Nice clean hotel, only 1 of the elevators seemed to be working so it was a long wait any time you had to use one, I tried taking the stairs instead but I wouldn’t recommend that as they were full of trash, clothing, etc. from people sleeping in there. Great location to go to oilers games as Roger is accessible through the pedway system. I would stay again.

Our room was nice and big, and the proximity to Rogers Place was great. There are only 2 elevators for the entire hotel and one was broken the whole time we were there. Being on a middle floor, we found the only way to get on the elevator to go down was to go up first as the car was full every time on the way down. There were lineups most of the time, sometimes waiting up to 15 minutes to get on. There was a comment by someone that the elevator has been a problem for a while so there's a problem with maintenance here. Also the $35/ night parking was a little disappointing considering the cost of the rooms. It would be nice if that was clearly communicated at the time of booking, but perhaps that is Expedia's fault.

Was given an upgrade to a suite upon check in which was nice but not needed. The thing I was very disappointed with was checking my emailed receipt later that day to see that I had been charged $35 plus tax for parking my car. And to have to walk down stairs in the parkade that smelled of urine and drugs.

We came for a game, checked in about a half hour early with no issues very friendly front desk staff. The room was much larger than pictured with separate living room. Hotel restaurant was very nice. Parking is a little pricey at $35/night for unsecured parking but it’s not owned by the hotel. Value compared to the new hotel next door is noticeable. And the Canucks won the game!

Hotel was nice. Staff very friendly. Room was beautiful. Very clean and spacious. The only thing was the parking was right beside the hotel and open to anyone in the downtown area so i would have been a little nervous at nightime. We chose to go to the 2nd level as there was someone sleeping in the corner on the main level. The elevator in the parkade was out of order so you had to use the stairs and once we had gone through the doorway we saw that the handle on the inside of the door was broken so we had trouble getting back to our vehicle. The hotel staff was aware and had already put in a request for repair but no one had come out to fix it yet.

Check in was great and the room was very nice. Instead of an outside window, the window looked into the city center mall which was unique. The main issue is that there seemed to be no air conditioning. I set my thermostat at 17 and the room was 23c. I spoke to the front desk they sent a maintenance person but the room remained at 23c. My coworker had the same issue in his room on another floor

Loved the room and the staff is exceptional. Walls must be very thin, the people across the hall from us sounded like they were in our room at all times when they were talking. Which got old real quick seeing they wouldn’t be quiet nor did they go to bed until around 2am. Not sure I would want to stay on a weekend when the entire hotel is busy given how noisy a Sunday night stay was

I had a great stay as there was an event at the Ice centre I was attending . The Delta was right across the street which was amazing . The rooms were quite nice but I was not a fan of having no windows , the view out into the mall was pretty unappealing . The downtown area around there is pretty dodgy also but that has nothing to do with the hotel service.

The room was fine minus the giant pillar in the middle of the room and the view of the mall lobby. Parking was an extra charge and over double the price of paying with the parking company directly. The parking garage was also full of inebriated citizens which made the walk to and from uncomfortable and unpleasant. Location was convenient to the stadium.

I loved the service at the Delta. They were so accommodating and helpful during check in, and would greet us anytime we were exiting or entering the hotel. The best customer service came when we received a ticket during our final stay (from the Edmonton parking authority). We parked, went in to pay, and in the 5 minutes between parking and payment, were ticketed. We informed Gracey at the front when we checked out. Not only did she contact the parking authority and get the ticket waived for us by providing them with our receipt that we had paid the hotel for parking, but she also followed up after with proof that the ticket had been canceled. This was great customer service and left us very relieved. The area around the property is not the greatest - lots of homeless people asking for money, etc. We were at a conference a couple of blocks away and felt uncomfortable walking back to the hotel late at night. However, this is not the hotel's fault and is mostly due to it being a downtown location.

Excellent location close to everything, including Rogers Place, restaurants, and the hotel is inside a mall. The room was clean and spacious. I highly recommend it as the service was superb. Jenny from the breakfast was awesome, the front desk personnel were very attentive and helpful with any questions I had. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here when we went to Oilers game on NYE, and it was really nice. District 102 in the hotel was really good, and the staff was excellent! Would definitely recommend.

Parking is paid, area around the hotel was not very clean. There was garbage ( dirty diapers) in the lobby and outside the lobby doors along with misc articles of clothing. Tried to attend the resteraunt for breakfast but the server never came over to acknowledge us for 15 minutes so we left.

Reception was excellent. Very friendly staff. Super helpful. We had an all day meeting with 3 meals. Breakfast was not good. Boiled eggs you had to peel. Sandwich meats (turkey,roast beef and ham). And the milk was chunky. I had to request water to be filled for the tables several times. Supper service and food was better. Surprised there was no text/QR code for easy communication like other hotel event setups.

Very nice hotel rooms. Our room had a jacuzzi which was fabulous. Love that there are restaurants in the hotel and within walking distance. Will definitely stay again!

We came for a game, checked in about a half hour early with no issues very friendly front desk staff. The room was much larger than pictured with separate living room. Hotel restaurant was very nice. Parking is a little pricey at $35/night for unsecured parking but it’s not owned by the hotel. Value compared to the new hotel next door is noticeable. And the Canucks won the game!

Hotel is easy to get to and close to the arena and everywhere in that area. Parking is pricey but typical downtown. The restaurant had a small breakfast menu and was pricey but the food was very good.

This hotel is located in what feels like a disused mall. the pictures are very deceptive. The entrance is located in a cul-de-sac with two public parking lots on either side. When we arrived, EMTs were talking away a person right in front of the entrance and there was a lot of drug use and loitering around the hotel entrance and in the mall. We felt unsafe and there was no security to be seen, The public parking was being used as a toilet and the stench of urine was strong. We decided not to stay the night and checked ourselves out. I did not see us parking our car at night and having to walk through all that to get to the entrance. We asked for a refund but were declined.

Very nice stay. We got upgraded to an executive suite, which was very clean, comfortable and spacious. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Had supper at the Hotel restaurant, which was delicious. Also great staff. Will definately stay again!
