Bei Ankunft am Hotel erfährt man das man den Parkplatz extra Bezahlen soll . Das ist Lächerlich und ein no Go . 19 € für Parken geht gar nicht. Fazit NIE WIEDER

Mitten in der Nacht wurde in der Bar laut Musik gespielt. Der Teppichfußboden im Zimmer ist sehr dreckig. Gleich in der Lobby macht das Hotel einen abgewohnten Eindruck. Ansonsten wären das Zimmer und die Betten in Ordnung. Das Bad war sehr gut.

Zentrale Lage Zimmer/Bad für eine Übernachtung völlig ok Der Flur gehört renoviert Das Frühstück ist super Hotelbar erinnert mehr an eine sehr billige Nachtbar als an eine Hotelbar. Die Bar im Erdgeschoss und beim Eingangsbereich ist fremd vermietet. Die Leute kommen ins Hotel ein und aus meist die Jugendlichen aus der Umgebung meistens Drogendealer. Die spielen Billard rauchen, Zigaretten, Joints wie die wollen. Des Weiteren ist es angeblich eine Raucherbar mit offen stehende Tür. Das ganze Treppenhaus stinkt voller Zigaretten der Aufzug, beide voller Zigarettenqualm und wenn sie Pech haben und ihre Zimmertür ist undicht, zieht es sogar bei Ihnen in die Wohnung rein ins Zimmer. Ich habe seit zwei Tagen ununterbrochen durchgehend Nikotingeruch in der Wohnung ob zehn Leute gleichzeitig rauchen würden viel Spaß beim einchecken

Zimmer schön eingerichtet und schön hell. Bar mit super Barkeeper und schön eingerichtet - von einigen wurde geraucht. In der Dusche war mega Schimmel und irgendwie war es den Leuten a. det Rezeption egal... Gute Lage. Als Frau muss man seine Antennen aber schon anhaben. Ich empfehle den Zickzack Weg entlang des letzten Gleises... In der Umgebung sind einige Restaurants!

Well where do I start. The area is questionable for a start with two great eateries within walking distance. The room smells of cigarettes the curtains had stains on them, the bathroom had broken tiles in the shower floor and there was dirt all around the room about head height. I can only guess they have small cleaners. Then there is the bar that is open till 3am six days a week and 1am on Sunday night. Not to mention the other sounds that I can’t find a description for.

There was everything needed for one night stay in a room, at the same time due to the carpet on a floor, and some dust on the counter ms room did not look or feel clean. In the closet, on the floor, there were other guests old clothes, dusted (as if they were there for quite some time). There was a smell in the room (like perfume or something), which did not let me sleep. The bedding and towels, as well as everything in the bathroom was clean though. Internet connection was slow and unstable. I had to use my mobile network instead.

Die Hotelzimmer waren unterirdisch dreckig!!! Der Teppichboden hatte komische rotbraune Flecken verteilt im ganzen Zimmer. Unter der Bettdecke befanden sich schwarze Haare, die durch die Bettwäsche sichtbar waren. In den Badezimmern waren die Fugen mit Schimmel befallen. Im ganzen Zimmer wurde selten zu gar nicht von Staub gewischt. Wir haben uns bereits bei der Rezeption beschwert und haben nach einem neuen Zimmer angefragt, welches wir auch ohne Probleme bekommen haben. Dennoch war auch in dem Zimmer von Sauberkeit keine Spur zu sehen. Abgesehen von der Lage und dem Preis kann ich für dieses Hotel keine positive Bewertung hinterlassen.

Schön gestaltet mit nähe zum Bahnhof, allerdings lässt die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig. Der Teppich war schmutzig und in der Dusche wurde der Kalk schon eine ganze Weile nicht entfernt.

The room i stayed in was very basic, definitely not what i expected for 400 Euros a night. There is only one plug available, light bulbs missing in lamps, no complimentary water, mini safe not working. Very very expensive for what room we were given and definitely will never book here again. For those of you who need to buy drugs, the whole street surrounding the hotel at night is a weed factory.

Zimmer war klein und ehervetwas lauter von der Straße. Aber technisch ok mit guter Klimaanlage und Fernseher war auch ok. Bett soweit auch ok und man hatte sogar Platz mit Schreibtisch.

I stayed at the Bristol Hotel in Frankfurt and overall had a good experience. Check-in was very smooth, and although I arrived earlier than the usual check-in time, they allowed me to get into my room right away for a €15 early check-in fee. Just a note for travelers: there’s also a city tax of €2 per person per night, which is standard in Frankfurt. The room was very clean and comfortable, which I really appreciated. The only downside was the air conditioning—it wasn’t really running properly, just blowing a bit of cool air occasionally. I mentioned it at the front desk, and they said they would send someone the next day, but unfortunately, I was checking out the next morning, so it wasn’t resolved during my stay. Location-wise, the hotel is excellent—just about a 10-minute walk from the Central Station and close to everything you might need in the city. Overall, a good stay for the price, with clean rooms and a great location. If the AC worked better, it would have been close to perfect.

Typical 3* hotel - you get what you pay for. It’s very dated with dirty corridors and AC in room not working but bedroom / bathroom was clean, bed was fine, breakfast was very decent. It’s a cheap hotel for the location and does the job for a quick Frankfurt Trip where you don’t plan to spend much time in the hotel.

