Hôtel is very dated and very dirty. Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived (well after the approved check in time) and we were given another room with only a double bed. We had reserved a queen bed. Pool and hot tub were cloudy and dirty.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The atrium with the pool, hot tub, fountain, and breakfast service was a really cool theme. Breakfast itself was great, with lots of optiins. The property is definitely dated and needs a refresher, but otherwise it was a nice stay.

The hotel is going down hill from the last time I stayed there. Pool is unsafe in my opinion, no grate on the return line, possibility of someone's foot or hand getting sucked into it. Light under the water, not secured to the wall, just hanging there. Pool shower not the best, couldn't get any hot water. Bathroom sink in our room has no plug or screen to stop stuff from going down the drain. Hotel just looks run down. The staff was a pleasure to deal with. Had a nice continental breakfast, lots of food on hand. Probably won't go back for a third time.

The hotel is very run down. I’m sure at one time this was probably a nice hotel, but definitely not anymore. We had a dirty used bandaid on the wall of our room. We saw that as soon as we walked in. Not a great first impression. The water in the tub didn’t drain the whole time I had a shower. The pool and hot tub are filthy. The water in both are green and disgusting. We were on the 2nd floor and went to get ice and it smelled like something died in there. The breakfast was good but I took the advice of others and went early. I’m glad I did because the food was getting low when we went. We had a room with a balcony. It was nice to have that option. The hotel has lots of potential, but right now it’s very dirty and dated. We won’t be returning to that hotel.

I usually don’t write reviews, but this place was too disgusting and unclean. It was a one night stay after a long road trip, and we couldn’t even shower because the bathroom was so disgusting. The bathtub was moldy and filled with grime. The shower curtain was so dirty with to many brown spots. The bathroom had obviously not been cleaned. I am super disappointed in this stay and would have moved if it was more than one night. It was late and we just needed to rest. The room itself was also disgusting and dirty and needs a really serious deep clean. There was dust and grim everywhere (the lamps, computer chair, furniture, etc.) I would not even talk about the rug flooring. We tried not to remove our shoes. The bed skirt had rips and tears at each corner and so did the sofa. The outlets need to be updated because they are too loose to hold plugs. Things were rusty and everything was just plain nasty. We left as soon as the sun came up. Please do not stay here. Use your money elsewhere. The photos that show the room are not accurately displaying the conditions of the place.

The room was dated, and the bathroom was not clean (sink wouldn't drain, full of hair). Bathtub has loads of hair on the wall. There was only one towel, and no shampoo (but 3 body lotions). When I used the conditioner on my daughter's hair, there was almost nothing in the bottle, so I assume it was left from a previous guest. Carpet was unvacuumed.

The front desk was nice to deal with and friendly. The bathroom did not have a exhaust fan for when you showered. There was mold on the walls in the bathroom.Our room did not have a fire alarm in it. You can see were it was placed and removed. Our sheets had stains on them. Other than the staff the room was not pleasant.

The property was extremely dated, the cleanliness was well below acceptable including moldy walls, dirty bathrooms, stained sheets and there were many things that didnt work. Overall the location, price and friendly staff made it work for our family but the poor comdition of the rooms, common areas and building need to seriously be adressed.

Extremely noisy hallways and as doors close throughout, you hear each and every one loudly. Staff was very courteous and helpful, and of the 6-7 free breakfasts that we had on this trip at various hotels, this one was easily the best. Fresh, hot, and a bit of variety. But due to the noise levels, and the rundown feeling of some of it, we would probably not stay here again.

We stayed here twice in a road trip. The hotel is showing its age in some areas (carpet, wallpaper) but the room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was good, with lots of seating in the pool area which was nice. Sometimes included breakfasts are pretty thin or served in a closet. This was as good as any we’ve had. Did not see any issues with the pool. It’s not the newest/biggest/nicest pool I’ve seen but the kids enjoyed it.

the room was clean and the beds were comfy. the fish pond was awesome! the only complaint i have is that the room were not sound proof. so if your planning an early night don't expect to get to sleep until after midnight. the kids in the hotel were running up and down the hall at 1130 pm. other than that was a good stay. breakfast was included it was a nice big breakfast

Hotel was nice staff was really friendly and professional. Room was not clean lots of wear and tear pool area was nice breakfast was good. They did move me to a cleaner room after I complained but the breaker kept blowing when I was trying to use the microwave which made it a little annoying.

