My overall stay were so good. I love the cleanliness of the room. Some of their housekeeping staff are not accommodating. I have to wait for long and keep calling the concierge just to update my request.( You have to improve more on customer service). The rest are good! I will definitely come back and book here. Looking forward that you can work on the feedback for better and comfortable stay in your hotel. Thank you very much!

Only the bed were in proper condition. Any other facilities were not working or were in very poor condition. Sockets were not working and even the phone was not operational. We booked room for 3 people we had to go down to reception and ask for towel and soap separately. It was a very average experience I would not recommend this hotel to anybody.

Weird stay this time, seems like it’s gone down hill from before. The front desk called my room at 10:55pm (waking me up from sleep) asking me to spell my first name to confirm I was in the room. I did. Then wondered if it was a spam call. So I called the front desk from my cellphone to report that. Was told it was shift change and would get a call back. So at 11:20pm I’m called and told their system glitched and so the previous staff needed to confirm the room was occupied so they didn’t give it to someone else. The timing was so odd and so weird, I barely slept after that. Kind of sucked. The coffee maker in the room was shot - it would put out coffee grounds into the coffee itself. I ran just water a few times and cleaned it out, then ran a coffee but it still got coffee grounds everywhere! Fixable things, I just hope they are fixed. Staff seemed okay - not a lot of customer service. The front desk person seemed exhausted with her job and robotically gave me the rundown without me even being able to understand a word she said. Sound travels through the rooms, so if you’re looking for a quiet space, this place isn’t it. If you need something budget to just through the night, this could work for you. Not a relaxing getaway this time around.
