demais produtos selecionados. Além disso, a reposição de alguns produtos não conseguiu acompanhar a demanda indicando que foram muitos os hóspedes que saíram antes do 7h:30. Assim, parece importante rever o horário do café da manhã nos finais de semana.

Worse of all was that at checkout I was charged additional 19% tax to my bill because I was paying with international debit card instead of credit card. Despite being non-Chile national with valid passport that I provided and foreign bank card as is stated in fine print of booking along with information all tax is included. Staff argued with me and I had plane to catch so I paid it but will further rise complain as it’s either incompetent staff or they are liars on booking terms conditions. Probably incompetent staff! There are much better and nicer hotels in Santiago. Avoid this one! And lastly room service is not open on Sunday , they don’t pick phone , and when order through their app it takes more than hour and they don’t read comments. Plus you can’t order any drinks as they are not there on menu! And again nobody picks the phone or read comments

Um exemplo é que um dia pedi ovos fritos , não aceitaram fazer . Me falaram, somente o que tem no Buffet ** Faltou ducha higiênica no banheiro ** Ar condicionado sujo , na saída do ar na parte alta do quarto muito suja ** Hotel precisa de manutenção, muito antigo Pontos positivos ** Localização ótima Lastarria perto de tudo ** Os atendentes da recepção do hotel check inn / check out são atenciosos, por exemplo Javier e Jorge foram ótimos ** Cama , chuveiro e tv do quarto são boas

Nos hospedamos neste hotel por conhecer a unidade de Curitiba que é maravilhosa, a única coisa que não é tão boa (por comparar com Curitiba) o café da manhã por não ter variedades de frutas e sempre ser a mesma coisa.
