If your going on a cruise from Vancouver, you will not find a better destination then this. And conveniently located just down the street from all the best shopping as well as Stanley Park- this hotel is a MUST for anyone visiting the city for a cruise!

For a very expensive hotel, it was disappointing. There seemed to be a shortage of staff at reception. The room was pleasant enough but the platform for the bed was wider than the mattress and, as a result, I badly bruised my shin. The bed itself was comfortable, but the pillow were too hard and too thick for comfort.
