Comfortable beds, nice brunch in lobby restaurant, friendly staff and nice big pool. Hot tub jets were not working but was still enjoyable. Shame they don’t have a sauna or steam room as there’s lots of space in the pool and fitness area. Wish they had loungers around the pool in some spots instead of just smaller hard plastic chairs. Again, lots of room for loungers and sectional sofas would be a nice touch to add to the relaxation factor that goes with getting away. Was our first stay and I would stay here again.

Room was clean and hotel was generally decent but hot tub was a huge disappointment the entire time and was a huge reason we booked this hotel to relax and unwind after long days working the convention - jets not working at all and refills seem to happen at 10pm nightly so if you wait until after kids are done in pool to go down, you end up with cold water … 2 of the 3 nights we stayed, this occurred.

Over all ok. Nice Gym. But swimming pool was not that good. I had requested to warm my food but they did not have a microwave and asked me to get it done from the closest 7-Eleven. That was too pathetic response. I had booked for the harbor view room and paid extra for it but I was given a room in 4th floor which did not have great views .

There heating system/ ac air system was a whining loud noise, I complained and they moved me to another room which was even worse, there whole system needs maintenance. Also as a gold tier client I didn’t get free parking which was 48 dollars. And only received 20 percent off breakfast, the food came out cold . Not a great experience.

Dinner servers were not top notch, but breakfast servers made up for them. The pool could use an upgrade and the jets were not working in the hot tub so that was disappointing. Room didn’t have a lot of extra toiletries like make up remover or shower caps, but maid service was excellent and view was lovely. Close to the water which made for nice morning walks and close to transit which made getting around downtown easy.

The property is located in an amazing location ! The staff were courteous and helpful. The live music in the restaurant was great. My only complaint is that the jets on the hot tub have been broken for some time and no repairs appear to be in progress.

The decor is out dated and has multiple different patterns and stripes that just dont compliment each other. The carpet in the room was stained ...because it was a striped multi colored carpet it probably hid the stains in the beginning, not now. I probably wouldn't pick this this place to stay at again. They should reno and update i think.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was a good size, but full sized beds instead of queens is rough. HVAC incredibly loud, and turned on and off all night, making it hard to sleep. We paid for a harbor view room, but were only on the 5th floor. While we could see a sliver of the harbor, we mainly had a view of the trees across the street. All in all, it was fine, but I was glad we got a good deal. Full price would not have been worth it.

This room had a fantastic view and very comfortable beds! It was also very quiet overnight, even with the patio door wide open. However, there were a few disappointing things: the Keurig coffee maker did not work, the mini fridge froze solid all of our food, and the sink tap dripped continuously. But the location was so good! Not sure I would come back.

Very disappointed. The lock was broken right off the door when I got there, the window didn’t shut all the way the latch is off and cold air coming in all night. The tv wasn’t working and I called about 4-5 times and they said some one is coming and never ever came. The hot tub jets were also broken. They gave me gift certificates for drinks but they were expired for like 2 months. Weird experience for a hotel I was looking forward to.

Check-in service and the room was great! Our check-in staff member was very professional. We had issues with check-out. We received a letter under our door as an Expedia VIP member the night before, informing us that we could take advantage of late check-out at 2pm. When we tried to get into our room at 1:30pm, the key wouldn’t work. My husband had to go downstairs while I waited with the kids upstairs. The maid came around and told me it was because check-out was at 12pm. Though I told her we had late check-out, she didn’t seem to understand and reiterated that check-out was at 12pm as that’s what her schedule had said. When my husband went to get a new key, he said the front desk woman was very rude and didn’t even check the computer. She told him that check-out was at 1pm. When he mentioned that we had a letter, she insisted that no such letters exist and demanded that we provide proof. When we returned after a few minutes, we had to wait in line. The staff member didn’t acknowledge what had happened and interacted with my husband as if she were seeing him for the first time. There was no apology for the situation or the inconvenience, and the whole interaction felt strangely uncomfortable, even though we hadn’t done anything wrong to our knowledge. I’d suggest keeping the letter with you if you receive it and decide to use the late check-out, just in case you run into the same issue we did.

⭐️ Review: Good Hotel, But Platinum Perks Are Very Inconsistent The hotel itself is good — great location, clean, and comfortable. I’ve stayed here three times, and overall the property delivers a pleasant experience. However, the Expedia Platinum perks are completely inconsistent. Whether you receive early check-in, late check-out, or an upgrade depends entirely on who checks you in. Sometimes you might get everything (and even more), and other times you get nothing at all. On one of my stays, I had reserved a city-view room but was given a low-level room facing the backyard instead — even though Platinum perks include possible room upgrades when available. For a property listed as VIP Access, these benefits shouldn’t be subjective or depend on the staff member at the counter. Expedia should ensure a consistent standard so Platinum members know what to expect.

We had some issues with our room the first night, but that was resolved right away and the manager did his very best to ensure everything was fixed and to our liking. The new room we had came with a gorgeous view and a comfortable king size bed. Thanks so much to the manager for accommodating our request. We’ll definitely stay at this property again and will recommend it to others.

Booked this hotel for it's proximity to the Canada Place cruise terminal. It was very convenient! Great location and nice views of the harbor. The hotel staff were friendly. The hotel is need of refurbishment, but noticed that is planned for spring of 2026 (so that's a good thing). The restaurant on property was very good. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Lovely stay! Our upgraded room was so nice and the staff were kind and helpful! Only mishap was a bar tender who was too excited to end his shift, charged me for food before it had even arrived, including asking for a tip, the food ended up being not good, cold soggy fries, and when I made mention I was told “well you already paid” as he folded his apron to go clock out.

We had Appies and drinks the day we arrived and love the food and smooshed along with our service. I asked for a toothbrush and toothpaste which I had forgotten and it never came. I had to call again in the morning and they hung it on the door instead of knocking so I didn’t even know they had dropped it off. Breakfast was terrible, the packed eggs were cold and hard when they should have been fresh amd soft poached. My friends breakfast was correct but also cold except for the potatoes. So disappointed! Also the discount vouchers for $15.00 off were for lunch when we had to check out and leave. The vouchers are a rouse were they don’t expect anyone to use them. Definitely would eat breakfast there again. Room was okay fairly clean except for the floor, the carpet could use a washing.
