Bien situado, con el aparcamiento prácticamente enfrente de la puerta del hotel. Tuvimos una amplia habitación con terraza y vista a la montaña, el desayuno me pareció muy justito y a 12,50 por persona, muy caro.

Outstanding location in the old town close to the main square with free car parking just beyond the ruined castle (if you can find a space - can get very busy!). You should pay for the rooms with views out over the canyon - we were on the top floor and the view was stunning! Very positive that the hotel was dog-friendly and lived up to that, with there being no problem to enter the breakfast area with our labrador. Black tea availability would have been nice at breakfast but otherwise, an excellent spread. The restaurant is also excellent quality though a little pricy by Spanish standards (particularly the wine list but then the Bobal wine we chose was very nice indeed). Highly recommended overall.

The room we had was at the back overlooking the river and monestry. It was clean and comfortable with a nice big bathroom. The only downside for us was no coffee making facilities. The breakfast was in a separate room and very good selection. We didn't try the restaurant called Raff, but ate at the Tempo bar and restaurant food was nice.

Reservé habitación superior. Las vistas eran excepcionales y la habitación muy espaciosa. Aquí acaba lo bueno. Limpieza deficiente, mobiliario mal conservado, climatización ruidosa, colchón viejo y ropa de cama de derribo. La puntuación es sólo por las vistas.

la ubicacion es excelente y la atencion de su personal tambien. Es un hotel muy limpio pero su estado está bastante desfasado, en especial el balcon de la habitación, que a pesar de tener doble ventana, entraba mucho frio por la puerta y se resentia mucho el confort en la habitacion y habia que tener el aire acondicionado puesto todo el rato. Yo pagué por una habitación superior pero no me parecio que fuera muy diferente de las fotos de las habitaciones normales que ofrecian. No creo que cuando vuelva repita

Our room had a balcony overlooking the canyon and in all our years of travel we’ve never had a more amazing view from a room balcony. Pay the few extra dollars for the view. It’s worth every penny. The place is clean, and the rooms are nice. The jetted bathtub was wonderful but when you showered water tended to go onto the floor. Lots of shelves and closet space. When we return to Cuenca, we will definitely stay here again. Great value.

La habitación moderna y grande .la cama está muy bien estan muy bien equipadas con calefacción y nevera.las habitaciones qué dan a la calle hay mucho tráfico y la Calzada a ser de piedra hace mucho ruido al pasar los coches, muy buena ubicación ,calidad precio muy bien.

Ya hemos estado tres veces en este hotel. Siempre muy bien todo. La ubicación es excepcional, la habitación muy bien y el servicio impecable. Viajamos con perro (Labrador) y es un hotel muy cómodo para viajar con perro. La foto es la vista de la habitación.

Bien situado, con el aparcamiento prácticamente enfrente de la puerta del hotel. Tuvimos una amplia habitación con terraza y vista a la montaña, el desayuno me pareció muy justito y a 12,50 por persona, muy caro.

Outstanding location in the old town close to the main square with free car parking just beyond the ruined castle (if you can find a space - can get very busy!). You should pay for the rooms with views out over the canyon - we were on the top floor and the view was stunning! Very positive that the hotel was dog-friendly and lived up to that, with there being no problem to enter the breakfast area with our labrador. Black tea availability would have been nice at breakfast but otherwise, an excellent spread. The restaurant is also excellent quality though a little pricy by Spanish standards (particularly the wine list but then the Bobal wine we chose was very nice indeed). Highly recommended overall.

Beautiful hotel, really nice bar / restaurant (quite casual) just be careful of the spa it’s €30 per person per day….. this was the same price as our room!

Cuenca is a beautiful place and the hotel location was perfect with free parking within walking distance. The hotel rooms are quite basic with great views but bar etc really nice. Great value for money

The views from this hotel are to die for -- a stunning vista of a natural gorge, medieval walls, the monastery-become-parador across the gorge, and the whole hill town curving down below this hotel. The supplement for the good view and balcony are so worth it! Otherwise a fine hotel in a wonderful setting, even if the breakfast spread was a little disappointing.

The room we had was at the back overlooking the river and monestry. It was clean and comfortable with a nice big bathroom. The only downside for us was no coffee making facilities. The breakfast was in a separate room and very good selection. We didn't try the restaurant called Raff, but ate at the Tempo bar and restaurant food was nice.
