The hotel could have been much cleaner. The hot tub had grime all along the edges, which was unpleasant. When we checked into our room, there was leftover food in the fridge, making it clear that the room had not been properly cleaned before our arrival. Overall, the cleanliness was disappointing, and I expected better standards from the hotel.

Staff were nice. Room wasn't clean outside of some fresh sheets - bathroom was horrible, hair and dirt present, no surfaces wiped or vacuumed (inside rooms or out), awful shower set up (impossible to turn on without getting blasted with ice cold water first), though the water pressure of that shower was fantastic. No restaurant, no laundry, no daily housekeeping, despite all of these being advertised on their site. Walls were paper thin with giggling and squealing from the corporate room parties happening. The courtyard is still pretty cool tho. The renovated rooms were BEYOND cheap looking.

The property has seen better times. The maintenance is not up to par. The bathroom mushrooms are not acceptable for a Ramada. The Hotel had no air conditioning at all. When I asked, the front desk receptionist said it was only on in winter (outside was 5 °C and the room was 17°C), so I had to add a portable heater to warm the room. Not recommended
