The view from the rooftop was incredible! The pool area was a bit small for so many guests, but the beach is right in front of the hotel. Rooms were clean and nice! Staff was very helpful and kind! Would definitely recommend

The hotel was lovely from the outside and very safe, with security on the door. Reception were very helpful and breakfast was lovely. The room was good but the bathroom had a bad smell a the sink was blocked and so would not drain.

The hotel was nice. Service was good and breakfast was great. A little frustrated there was no coffee maker in the room. A little frustrated that we couldn't use our free coconut water pass at the pool and only downstairs in the lobby. A little frustrated that they weren't a couple of bottled waters in the room. Perhaps these are amenities that us Americans have become accustomed to. In my line and thinking though, you don't charge people for water at the pool. Water is essential and there should be something provided that people can get plastic cups off to stay hydrated. I don't know though, good hotel and a nice day.

The fact that we were asked to pay for Parkinn immediately and not after we check out, was not right. This hotel uses 3rd parties for the parking, the restaurants. The hotel Manager was very disrespectful with myself and my wife. We will never step foot on this property ever again. They ruined my vacation
