Quality Inn & Suites

This hotel is in an unsafe location. There is a nightclub on either side of the hotel with shared walls. The hotel offered free ear plugs to guests for the noise as the nightclubs are open until 3 am. Security had to walk us to and from our car, day or night. The staff was friendly. I do not recommend this hotel.

This was our first visit to Vancouver, a lovely city. We found the hotel a little dirty around the edges, especially the lobby and hallways. We recommend staying off Granville Street one or two blocks east or west, where the streets are tree-lined and lovely in ways for which Vancouver is known.

Staff was very helpful and efficient.

Not going back… hard to recommend. There is a night club next door and it’s really loud until 4am…. Tgey told us this at checkin with a cute smile and a sorry. They upgraded our room to a suite but that didn’t make up for paying for a place to sleep and not being able to sleep!! Staff was nice, it was clean. Paid way to much for parking in their alley for the price of the room and zero other amenities to use. Ohh and the bar pictured well it’s not there. There is a funky pub next door with a very limited food menu and you get a discount…. And the cartina across the street is affiliated as well, we didn’t have a chance to try it.

Decent and comfortable hotel. The staff are wonderful and very helpful. The parking situation is a bit challenging and you’ll want to take advantage of the valet service; ($20/night) to ensure your vehicle is parked in a secured underground parkade. Centrally located and close to all amenities. I would stay there again, given the relatively reasonable cost when compared to surrounding hotels. If you’re looking for luxurious, this is not it, but as I mentioned, it’s decent, comfortable and relatively nice and worth a try.
