The hotel was wonderful from the woman who greeted us to the hotel. We loved David, the concierge, who showed us around the hotel and recommended great restaurants and changed one reservation to an earlier time for us. The breakfast was very good and a pleasing outlook.

Lovely stay at the Glasshouse - made extra special by the wonderful staff. Everyone we encountered was lovely.

Fantastic stay from the outset

The hotel is in an excellent location and directly accessible on the tram from the airport. The only issue is the lack of adequate signage outside - they need a bigger sign that lights up! The elevator was not working when we were stayed so we had a long walk up 4 flights of stairs each time we left the hotel, which ensured we got our steps in each day! Other than that, the staff were extremely helpful (shoutout to Issac) and very engaged. We attended the Burns dinner at the hotel and it was an experience I will never forget! I would definitely stay here again.