Client service is excellent. Staff was always available to timely adress my concerns and suggest solutions. Restaurant offers gluten free options and staff is very friendly and professional.I enjoyed my stay at hotel and will certainly reserve again when visiting Fredericton.

Everything there was good until it was check out time we had to provide a 200$ deposit upon arrival when it was time to check out it took well over 2hrs cause they couldnt find our money

First the light in our room at the entrance did not work. Later we found that the tv was not working. Offered to send someone after 11:00 to look at it. After much complaining they send someone who found the problem and fixed. We then found out that one of the lamps was broken and could not be opened. When we left we advised we were unhappy and asked to be compensated. The desk clerk said he couldn’t do anything and refused to let us speak to the manager. Terrible experience.,

The place is clean enough, the pool/courtyard in the middle is unique but a bit bizarre. Feels straight out of the 1970s. Hotel is a bit dated and on the side of the river that ISN'T where the downtown is. Overall, value for the money was reasonable.

Stayed at the Ramada one night because our flight got canceled , good hotel, not too pricey and had parking . Didn’t get to enjoy the amenities because we were in so late , but there’s a restaurant ( which closes at 8:30 and pool at 10:00 . ) Front desk were nice to get us a taxi reserved dir us in the morning as our flight was early !!

Extremely noisy hallways and as doors close throughout, you hear each and every one loudly. Staff was very courteous and helpful, and of the 6-7 free breakfasts that we had on this trip at various hotels, this one was easily the best. Fresh, hot, and a bit of variety. But due to the noise levels, and the rundown feeling of some of it, we would probably not stay here again.

We stayed here twice in a road trip. The hotel is showing its age in some areas (carpet, wallpaper) but the room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was good, with lots of seating in the pool area which was nice. Sometimes included breakfasts are pretty thin or served in a closet. This was as good as any we’ve had. Did not see any issues with the pool. It’s not the newest/biggest/nicest pool I’ve seen but the kids enjoyed it.

It took 20 minutes to replenish a couple of food items ( sausage/pancakes/coffee/bread for toast). When I went to get food the breakfast was almost nothing left. It was 45 minutes before it closed. Empty plates for pastries, one glass of apple juice, no orange juice left, empty fridge for yogurt, no bread of any kind in the plastics shelf for toasting. My cup took the last of the coffee. I had to use a bowl to get scrambled eggs and potatoes.

Rooms were not clean, and very out dated. There was mold in the cawking around the tub and broken light switches. Beds were not queen size they were twins, and the breakfast was subpar. Overall would not recommend or stay again.

My group and I stayed here for only one night. We had reserved a room with two queen beds but were checked into a room with double beds instead. No accommodations were made. We also required a cot which was on a gurney and not a platform. It was springy, thin, and uncomfortable. In terms of the included breakfast, it was incredibly average. Nothing special. The drinks such as water or milk were in pitchers without lids which felt unsanitary. We opted to wait for a brand new pitcher to be brought out before we had any water. I personally did not go in the pool, but other members of my party mentioned that the water had a green hue to it. The hotel itself also had a strong smell of chlorine due to the rooms being around the pool. The room itself, however, did not smell of chlorine. If you want to avoid having the smell enter the room, keep the balcony door closed. Overall, the staff is very welcoming and kind, but the hotel itself is nothing short of average. For a one night pit stop, it fulfilled our needs, but I do not recommend staying here for an extended amount of time. It definitely did not exceed our expectations, but it did the job. Average, or even below average is the only word to describe it.

Staff were very friendly and eager to help! We stayed for 5 days and we're very satisfied eith our choice. The rooms were spacious, clean and well stocked. Our rooms were equipped with a hair dryer, microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker (and everything to make a couple cups) and an iron. The bathroom was clean, stocked with fluffy white hotel towels and shower products. The balcony overlooking the koi pond was a nice treat! The pool and hot tub were clean and the kids used them everyday of our visit. Breakfast was a standard buffet with scrambled eggs, sausage, hime fries and pancakes along with cereal, toast, oatmeal and butter/milk/etc. Was disappointed that the restaurant and courtyard bar were closed for renovations, but look forward to checking them out in the future. The hotel location was great with gas and convenience store right next door with attached pizza shop, m&m express prepared foods, water refill, and more. Grocery, restaurants, movie theatre, botanical garden, walking paths are all within a ten minute drive of the hotel. Will definitely stay here again when we travel!
