Contacting the hotel upfront for courtesy shuttle was a good choice. The staff at any level was very helpful, the room clean and quiet. Had a little snack before bed in the bar which was affordable and nicely presented.

Restaurant staff very nice. Room clean, bed comfortable, pool and hot tub great, plenty of parking. Music from a party was a little loud on Sunday night, but it was over by 11 pm. Cleaning staff a little loud, shouting at each other from different rooms and listening to the radio a little loudly as we were trying to take a nap in the afternoon. Nothing serious, but a reminder foe them that not all the guests are away from their rooms during the day. All in all, we had a very pleasant stay, and we will definitely come back.

I reported to the staff multiple times that my room was dirty, there was a hole in the wall, a dead bug in the drapes, rust in the tub, food on the walls. They would not even try accommodate me or nothing. It was very poor service. It felt like I wasn’t taken serious due to the fact that I booked through Expedia. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

Bedding wasn’t clean upon arrival. During our stay garbage bags were left in the hallway for an entire day. The elevator is broken so you were unable to use. The breakfast buffet was basically a continental breakfast not worth the $20 they charge.

The older tile bathroom had black mold developing in the back corners of the shower and when you turned the shower on the mold was releasing airborne spores that could easily be smelled and got worse the more water that hit the back corners. Everything else was great

I stayed very briefly overnight between flights. The shuttle was excellent, prompt and clean. Check in was very efficient. My complain surrounds cleanliness and facility conditions; I wish I could attach photos. Obvious water damaged ceiling around bathroom fan, rust and corrosion in shower, filthy shower surround, carpet pulling away from wall, etc. The room itself was "clean" but the conditions made it feel dirty.

There are no USB charge station or plugs at all. Not enough plug ins either to put our own usb cord into it. Shower head needs cleaning as a lot of the holes are plugged making for a poor shower experience. Front staff were very friendly though.

Walls are very thin and I could constantly hear doors slamming it even woke me up a few times because I thought someone got into my room that’s how loud it was. Inside of the blankets were stained and one hand towel as well. However besides that it was mostly clean and the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Elevator didn’t work and stairs are really bad and smelly. The front desk check in wasn’t pleasant or friendly. After the shift change the Second Lady at front desk was pleasant and gentlemen that grace us a rude to airport was extremely helpful and very pleasant.

The room was good. Clean. We, as a team booked about 10 rooms here and dinner at their onsite restaurant. There was about 40 of us for dinner. They charged an automatic gratuity in the bills but without telling us so then we all added our usual tip on top of that. I wondered why my bill was $96 before the tip I added for one adult and two children but I guess it was the additional tip they already added. When I called in and asked about it they said their phone lines weren’t working and since I didn’t charge my meal to my room, I have to call back in 3 days to speak to the restaurant

I really appreciate, firstly, that the front desk people checked me in a bit early, secondly, offered to help with baggage while elevator was out of order, then changed my room from a pet room because of the perfume smell they use to ( I guess cover up pet smells) . I am very sensitive to smells. All done in a very professional and friendly way.

I am not sure if it was poor planning or an oversite on someone part; I arrived at 10:10 pm to check into a room that I had reserved and paid for through Hotels.com. The lobby was packed with people trying to check in. A sports group I learned. I never got into my room until 11:00.

We booked this hotel thinking it is just located around the airport- it is not. It is about 15-minute drive to the airport (without traffic). So, the hotel name is kind of misleading. The two elevators were out of service when we were there so it would be difficult for those with disability, pregnant and limited mobility. They do offer luggage/s to be carried up and down the stairs. The staff is friendly and nice and responds to text and calls immediately. They do offer shuttle bus going to airport every hour.

Room was clean, no problem. The hotel is a little run down looking, but served its purpose. 1 elevator was not working at all and the working one seemed sketchy at times. It appeared that the floor we were staying on was recently updated, as it still smelled of fresh paint and work being done. Front desk service was friendly and no problem at all. Needs to be re titled though as its not close enough to the airport to be considered an airport hotel in my opinion. Good stay overall.

I recently stayed this holiday inn and had a pleasant experience. The hotel was clean, which made for a comfortable stay. I appreciated the fair pricing, especially considering its central location and everything I wanted to do was close by. This was ok... whatever they used to mask old cigarette smoke was very potent. I also was hoping for a kid menu at the on site restaurant, but none was available, even when i scanned the QR code that offered it. When traveling with a little one, it would have been nice to have it available. Staff was nice. Decent location from airport.

This doesn't feel like the "typical" Holiday Inn that you are probably used to. It feels like an older hotel that was converted into a Holiday Inn and just doesn't have the same vibes. There is no breakfast included and they don't offer the standard one that other locations have. There is a restaurant onsite that you can go to for breakfast/lunch/dinner and you can order room service for only lunch or dinner (but it costs you $6 delivery, plus a standard 15% gratuity ... so you might as well just go to the restaurant and pick it up). The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The elevators were broken while we stayed there, which was an incredible pain as we were on the top floor (5 stories). The hotel staff did bring the heavy luggage up the room upon arrival, which was good because I would NOT have been able to get it up there myself. Although being at the hotel for a week (business trip) it was really frustrating to take the stairs several times a day when I have mobility issues. And it made me not able to go to the restaurant, or pool/hot tub because of the added stress of only having the stairs as an option to get to them. The hotel isn't bad, but it just does not feel like a Holiday Inn, which is the brand name that I trust and wanted. I probably wouldn't stay here again for that reason.

Shuttle pickup from airport was being offered Inconsistent service standard, one staff gave us some bottled water but another staff said they never do that. Iron board is a bit dirty. Was offered a room 201 which is very close to the restaurant and is at the beginning of the corridor so can hear the noise from everyone who pass by especially kids Pretty good price for what's being offered though