We arrived to the hotel past midnight with large baggage and were told the systems were not working. They couldn’t give us a room and offered for us to wait/sleep in the lobby to wait until their system worked or look for another hotel. Everything around was booked. The hotel said they would request a full refund for us for the inconvenience they caused.

Dès mon arrivée, on m’annonce qu’il n’y a pas de petit-déjeuner, alors qu’il était inclus dans ma réservation. Sans l’intervention de l’équipe Hotels.com, je ne l’aurais jamais eu, malgré le fait que j’avais payé à l’avance. Ensuite, il n’y avait aucune connexion Internet : le Wi-Fi existait, mais sans accès. Même après plusieurs réclamations, on m’a dit que c’était réglé, mais rien n’a changé jusqu’au lendemain. La chambre était également très froide, les radiateurs ne chauffaient pas correctement. J’en ai parlé au réceptionniste, qui s’est contenté de dire « oui » sans faire le moindre effort pour arranger les choses. En résumé, je déconseille fortement cet hôtel !

Même après plusieurs réclamations, on m’a dit que c’était réglé, mais rien n’a changé jusqu’au lendemain. La chambre était également très froide, les radiateurs ne chauffaient pas correctement. J’en ai parlé au réceptionniste, qui s’est contenté de dire « oui » sans faire le moindre effort pour arranger les choses. En résumé, je déconseille fortement cet hôtel !

Staff are very kind and helpful especially all the foreign staffs from Asia.. Went further than their work scope to help me, due to my leg injury..Greatly appreciate their humanity, I feel right at home, even being alone staying here….Bravo to this team for their wonderful work culture and dedication.. I will recommend travelers to stay and feel at home..in this down to earth place..

Unverschämte Begrüssung. Nach 3 Minuten kamm der Receptionist aus der Bar ( war schon nach Mitternacht ) und hat uns angemacht weil wir stehende Gummibärchen aus Glas nicht mit Zangen genommen hätten. Haben uns Entschuldigt das wir die Zangen nicht gesehen hätten. Danach kam Kommentar " Greift man da wo Sie herkommen auch mit Fingern in den Glas" Kein "Herzlich Willkommen im Hotel" nur blöde Sprüche. Zimmer mit Teppichbode Flecken. Alte Socken vor Vorbesucher mittendrin. Badzimmer ( Dusche Klo kleines Waschbecken) vielleicht 2 Quadratmeter. Man konnte sich nicht ohne anstossen nicht umzudrehen. Licht an der Wand kaputt. Oben gabst keine Lampe. Frühstücksbuffet katastrophal. Haben gegen 9.30 gefrühstückt. Kalte überbackene Brötchen mit??? könnte ALLES sein. Rühreier und vor Allem Speck nicht genießbar. It was probably the very worst hotel experience in my life. Believe me I travel intensively to many countries and continents. There was an IT problem with new computer system that day check-in for many hours. You don't bring in a new system, specially not in Germany without a backup or a contingency. The very worst was that I receive a call from a phone located near my bed. It was extremely loud and I couldn't fall asleep again in the next hours. It ruined my night. When I went to gently inform at the lobby a gentleman standing next said they called him too in the middle of the night to see if he was in his room. It was near midnight. I was exhausted. It destroyed my agenda for the day I had to drive to my early meeting for hours and was supposed to leave the hotel 6.30 Am. They didn't even apologize. Good location, good infrastructure, good breakfast buffet, room was clean and neat. The staff needs to be trained and IT support must respond quickly. One of the guests after long hours waiting to check-in called the cops. It was a big commotion. I took phones of the police car in front of the hotel.

Nice hotel! Really close to train station so easy to do day trip to other cities. The neighborhood is not the best but it is fairly close to the touristic part.

Everyone at the hotel were extremely helpful and kind. The buffet breakfast was fantastic! The hotel is very near the train station but many of the local businesses seem a little rough and only a few blocks away (on your way to the major city sites) are some of the worst city conditions (drugs and sex shops and shady casinos). If you can navigate your way past those rough edges, the hotel is worth the cost of the stay.

Location is very good although many people hanging around outside. Service was just ok. Rooms clean but corridors dirty. Breakfast good choice but expense. The cost of the room for what you got was ridiculously expensive. I won’t be staying there again.

Das Hotel geht gerade so, wenn man nur mal eine Nacht da bleibt. Immerhin gibt es eine Klimaanlage, die ein Minimum von 22 Grad hat. Vorhang nicht lichtecht. Vorteil: Es liegt sehr dicht beim Bahnhof, es ist nachts einigermaßen ruhig und in der Nähe gibt es viel Gastronomie.

This must have been a great hotel about 30 years ago but it's lacking maintenance as per other reviews; carpets and furniture are stained, furniture is damaged, etc. This, however, was not a big issue for me. It is also true that it is located at the ages of the Frankfurt central station 'zombieland', full of junkies, pimps, prostitutes and other dodgy characters, at any time of the day and particularly at night. This is not the hotel's fault, but the local government's responsibility, as they have allowed this issue to worsen year after year. It does, however, impact one's experience. The location is convenient, but the area doesn't feel safe. Overall, I would recommend it to budget conscious travellers. I would stay there again but given my poor first impression of Frankfurt, I doubt I'll ever go back to that city.
